The room was ok just smell so strong like Clorox

The property had no A/C, no running water, the pool was never full, the staff never fixed any of our problems, there was construction that didn’t let us sleep, and they would not change us to a different room after all of our complaints.

Extremely clean with friendly staff. Food was ok

This is a mid-price family friendly resort that is doing everything right. From the moment we walked in, the staff professionally was there to make our resort experience just perfect. We were there for five nights and four full days. We did the breakfast only plan for nights 1-3 as we went on Cobra and Xcaret tours. Then we did the all-inclusive plan for the last two nights with 6 meals. I'm glad we didn't do all-inclusive first as it was so good we might not have gone anywhere and just stayed at the resort. For those last 6 meals, the food was excellent. The main buffet is really good. The seaside restaurant was all-inclusive menu service was white cloth and done well. The snack booth and pool-side pizza restaurant we didn't use, but they looked great with people enjoying them. Three large pools and a hot tub we enjoyed. There are a ton of cabanas on the beach and loungers around the pools and we could always walk up and find a spot. The cleanliness was immaculate and the management is going out of its way to keep the maintenance and upkeep done well on an older facility. While we were all-inclusive, we tipped our wait-staff and housekeeping staff well. Earlier in our life, we did such service jobs and we know that a single good tip can just make your day, as my wife says. They bent over backwards to support us in small ways. We used the $45 beachside hour massage - a perfect combo of massage, relaxing music, wave sound and ocean breeze coursing through the cabana. Heavenly!

I liked the beach

Amenities, location and views we’re outstanding. Check out was horrible

I got sick at this resort as many other guests who was staying in swim up suites.Rooms 216-224 highly likely have bacteria Legionella pneumophila In A/C system. My vacation was completely destroyed.People from other rooms on my floor got same symptoms hight fewer, cough.Could you imagine how sounds simultaneous cough from several rooms at night?Hotel management need take care of this problem before some one take them to the court.

Great Location and Wonderful beach. Give you 5 stars for that. Friendly staff, always wiling to help, not always understands English though. Very important thing that we didnt like the most is the food choice. Its a same food every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You already know what you will have for your next meal. And also theres no entertainment there at all !!!!

We bought the all inclusive deal which was very convenient, breakfast lunch and dinner included and drinks at the bar. Food was good, they have an alternating Menu by the day and there’s even decent selection for vegans. Wifi can be used for a fee but is included with the all inclusive plan, the catch is you Can’t use it in your room only public areas like the pool or bar. The beach access was really nice palapas and hammocks available and even some beds with shade (for a fee). It was an overall good hotel and not that expensive either, would recommend coming down here.

Was an okay stay pros and cons. Not very updated signs of wear definitely not what I would consider 4 a 4 star as they advertise. No microwaves small fridge that didn't work. No offers to remedy. Room was very basic beds were not great. Had all inclusive but you have to make reservations for food and half the stay they were booked up. Pool was nice and kept clean they had no problem with drinks. Location right off the beach was really nice and not far from shopping and other good places.

I booked a swim up suite, but they did not have one for me. I'd stayed here 3 years before & really wanted to stay in one. They were out of towels by 10 & didn't offer a time to come back to get one. Instead, she looked at me like I had two heads. A day of relaxing after my friends left, turned into a total disappointment. The bell staff at the front door were the best part of the stay.

I liked the view, how clean the rooms were, and the proximity of the pool to my room. Other than that the staff is horrible, very unfriendly. Took about 2 hours for checking and that’s the fact that I was the only person at the reception area. AC at the lobby is not working so I was sweating the whole 2 hours while checking in. The rooms wasn’t much of an improvement, they are hot even if lower the AC. Food is horrible and they won’t allow you to buy outside food. My daughter got sick from the pizza there and all they could say is “sorry but you have to eat our food”. I won’t ever stay in this place again.

Había mucha humedad en el cuarto, goteaba agua del techo. El piso no estaba limpio.

We apologize for the bad experience this may have caused. We were making improvements to our hydraulic system to improve the quality of this service.
