Although the hotel and staff were great. The food was not. It lacked variety compared to other hotels in the area. The buffet had the exact same food everyday for lunch and dinner. We stayed 4 night and only received 2 dinners at the specialty restaurants. Although the Mexican dinner was the best the Italian restaurant was the worst. We’ve been to Cancun many times and have stayed in a range of hotels in the area and this is the first hotel that disappoints us with the food and menu. As frequent travels and with kids the quality of the food is huge things for us. Overall, the hotel itself was great but they have room for improvement with their menus.

Positives - staff were very nice overall. Pool/beach/buffet/bar service employees were very prompt and kind. Facility was clean. Negatives - food was not good in my opinion. If you stay for 3 or 4 nights you are only given 2 dinner reservations (there are three restaurants); every other meal is at the buffet. No pool bar. It seemed they had more people than they could accommodate I.e. pool/beach chair space, restaurant capacity. Drinks seemed very watered down. First all inclusive I’ve stayed at with no liquor in rooms - mini fridge was in room with water, pop and four beers replaced daily. All bars shut down at 1030pm. Overall would not stay again - didn’t have the all inclusive vibe I like re: good food, multiple food options and drink availability/quality. Again though, staff were VERY nice!!

The hotel environment is clean and tidy; chaotic when the music is blasting in the pool area for entertainment time, the whole hotel premises is very loud including when you are inside your room trying to rest. The food is good. We liked the specialty Italian. Buffet area has limited choices but enough to fill for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beach is small, there is only a small portion to swim because it's next to the docking/loading area of the ferry to Xcaret excursion. The pool is one huge big thing in the middle of the hotel. Not bad for an affordable vacation as long as you don't expect luxury.

A very loud property.. workers outside early in the morning banging drooping talking loud. To call Room service u will get at least 15 to 20 rings if they answer.. there should be a big sign for women or people who wear makeup that they will be charged $15 for hand towel. I don't know how many people read that but I've never ever heard a disclosure of if you get makeup or something on a towel name perhaps can't be removed they will charge you the customer. Two different occasions the same visit just last week we were there from the 17th through the 27th we had two people try to get in our door and that would be on camera one gentleman was not American that other gentleman was one gentleman that sounded American just had underwear on.. the best server that we have throughout our visit was Natalia there she was epic The food was okay. The seafood tasted like seafood. The desserts looks sweet but very dry seasoning was very off. A lot of repetition in the food and the buffet. But if you're wanting to relax that is not a place if you want to relax by 8:00 or 9:00 after a long day of fun in the sun with friends or family or loved ones the concerts are loud they're at the pool even the staff could not hardly hear all their walkie talkies or the phone when they were answering phones or calling management for whatever reason. It was the most awful experience to be read it so high. Lastly it's really sad when they are good workers there that go above and beyond that alone like natalia

The best thing about this resort is the staff. Friendly, always a smile on their face. Very good team work and they help each other out continuously. I was very impressed by that. The extra curricular activities was a big hit as well. Clean facilities. The restaurants offered amplitude of choices of food yet they were not as good of a quality l was hoping for. Perhaps more authentic Mexican dishes would be beneficial. It seemed more catered to the North American tourism. When l go somewhere foreign l like to indulge in the food of set country, not your hamburger and hot dog diet that l can get at home. Just a suggestion. Otherwise a week well spent. Good weather, mimosas and relaxing.😎

There was nothing comfortable about the room and it was extremely dated. There was drilling going on all day long along with terrible loud music at the pool. It was very hard to relax. The resort is much smaller than I expected, and the food was terrible. The check-in experience was a nightmare. There was no rhyme or reason or organization. People were just walking up to the desk and cutting right in front of everyone and they allowed it. I had to say something. Also when we finally got to the desk, the girl checking us in did not know English so we were not able to communicate anything. Doesn’t make any sense. We ended up leaving and going to a different resort.
