beautiful and just so relaxing.. The beaches were incredible. The staff was beyond helpful and kind. They treated you like family but also like royalty. The food at every restaurant was 5 stars. The rooms were very nice, clean, and just awesome. You could hear the neighbor shutting cabinets,shower doors and walking heavy but mostly quiet. Remember everything is in peso so don't freak out at the prices. Also Orbitz has the resort as an all inclusive and it is not so be aware of that when booking your trip.

They staff and management of the Nizuc can only be summed up on one word “perfection” every aspect of life there was wonderful. Not only did I love it, all other guests did too. Not a hint of complaint from anyone. It is well worth the money you will spend.for peace adventure and sheer luxury.

Everything was wonderful, nwvertheless the prices of everything were above average, considering I Ilive in London and I am used to those prices.

The hotel is stunning and one of the best I have been to. Service is impeccable. I had breakfast at the Cafe de Playas every morning and they made me vegan pancakes. Lunch was near the adult pool and also delicious. The pools and private beach are amazing. I went kayaking and stand up paddling. The water is so calm and clear. Can't wait to go back.

I liked the hotel very much. It's away from traffic, crowds and...noise. it also feels private. The staff was great. I would go back any time. The only thing I wished they had more things for children. I brought my now 10 years old for her birthday. She loved the hotel but she wished they had a water slide or pool toys., but Nizuc is definitely to rest in a nice serene atmosphere.

The hotel was excellent. ORBITZ had advertised this hotel as "all inclusive". This is not an ALL INCLUSIVE hotel. The front desk was very gracious in letting me know very professionally that they were not an all inclusive hotel, so that all incentives were to be put on a credit card. This was false advertising on ORBITZ end. I will never use you again.

Resort was lovely. Service was impeccable and staff couldn't do enough to enhance our visit. Property felt intimate compared to other Cancun resorts. Simply loved it and will definitely visit again!

This is, simply, the best hotel I have ever experienced. Everything, its architecture, its decor, the distribution of its vartious facilities, the location, the kindness and helpful attitude of every member of its staff... For me, hotel perfection now has a face.

First day was fantastic. Everything was so wonderful, the villa was fantastic the food was awesome the staff was superb and the private INFINITY POOL worked. The next day the infinity pool stopped working and changed the whole ambiance of our villa. Leaves and bugs accumulated in the pool because the water wasn't moving and the sound of peaceful running water disappeared. Numerous calls to maintenance made no difference. Oh, and the bathroom ceiling leaked, also no remediation by maintenance. So we paid top dollar for things that didn't work, and got offered a "free breakfast" for the inconvenience. Wow, that will just fix everything. I balked at this and was eventually offered a ' double upgrade" on our next visit. Not sure if I'll use it, things may not work. It's a pity that one thing can override the other niceties of the resort. It's a new facility, I expected more. Good luck if you go.

The place is absolutely enchanting -and really the best resort we ever visited! There are only a couple of things that I would recommend (sorry I'm writing these here, but only have 150 characters in the "what could be improved" section): maybe it would be a good idea to let the visitors know in advance if any parts of the resort are going to be closed for any amount of time during their stay there (i.e: the "Adult" section being closed for a wedding or other similar events), and also try to avoid calling the room from 12:00 PM to 3 PM -if it's not a real emergency.

Best vacation I've had beautiful hotel the food was great get nachos at the pool they was the best I've ever had staff was great the spa was amazing when I go back to cancun I'm staying here I loved it!!

Super close to the airport. The staff is super helpful and friendly, great restaurants, beautiful summing pools, great decor and amazing architecture.

words alone cannot describe this gorgeous hotel . The grounds the staff the rooms the villas are all way above anyones imagination they are absolutely perfection we had Abel as our butler and he was beyong any butler service ive ever had the honor and pleasure of having this was the best place ever

This place is gorgeous, a place to enjoy if you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious with high cealings , the onside restaurants are outstanding but expensive. The resort is isolated from the rest of hotels in Cancun and has a private beach.

Great service/great location!!! Kids club is free and very friendly stuff.

Great property and the staff are amazing. The hotel is amazingly built and very spacious. Everyone was working to make our stay enjoyable. The only drawback, the hotel didn't offer an all inclusive option, which makes it quite expensive stay once you add room and board.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The spa is expensive but it is a very nice experience.

I love the Nizuc Luxury Resort & Spa. Welcome hardly begins to express the level of service at this hotel. The pools are wonderful.Walks along the beach are very relaxing,. The rooms are really nice.

One of the best hotels in Cancun. If you're looking for a more relaxed/chill vibe at the end of the hotel zone, then this is the place for you and your better half. All the staff were amazing and extremely helpful. There's a nice selection of restaurants on the resort, a bit pricey but still great cuisine. I highly recommend getting the complimentary breakfast deal, it was a highlight of our trip.

fabulous stay

beautiful relaxing hotel

The hotel is stunning and one of the best I have been to. Service is impeccable. I had breakfast at the Cafe de Playas every morning and they made me vegan pancakes. a quiet and comfortable place to rest
