We stayed in Deluxe Swim up Ocean view and it was the best. All staff from reception to restaurant were very professional, attentive and friendly. They did make us wait till the 3 pm check in time but allowed us to use all the amenties while we ate. I recommend to those who want a relaxing time, its not for those who want a party atmosphere. The buffet food is okay but there are lots of options. I plan to return.

The hotel staff was wonderful; everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and we truly enjoyed the dining experience. Our ocean view was beautiful, offering a clear and relaxing sight of the beach that made our stay even more enjoyable. One enhancement that would have made the experience even better would be offering poolside service, which was not available during our stay. This place was great! There was about 20 family members staying here for our vacation & we all loved it! Very accommodating to all of us. The staff was so friendly. The place was constantly being cleaned. The buffet had various options & the other 2 restaurants were very good! WiFi works best in lobby & the restaurants. We will definitely be going back!
