It’s a great place, but due to Covid, there’s no cleaning of the rooms during the stay. Make your own bed or not. You have to call to request towels and deal with your own trash. No extra trash bags. It’s just doesn’t feel luxurious without a fresh room each day.

Everything was nice. The staff were so friendly. They didn’t do turn down service the last night and I’m not sure why. Other than that, we loved this place. The breakfast buffet was delicious!

Love this property! Everything is top notch & if it isn’t, they make it right. I love how they’re connected to the Marriott next door so you have easy access to more restaurants & amenities. My favorite part of this hotel is their gym & spa with a juice bar. Excellent equipment with ocean & lagoon views. I also love the extensive space at the pools, we never felt over-crowded, we especially love their adult swim up pool. The variety of eating options are excellent & the bus stops are right outside the property to catch a ride anywhere in Cancun. The lobby has live music & a fun easy-going ambience. The staff is over the top friendly & súper servicing is their forte. We stayed in a Caribbean suite & it was perfect for us & our baby, who was provided with a crib & slept well in the other room. We would never stay anywhere else but here.
