The company that was supouse to pick up us never did , the air line change the fly hour and the transportation company never pick pick up us to air port. The beach zone don’t have umbrellas and is impossible stay therw for long time. The food was not great and the liquor is the more sheap

The buffet is small and there isn’t much variety. There are two other restaurants that you need reservations for and the food was not good either. The best part of this hotel was the staff. Very friendly and helpful. The phone did not work and the toilet had issues as wet

Everything was good except the information in general when checking in. The guy didn’t have a welcoming attitude when we checked in. And I was not informed that the water and drinks in my room were part of the all inclusive deal. But over all, we were pleased with the hotel in general.

The food and drinks were just okay, but everything else was excellent! The bathrooms and rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept, I felt safe the whole time, and for the price, it’s a great value. I’d gladly come back.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was excellent from start to finish. Room had everything we needed. The entertainment team were excellent. Shows were very good and around the pool, there was always something to do and great music.
