The idea of an all inclusive resort was great . I even payed to upgrade to pyramid level. The only difference is . . . Nothing. No upgraded room just access to the elite restaurants and bars . The food was subpar and the waiting staff did not use good hygiene while cooking. The rooms look nothing like the advertisement and house keeping half services the rooms. The “mini bar” was a hidden half emptied mini fridge. Ours was covered in blue sticky liquid and only had 3 waters and 4 cokes inside. They are clearly understaffed and the property is hard to walk. There were beautiful peacocks around and the beach is right there. The vip bar was also great. Most of the staff only speaks Spanish . This was my 2nd time in Cancun and this experience does not compare to the amazing time I had at Fiesta Americanas

It is great for entertainment but do not expect much. Does not have a selection on liquor. Took over an hour to get our keys to the room. Food is not the greatest.

Personell at the front desk was very rude. Waiting time was unbelievable. For consume a meal you needed at least 2 hours.

Having the swimming pool near my room was very nice. I didn’t like that it took 2 hours and 30 minutes to check in.

Took us 3 hours and 10 minutes to check in. They gave us a room eith one bed(i paid for 2) the towels they gave us were dirty. The smell was terrible. The food was the worst i have ever had in cancun. The drinks were terrible and the lines were so long for everything! The hotel Is way under staffed. Never in my life did i have such a bad experience at a hotel. NEVER going back ther even if its free!

The worst hotel experience bar none I have ever had and hope to ever have in my life. From a 4 hour check in line, to a non functioning climate control in our room, to a door that wouldn’t close without being jammed shut to being thrown out of the pool area which we paid for because we didn’t have a bracelet yet as we were given a temporary pass to avoid the lengthy check in line. What an absolute dud and that staff is equally as terrible.

We stayed at this resort 2 years ago and it has really gone downhill since then. The food was mediocre and we had to wait in line 30-90 min depending on where you wanted to eat and at what time. They got rid of the reservations for dinner so often times you had to wait. If you plan ahead and get to the restaurants before they open and wait outside you could get right in. The beach grills always had very long lines and they constantly ran out of food. The bars also had very long lines, sometimes it took 30 min to get a drink. On sunday night there was a period of time where NO bars were open!! Unless you jad the VIP bracelet and could go to the lobby bar everything else was closed, even the clubs. The casino had a cash bar, why is there a cash bar at an all invlusive resort??? Also, no light beer on the entire resort! They only restock the amenities in your room every other day. My husband and i had to go to the 7/11 across the street and buy bottled water and light beer!! The coffee pot in our room was broken, but they did get us a new one. The rooms were not cleaned very well. The day before we left they only made the beds and that wasnt until about 6pm!! They didnt take any dirty dishes or change the garbage. They took all of our towels and didnt give us any clean ones!! Im not exaggerating, we literally had 0 towels in our room. Not cool when you have a whole day left and 2 children with you. Express checkout also didnt work.

too many things were broken in the room. USB charger didn't working, the safe was faulty, hair dryer and mini bar fridge had to call front desk for a replacement. had to change room twice to get a decent room. some Libya VIP guests reserved the O beach for the whole weekend playing depressing and awful music the whole day. the food could be better. of the 18 restaurant I tried only 2 or 3 are ok.

There was a lot to do on the resort in terms of partying and activities which I enjoyed. the food was not good, which brought down my whole experience. There was a long wait for every restaurant and no top shelf alcohol at all of the bars, especially at the pool bar and food court where there should have been better liquor options. The room was also not cleaned fully every day.

Mediocre at best. Rooms are garbage and they won’t address you if you aren’t a black wrist band holder

My husband and I loved having all the extra amenities; the casino, she shows, the beach concerts, golf, and being a bus ride away from downtown.
