I liked that we could share the facilities of the other hotel connected. Guest services were very helpful and sent us on good trips . I was a little disappointed that the windows did not have more of a beach view from the bed. Also the Balcony was a little small and the door very hard to open. The chairs were not comfortable when sitting on the balcony. The price was a little high for the room view. We enjoyed our time at the hotel. Thank you.

Very nice resort, super beach ! Customer service Anna is great ! She let me check in before 3 :00 pm, and allow me to use the hand-badge even I checked out. The best thing I like this resort: Bus R1 R2 bus stop s are in front of hotel !!! There is a color CANCUN sign in this hotel too

The hotel staff was so welcoming upon entering and exiting. They offered us drinks as soon as we arrived at the check-in desk. They were very friendly and made sure I had everything that I needed. And although check out was at 11 I was able to leave my bags with them and enjoy the resort with no issues. My only issue during my stay was construction going on outside of my room. It would have been nice to know they were building. The banging of the hammer was a little much while trying to nap in the afternoon.

What the resort lacked in size and grandiosity the staff attempted to make up for with fantastic service... The food was excellent and there were many niceties within the resort. Although the entertainment was excellent during the day and the night, without a nightclub or things to do in the evening for younger people I found myself slightly bored.

I can not begin to tell you about the amazing time I had the last time at the GR Caribe . I was there with my son and husband. We had a vow renewal on the beach. It was one of the best experiences of my life. My son walked me down the aisle where we said our vows on the edge of the ocean. Aby (one of the best women I know) set everything up. She made sure that I felt completely special. Before the ceremony, a storm came and blew down the gazebo type set up and we thought our vow renewal would be ruined, but Aby and crew ran around as soon as the storm stopped to put it all back together again. That was going above and beyond. These are memories we will never forget. During the day we spent our time at the Royal Solaris pool because that is the place where the "funny" games happen. We love watching and participating. The bartenders are great. They really appreciate a tip, so please remember to tip. My favorite place for dinner was Bogavante. You sit outside where you can see the ocean having wonderful full course meal. The service is always with a smile, and they accommodated my son's picky eating, which is very important. I have to give a special shout out to my waitress at breakfast. Her name is Nubia. She saw me coming everyday and knew exactly what I liked and had it to me within minutes. I will definitely be asking for her the next time I visit. Thank you for making me feel like family. My special love to Aby, Rosa and Nubia.....See you soon. xo

Good everything, just the hotel is a little bit old. The restaurant has no asian food, which my parents care.

This is the third place we have stayed in Cancun. Rooms in all three were comparable. The food here was excellent, and the staff friendly and helpful. The only down side was that rooms didn't have balconies, and there was no place for a sit down breakfast (all buffet). Would have been nice to have a nice relaxing breakfast overlooking the ocean.

Really great hotel and even better staff. Staff was so friendly and helpful. My only issue is the internet T times was slow and beds are a little hard for my prrference.

Great food, beach and pools excellent. Dinner at Marco Polo was great 1 night, and mediocre the second visit.

My family and I enjoyed all aspects of the hotel. Clean and comfortable throughout. My kids loved the mini club section where they wanted to spend there days. Shows were ok, many of the staff wear multiply hats. The Mexican culture show was the best, they hired outside performers. I did dislike the pushy salesman at the front reception, tryin to sell us tours and events, when we first got to the hotel. I mean, we had a day of travel and wanted to relax, as soon as I tried to politely decline his offers and asked him to simple hand me brochure to I can look over them calmly, that’s when he trigger the pushy mode. Other than that, we had a great 4 night 5 days.

Everything was great from the time we checked in to the time we left. The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. They were truly there for us. The room was comfortable and very clean and the room service great. We loved the beach, which is right in front of the hotel, as well as the pool area with two jacuzzies and plenty of chairs to relax. Having it all inclusive, really made the vaccation perfect. The food was great and very well organized with several buffet areas and a la carte restaurants. Good variety, lots of fruit and vegetables. The nightly entertainment was also preaty good. Altogether, a wonderful vaccation experience. No complaints at all. We would definitely go back to this hotel.

We had an amazing beach view and a spacious room. The food was ok....nothing exciting. Overall great experience.

We have been to this hotel for years and love it. Not fancy but clean and excellent staff. The location is spectacular. The food is not over the top great but we always find things we enjoy. Breakfasts are very good. We stay at this resort because of the restaurant that hangs over the beach. Spectacular view. We have made lots of friends with the staff and going there makes us feel like we are going home. Thank you Carlos at Boganvante and everyone else for all you do.

Overall it was a very satisfying experience. The food and drinks were excellent. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. My only complaint was that the bed was a little too firm for me.

I have an okay experience there. The hotel would not refund me for early check-out even thought I hace notified them 24 hours ahead.

We enjoyed this getaway. We did not need to leave the hotel ...it had it all, great shows, drinks and of course food. The service was excellent . My congratulations to all staff members.

Excellent service from the minute we walked in , Zaire Mendoza always very cordial and made us feel very welcomed, this is our second time at GR Caribe , the only thing that was extremely annoying was the supposed Concierge , that was doing everything in his power to sell us Time Share at one point he followed us to our room and the morning after our first night there they called our room at 8:00 WOKE US UP to try to get us to presentation , I don't know what part of NO NOT Interested they didn't get.. three days in a row It felt like harassment , so just for that particular reason we will not be returning to this place. I know they are doing their JOB, but one NO should be sufficient. other then that service is GREAT.

Just got back from this hotel. Very nice location.

Had 2 favorite staff workers that were kind to every guest, Rosa Linda pool barmaid & Adrian at the buffet in Solaris!!!

Our stay was wonderful. Great service, great employees. I would go there again and recommend it to friends and family.

wonderful setting on the beach

I liked that we could share the facilities of the other hotel connected. Guest services were very helpful and sent us on good trips . beautiful view of the beach

good quieter hotel

great place for a family
