The mattress was not the best. My friends safe Room 212, was inoperable. Stairs coming down from 2nd. Floor to Lobby Dirty. Some staff members were not happy, but a few were very helpful. Lobster was very small and didn’t have flavor. No shuttle (terrible for Riu), maintenance issues with the elevator.

We loved our stay at Riu. The property, the amenities and food were great. Our major complaint was about entertainment during a day and evening shows. We definitely felt they could have offered better activities and shows.

Went to party and definitely got that. You cannot beat the location right next to the RUI party. So much fun. Guzman at the pool party was beyond great !

Grrat location, well maintained, great food options and entertainment. Sadly, on beginning we've been on the floor, where active loud construction was present, but we're offered a free upgrade to move to the upper floor away from that. Appreciate that.

I was sent to Riu Las Americas. Beautiful, clean hotel. Loved everything about it. Personnel was excellent, very attentive and friendly. Loved Marlene from Don Roberto buffet.

Resort was beautiful and personal is wonderful! The pool bar is small and definitely needs to be cleaned more often. The speciality restaurants are a nightmare! They open up by 6pm. It’s on a first come basis and if you haven’t signed up by 7:30 pm, they tell you they have too many people waiting for a table, which is a complete lie!! We had to get a Manager involved just to be able to eat at the Steakhouse restaurant. It’s very aggravating as all speciality restaurants tell you they are “too full” if you arrive after 7:30pm. They need to do something about this!

Great service and staff . Food and facilities were fine considering the large amount of guests due to long weekend. Property and beach were well kept. I would return.

The $850 resort credit is a joke. We couldn’t use for anything. I was under the assumption that I can use it for the spa or some water activities, but it was some coupon code for the most expensive bundles for a $10 discount. Food was OK, not great. The service was top of the line.
