We have stayed at many riu resorts around the world. Always a great experience and good value.

Night activities are boring, shows and live music they brought were really depressing.

Our experience was amazing. We loved everything. We were well taken care of in every way. Service was top notch. Buffets were great! The activities put on by the staff were fun to watch and participate in. We would definitely go back!

Nice Hotel ,,, but Pretty noise on our floor as people’s voices echo in the Hallway That is all glass and tile ! Maids wer very good ! They should remind people to keep voices down when they get off the elevator at night and don’t slam doors !

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel welcomed. The service was excellent. The food was soooo delicious.

It was more than I expected! The staff was amazing and very nice!! Always alert and attentive to our needs. We want for my birthday and the cleaning staff left a cute post card and a bottle of tequila, I thought this was so nice of them! The food was good what you expect for an all inclusive. Over all I enjoyed my stay!

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The rooms, the staff the food! Everyone was very friendly! I will be back for sure!

My daughter and I had a great stay. It was very clean and modern. Would recommend staying. The buffet & steak house was awesome. Staff was so polite and helpful. And the massage on the beach was to die for. A few negatives..beds were too hard and the food in the sports bar needs an improvement. And I recommend not to get a room by the elevator...could hear it going all night long. But would definitely recommend

Check-in was horrible. We arrived at 3PM room was not ready. After an hour we checked with the front desk and it was still not ready but we could go up and leave our luggage. Walked into a room that was still being mopped by the maid. Took her another 30 plus mins to finish. It was hot and we just wanted to change our cloths. We have stayed at many Rui (Cabo, Cancun adult, and Mazatlan) and this by far was one of the most disappointing trips. Especially as it is a Palace. CONS 1. Food (same food everyday, not much of a variety,) 2. Fruit was great in color but had NO FLAVOR AT ALL. 3. Steak house was a joke 4. A couple of the days it was crazy busy and hard to get any food. Dinning room was packed for dinner and most of the dishes were empty. 5. Pool bartenders were not friendly towards me at all. They would serve others and make me wait. 6. Entertainment was not good at all, compared to other locations. PROS 1.Amazing views and grounds. 2.Ocean was warm and you can swim 3.Beach area for sitting 4.Mario was the only one that made us feel welcomed. He was always there to seat us for breakfast and lunch. Very kind soul. 5. Pools were great

We just got back from a vacation with our 4 kids. PERFECT place to stay! Buffet was the best we have had (5 different places we have stayed). Our kids loved the food, drinks and expecially the entertainment. They always had something to do and the entertainment crew were amazing!! Awesome staff! The rooms were always clean and neat! We will definitely be coming back! Great family place!

Great location , 20 mins from the airport, endless food and drinks, most of the staff were pleasant

Our 5 night stay was overall a wonderful experience. Check in was easy and short. Hotel and grounds kept amazingly clean. Staff at all bars and restaurants very friendly. Pool areas, especially the swim up bar could be kept a little cleaner. Beach nice but small. Only draw back for our entire trip was our room location. We were in Room 321 and it was very close to the elevators. We heard the hum of the elevators going up and down from very early in the morning to late in the evening. We could have changed rooms but not until day 3 of our 5 day stay. Not worth it then. I definitely recommend a stay at the hotel.

Safe didnt work, curtains were broke didnt close/open. Toilet didnt flush Shower water didnt drain Took 2 days to NOT slove above problem, chsnge me to different room, in this room the mini bar was so loud that we woke up in thr middle of the night, so we unplugged it... At the hotel they be really apologized but couldnt do much, Asked me to write to customer service an email, and also that didnt work, nobody returns just auto response that it in process.

Great variety of food! Very nice hotel and great ambiance.

The front desk staff were rude. We had arranged rooms together because we had our kids with us. We triple verified prior to arriving. When we arrive they called it a request and tried not to give us rooms next to each other. After an hour of arguing they finally fixed. Completely unnecessary. They shut you down before you can speak. Other than that everyone else was perfect. The waitstaff, sports and entertainment really made it special. We also felt safe

Very nice overall experience. Good food and mixed drinks.

It was mediocre at best, service personnel were great. Front desk, check in weren’t welcoming. Food was buffet style adequate.

Very nice and relaxing, lots of good food and super friendly staff

This hotel was just “ok”. The liquor selection was underwhelming and if you are a wine lover then bring your own! Besides the typical chicken tender, French fry and pizza options...the buffet was not worth it. Also....seems like our hotel room had some fun on the bed before us because the decorative throw on the bed had some suspicious stains on it! Needles to say, I will not be back to this hotel! There are many more to explore in Cancun than to ever go back here.
