This hotel is a true gem! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The staff is incredibly attentive, anticipating our every need with a smile. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and the easy access to the stunning, pristine beach made our stay perfect.

Nice beach and pool areas. Restaurants were the biggest disappointment. Problems with service in the restaurants, food quality, wait times. Preferred club was not worth the upgrade. Preferred restaurant was the worst on the property. Preferred pool area was not as nice as other pools and the 21st floor lounge area for preferred guests was just a small room with a small bar and some snacks. Premium label liquor wasn’t offered at the pool or beach areas and only a few premium labels were offered. Junior suite was nice and had a large shower but only Pringles and m&m’s were offered as snacks in the room. We had to buy a bottle of wine to watch the Mexican night show. The 7 course Chefs table was a nice dinner but it was an extra $250 per couple. This property is in the hotel zone but not as close to the shopping area. Property was clean and well maintained although there was an horrible sewer odor near the entrance/ lobby area of the building which was also in the piano bar, Dragons restaurant and sports bar. There were some very nice aspects of this resort and many staff members that worked hard to please guests but for us it just fell short in the restaurants. If you are a “foodie” like we are, you may want to explore some other options. If you just want a clean resort, well maintained beach, nice pools, and a quiet atmosphere, this may be for you.

The view from our room was stunning, The food was around 6/10 my biggest issue was the staff tries way to hard to upsell bottles of wine every day for a “ better seat at one of there restaurants “ Not worth it.

I went there with my wife. We have been to Yucatan 5 times and to be honest, this property falls below expectations. From the check in I felt they were trying to sell me their spa and room upgrade. I never been to an all inclusive that tries so hard to sell you a bottle of wine. At every restaurant we went they will offer to speed up the sitting process if we decided to buy wine. They offer a decent selection but I refuse to buy a bottle with 300 to 400% markup, this is quite abusive. Also if you wanted to watch their show, you had to buy a bottle of wine. They require pants for the men to enter their restaurants and a lot of us that travel to the tropics don't pack those making it inconvenient. Another interesting point is their non smoking policy. They force you to go outside to the curb to smoke. I don't smoke but my wife does and frankly, they should have designated smoking areas and avoid their guest feel like outcasts. the room was OK, smelled humid and the AC didn't meet my expectations. The bed was comfortable. What they call a mini bar consisted in 4 small beers and a couple of sodas, nothing else. The beach was good as it has been during my other stays. The service was not to par. You have to take your own towels to the lounge chairs and pray to get an umbrella. To wrap things up, we won't be back there again.

What a wonderful stay! All of the staff from check in deck to concierge, room service cabana people even at the restaurants every one was so very nice! We felt so pampered! The chefs table is a must do! All the food is so good! The rooms are huge with everything you need we are going again in a month!

staff was lovely. rooms could use cleaner furniture and softer sheets. a strange sewage smell was present in one end of the lobby by the piano bar/asian fusion restaurant. food was great! the pools and beach access was also picture perfect.
