This was the absolute best experience i’ve had for a vacation. definitely recommend the master suite with ocean view. you are living like a king. i also got engaged on this trip which made it even more meaningful. the free photoshoot they offer came in perfect for some of the best photos ive ever seen. pricing for the photos after is reasonabe as well. restaurants were on point. good place to try new foods you never have. the drinks of course were delicious and never seemed to far from reach which was great woohoo! lol the resort itself is gorgeous. the pool areas are very clean and i loved the warm towels always stocked. the beach is like heaven on earth. make sure to grab seats early! you’re not the only one there having a good time lol staff was friendly and personable. the mall close by was a nice amenity to have. we actually swam with dolphins at the aquarium that’s there too. all in all, most people try new places every time. i think i found my home in cancun.

Hotel was great and service was top notch. Very good staff and the preferred club pool and area was great. Spa was awesome. Lots of amenities and plenty of stuff to do. Downsides: - some areas look really dated and not done - chipped walls, broken steps etc. - the resort looks sad and empty sometimes cos the places are too spaced out. The game room is all the way next to laundry area and could use some promotion or just awareness that it’s there - the food options are ok. It’s impossible to get a table at Dragons and they’re CONSTANTLY trying to sell you a bottle of wine everywhere you go. It’s really annoying after a while. I paid $650 a night and that really isn’t ALL Inclusive. Seems like penny pinching and isn’t 5 star behavior Managerial staff was amazing. We lost a phone and they went out of their way to find it All in, a great place but I wish they weren’t constantly trying to fleece their customers for extras everywhere. It’s petty.

While the property was breath taking and staff was amazing. The food was terrible and there wasn’t much to do. Was a very quiet resort

They try to upsell you for everything! Paid enough for the trip, I don’t need a sales pitch for everything! Got charged for extra $1500 for things it would be free in other high end all inclusive resorts
