Great service and great property
The JW Marriott is imo the finest hotel in Cancun. Apart from being beautiful and comforting architecture and interior design, the service is exceptional. The staff - from house cleaning to management - is probably the most professional, authentically friendly, and big-hearted of any hotel I've been to in 30 years of travel. Highly recommended.
Staying at JW Marriot I felt accomplished with my stay. I constantly felt welcomed and the staff was remarkably friendly and good at what they do. Overall I loved the ocean and views, Thank you Marriot!
Food was ok , they didn’t have a lot of thing at the restaurant that I was asking for just simple things like vanilla ice cream
Good Experience
Very dirty restrooms by the pool, need to wake up early to get a spot at the pool or you will not get a spot. Club 91 was very disappointing, no variety in food, very taste less, low quality. Not open all day for snacks as they say it would be. If you want to use the coupons for the spa they don’t have appointments available, but if you want to pay for it they will fit you in now! (Very disappointed) the margarita coupons again the bartender give us two half cups of margaritas (I questioned and they said yup that’s you get) tried to use the coffee coupon and the coffee coupon is good for the same coffee I already get at club 91, didn’t see the point of that! Went to the Spanish restaurant our last day got ordered 7:30 and we heard nothing back from them until we got mad at 8:45 then they rolled in the food that was already cold, don’t know who dropped the ball there! Everything is very over priced! Not recommended or will ever say anything good about this resort.
It was a very well kept property with great staff. Restaurants were near with various cuisine options. Would definitely return.
