The resort is out dated the food is mediocre and the customer service could be better. This was my second time visiting and I probably won't visit again.

This place is a joke. A complete joke. If your traveling with kids this is not the place for you and your kids. Really dirty, most people not friendly, poor food variety.. nothing for the kids to do but pool all day long. Boring and unsafe for kids. Couple fighting around kids, drunk girls speaking about all types of stuff next to the kids and even if you moved around there will be another crazy person if not fighting talking reckless.

The pools were pretty, but the water was too hot. Hotel was old, dirty. They did not do a good job in cleaning. Smelled really bad throughout the hotel. Nothing had AC, except the rooms, staff was rude. Would not go back or recommend.

Upgrade to bedrooms and have bacon for Breakfast and grits

As we are walking in to check-in we are greeted by a host who’s asking all types of questions such as our ages, what does that even have to anything to do with us checking in?? We get to our room, open the door and there’s water all over the floor, my daughter runs in with excitement, slips and falls! The water was caused from leakage and moisture all over the room due to the rain/storm. I call and speak to customer service and she’s telling they don’t have anything available until “possibly” the next day at 11:00am, mind you this is already about 4-5pm. I asked to speak to a manager because this was unacceptable, “he”, the manager walks in and tries to calm the situation down and says he will see what he can do, sent us off to have some dinner and said by the time we return he should have another room. We’ll all he had was a king bed. The original room was a double bed, so what he did was sent over a roll out bed, well when we return to our “new” room, we find the roll out bed right outside, in front of our room door, didn’t bother to roll it on inside. Fine we get settled in, and then to our surprise.. we have leakage in this room as well!! Coming from the patio.. housekeeping was aware and kept it dry with towels on the daily, we were there for 5 days. But one night again it was bad leaked onto the table and rolled into my husbands luggage so all of his clothes got wet! Never again.

Service is bad! No communication at all abd they ignore us . Bad experience likeno phone working on my room, broken shower, no blanket, no AC. Elevator was broken. When i call for service no answer. When i ask for towels they dont send anything and i have to wLk from my room to the conceridge desk almost 2milws walking. Very frustrating and disappointed.

The customer service needs help

Customer service horrible

We checked in and 2 hours later we checked out. Absolutely disgusting. The worst hotel I’ve ever seen. There were cigarette butts and trash in the pool. Gross gross gross!!!

This property is a very sprawling and diverse property. There are many activities, shows, music, and different food/drink options. Staff are strict as to what they allow and do not allow - can be good or bad I guess. The line to make a dinner reservation was not a good process and too long for me to entertain. All and all this is an awesome property.

Our initial room was more fitting of a 2 or 3 star hotel. We had to ask to be moved. The room that we were moved to was much nicer but the hotel could use some updates.

Right by the beach exelent location all inclusive 😁. We didn't have water for 8 hours ☹️ it wasn't that clean a lot of lines for food and drinks (maybe because Spring Breakers) I think is room for improvement.

The view, and resort are nice. Beds are beyond comfortable but property is losing its touch. Things have changed in the last 2 years, two restaurants are now an extra charge and the bathrooms throughout the outside part of the resort smelled like the pipes were back up, the mens washroom had an open man hole that people were almost falling thru. The AC barley worked and they would not answer the phone after several attempts were made to call, fridge was warm as well. I believe there is no reception from 11-7 am because not one person answered the phone. Also we stood on the 6th floor and both elevators stopped working :( definitely the most inconvenience was the AC not working, elevator and bathroom smell.
