We absolutely loved our week at Grand Park Royal Cancun. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our villa was beautiful, located just steps from the ocean. We enjoyed the restaurants, the Asian restaurant in particular -- so much so that we ate there twice! Our room came with butler service and Jessica was so wonderful. Miguel at the beach cabanas was also awesome. I would definitely return to this resort!

My husband and I stayed here with our two children age 8 and 11. This resort is very clean, every staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. All areas of the resort are clean. We thought the food was good. The coffee shop with ice cream, pastries, coffee, fruit cups and water was great. My kids liked the buffet for breakfast, plenty of options and always fresh fruit. I preferred La Concha for breakfast, eggs benedict was delicious. The Italian, Mexican and Oriental restaurants for dinner were all great. Make a reservation for the hibachi at Oriental if you can, my kids thought it was awesome! The pizza place and snack garden for lunch was very good and quick as well. We had a personal butler who we contacted via WhatsApp. She made all our dinner reservations and reserved beach cabanas for us. When on the beach, there is service as well and they brought us drinks and pizza/snacks. If you want a chair at the pool, you need to go claim one fairly early in the morning as other people do this, even if they aren't there the whole time. When you check in they do try to get you to go to their welcome breakfast and offer you vouchers if you go, we declined a couple times and after that they didn't really hassle us.

When I got to the hotel I was told that orbitz booked it for 2 ppl when I had done it for my 2 boys, my husband and myself. Was told to pay or basically leave. The toilet was clogged when I reported it, they fixed it but smelled like feces the 4-5 days remaining, Ana it would take a lot to tried to get the rooms door to open

Our hotel room had a spectacular view, but that was the best part. The hotel food was mediocre and hotel policies were ridiculous! I had my 3 year old daughter with us. Because of her size and age, we were not allowed to dine in any of their finer restaurants and were confined to just the buffet and once a day room service. We were also not allowed to leave her at kids club because their policy only allowed for children 4 and up only, even though my daughter is completely verbal and potty trained. It ruined my trip completely and the hotel management was a unaccomodating and rude.

Greated with a smile. Quick check in. We had a butler named Omar who was fantastic. Had breakfast at il matidor and Alex our waiter was wonderful. Had dinner at the italian restaurant and Antonio our waiter was great. Watched the wotld cup games on a big screen projector they had set up. Food was great

Our hotel room had a spectacular view, but that was the best part. The hotel food was mediocre and hotel policies were ridiculous! I had my 3 year old daughter with us. Because of her size and age, we were not allowed to dine in any of their finer restaurants and were confined to just the buffet and once a day room service. We were also not allowed to leave her at kids club because their policy only allowed for children 4 and up only, even though my daughter is completely verbal and potty trained. It ruined my trip completely and the hotel management was a unaccomodating and rude.
