The property itself was quite run down and did not meet expectations. While staff indicated they could accommodate a gluten-free member of our party, the options were extremely limited and disappointing. Communication was impossible. They could not even eat a plain hamburger as they put wheat in it. WHY? They are very uneducated on celiac disease and not real helpful. There was also a noticeable sewage odor throughout the property, which negatively impacted the overall experience. It’s unfortunate, as the location and views are absolutely stunning and truly the highlight of the stay. Entertainment was minimal we only saw three shows during our seven-day visit and the atmosphere seemed geared more toward a younger crowd. The food quality was inconsistent; if we arrived later for meals, the options often appeared dried out and unappealing. Overall, despite the beautiful setting, I would not choose to stay here again.

Room was clean but a bit outdated. The staff were very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the food selections and pool area. The beach area was beautiful as well. The only gripe we had was more about the hours of sunlight. We went in February. Due to the position of the hotel. By the pools, you would be in the shade by 4/4:30 pm and it was breezy and cool. Other than that, it was enjoyable.

Shower had a leak. Furniture uncomfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Beds hard. Very little beach available due to highwater in February and pool area wasn't big enough for the crowd. Resort is geared to young crowd. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The room was fine, nice view. Most of the staff was nice and easy to deal with. The food was ok but nothing was amazing. Some of the rules were dumb and strangely enforced. The hosted party's were fun. The drinks were ok... the spa was ... ok.
