Younger at the front desk was really rude at check in. Place is not ready for handicap. No ramps to get to some buffets. Most bathrooms where downstairs where it was very hard for my sister to go up and down(my sister is handicap). Very goid servers at the buffet and restaurants. Cleaning staff really nice.

The food here is horrible. The buffet was not anything great. Mediocre at best. Not enough options and lunch meats looked like they’d been sitting out for hours with flies flying around. We went to the Italian restaurant and the food the risotto was just mush and when asked for garlic bread said they were out. Any time you asked staff for anything like we had only 2 towels in our room not even 2 full sets when there were 3 people in our room. When asked for towels they acted like we were asking for their first born. Like seriously we are paying for ALL INCLUSIVE! As I was saying about the food around the premises it was basically gross carnival food of Chicken nuggets and fries, floppy thin pizza. The one area that had tacos the girl looked so miserable she would throw the tortilla on the griddle for like a few seconds on each side and throw on the meat. The meat had no seasonings, the tortilla was cold and would break if you tried to fold it and zero condiments. If you wanted condiments which we happen to find it was no different than what’s available at a ballgame. Literally no pride in what is offered here. Everywhere you went it was hot and stuffy including reception and our room. Save your $ do not stay here!

The place where we stay it’s so dirty bugs AC run nonstop oh my family got sick. I had to pay for the different rooms almost more than I pay my trip.

The grounds were lovely, the wildlife was very nice as well. However, if you are not a black band member then you do not have access to the majority of the restaurants and bars on the property. The resort also charges all kinds of crazy fees for little things. Like the room safes are 8.00 a day unless your a black band. There is a 20.00 USD fee for government beach maintenance (??) Fee for wine unless you just want 1 glass for dinner. It is crazy for an all inclusive resort. Smoking, although not allowed in Mexico is ALL OVER

The place is so beautiful!! Gorgeous humongous pool! More chairs would be good. However we were there at spring break so very busy there! Food was great. Great buffet food. The Italian restaurant was the best !!! The Mexican not so good. Could use a sweet wine on the property ! Our room was ok but was the cheapest basic. The fridge was dirty though. We reported but no one came to clean. The toilet made a loud noise and finally someone fixed it on the last night ! We had a fun time. Employees were super nice! Cool peacocks and other wildlife! Fun dancing parties at night for spring break !

The ceiling air conditioning in my room was leaking to the floor and, because I couldn't see the water on the floor because an overhead light wasn't working, I fell. Maintenance fixed it, no...it wasn't an emergency situation, but I was bruised and today I am very sore. When I went down to talk with whoever was in charge at 11 p.m. they could have cared less. The least I expected was an apology that this happened to me, but nada.

The staff was very rude and not helpful. They are always short staff maybe thats why. When i arrived it took 1 hour just to check in. You have to walk a long way to find your room if your not in the pyramid. And no one to help you find your way. Food is terrible. The alcohol is cheap maybe even diluted. Not what I expected, but if you have kids maybe wort it. I wouls not go back. They never had enough pool towels. The seated areas for the beach were always full and they dont really have staff to get you drinks or food.

I dint like bedroom to price walking limet time to resevation restaurant for dinner ect..

The resort is out dated the food is mediocre and the customer service could be better. This was my second time visiting and I probably won't visit again.

This place is a joke. A complete joke. If your traveling with kids this is not the place for you and your kids. Really dirty, most people not friendly, poor food variety.. nothing for the kids to do but pool all day long. Boring and unsafe for kids. Couple fighting around kids, drunk girls speaking about all types of stuff next to the kids and even if you moved around there will be another crazy person if not fighting talking reckless.

The pools were pretty, but the water was too hot. Hotel was old, dirty. They did not do a good job in cleaning. Smelled really bad throughout the hotel. Nothing had AC, except the rooms, staff was rude. Would not go back or recommend.
