Very fine and classy with no shady looking characters. Safe and luxurious.
Came here for our 1 year anniversary and it was an incredible blessing to us. Very clean and classy, staff was very kind and helpful and food was delicious. Beach was so nice and clear water free from seaweeds so we could swim as much as we wanted.

For relaxation and top of the line dining options, this the place to go. Very clean, professional staff. Room furniture is a bit dated but nothing outrageous. Beach was super clean, no sargassum at all or very little on some days but at the peak of algae season this was a blessing because all the other beaches in cancun had mountains of it. This is a family oriented hotel so dont expect to party hard there, the night clubs area is a 10 minute walk from the hotel entrance so this wasnt a worry. Drinks and food are expensive, as is everything in cancun. The restaurants on site were phenomenal and im a very picky eater. Overall i had a great week.

I’ve been staying at this hotel a long time overall it’s wonderful, but there are some things that are starting to get old that are not repaired yet. Bathroom sink was clogged the hotel room door didn’t have a double lock on it. It was broken off needs a little bit of updating.
