The service was really good and we had an amazing experience with food and overall hospitality of all staff. Wanted to give a special shoutout to Jose from the entertainment team! Our stay was so relaxing it was the exact getaway we needed. The property was beautiful, the food was delicious, and most important the staff made the stay even more enjoyable. I want to make an emphasis on the entertainment team’s efforts to make our time there so fun. More specifically Jose! He is always able to get everyone involved in activities, he’s super kind, has a great sense of humor, and kept all of the activities flowing perfectly according to the schedule posted on the Hyatt app. Thank you Jose and the rest of the staff we had a blast! We will definitely be coming back for some more beach and pool volleyball as soon as we’re able to. I definitely recommend Secrets the Vine!
