We handle Self-Check-In. In terms of transportation, the downtown area of ​​Cancun has a good connection to other parts of the city through buses and taxis. Also, if you want to visit the Riviera Maya, you can take a bus from the Cancun Bus Terminal, which is located in the downtown area.

Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.

For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
