Good Location

I enjoyed my stay at the Oasis.pyramid. Miguel at the Kinky Lounge and Citlali the host at the dinner buffet were my favorite employees at the resort. They should be be recognized for their excellent service.

I love the property, but some of the staff at the restaurants were very rude, some of our food at the sarape and maria bonita was cold the waitress was very unprofessional and answer in a aggressive tone when we ask to warm up our chilaquiles. Also the room one day we did noy have towels and they give us 2 from the pool towels. I went to the front desk and ask for anytype of compensation due to all this matter but they said they cant do nothing. Every year we go on vacations and for sure we will never choose this hotel again.

We love the pool, dinning options. Safety around hotel, easy to go around town with bus stop in front of hotel. Power outage the last day make the building hot. Pool cool us off. It’s a busy time of the year, still had a great time.

Service was lackluster. Registration was difficult and cumbersome. Other than in the room, i was always hot and sweaty.

Rude staff and poor quality and quantity of food. Staff needs to be trained better. They failed to communicate efficiently and effectively with guests. Buffet trays were empty and bar would run out of ice, cups, drinks.

Horrible food, rude staff, dirty rooms. STAY AWAY! There are many other nice resorts where you can spend your hard earned money.

For reservations it’s very long lines. For take a drinks in the pool always is lines.

-Flooded room -Rude staff -Cold food -Mildew smell -Dirty sheets upon arrival -Nasty room. -Stuff on the wall -Lack of room service -Air not working -Water leaking -No towels and wash clothes -Mini bar wasn’t stocked -Fridge didn’t get cold -Patio door rained through -Water was cut off on our floor midday without any notice.

Well, the room that we selected at the moment of the reservation, Was a sea view, and they give us a lake view they don't want to change, also the AC didn't work in the bedroom, we reserve a suite with an exterior Jacuzzi, and also didn't work. We let the staff know about it and they ignore us. We pay for all these amenities in our room and we don't get it. The staff are nice, the food was ok. At the check inn on the VIP area, they need to be more informed and explain that you need to make reservation a on the different restaurants for dinner, and they don't explain any of those things. Our experience can be more joyful is we get all for what we pay.

Resort needs major update , all products used are very poor , employee with attitude and very rude . Very prejudice . Mexican people had priority and availability that others do not .

Anything is good

Overal not bad the food is poor and hotel itself a little outdated but overall ok.

Sitting on the beach and getting served drinks and food. Black bands! Didn't like they only had coors light for a few days out of our week.

Overall experience was awful. There was construction going on in our building. It’s a party resort. So much smoking and nudity. Definitely not a kid friendly resort. The restaurants did not accommodate kids at all. The resort is old.
