Poor food options with low quality ingredients. Certain restaurant staff were rude and discriminatory.
The rooms are not very clean and need more attention. Mirrors , curtain, sink and ceiling have mold. The toilet was not working and the property needs to improve its rooms and clean the pool.
The assistance I received at the front desk was terrible, they don’t know what they are doing, they gave me a room and when I entered they already given it to someone else. I went back to the front desk, and they gave me a new room and the key didn’t work and I couldn’t open the door.
The staff was very friendly and the resort is very nice! It’s on the beach and beautiful. I think I would recommend the hotel to have a map for 1st time customers bc we were lost and couldn’t find the pizza spot or where to go for our room. Also there was an option for room service but nothing that stated what they offered. Also we didn’t have a do not disturb sign.
Staff and management being rude rooms not getting cleaned limited service bars were understaffed and under supply from the whole place the only two staff they were polite and helpful, were two servers named Lupita and Jose

Staff was great! We had a junior swim up suite. We loved the room. The food was average. And no entertainment at all. And no tacos on the property.

Great place to stay if you want to go on a family vacation. The staff is very attentive and friendly. My sister and I stayed at one of the rooms with private pool but could not use pool after 10pm. The wifi service is very bad, stayed there for 6 days and had a very hard time connecting all day. It also seems like it gets turned off after 11pm. Definitely not a place to be if you have work to do or need phone or laptop for anything. The last night we stayed over someone was deep cleaning the stairs across from our room (which is great because they clean them but not when they’re doing it at 1am). We were already asleep because we had to take a flight in the morning and got woken up 3 times while they cleaned from 1am-3am. Not the best time to be cleaning when we can hear everything in the room. Other than that everything was great. The staff throughout the hotel was the best thing! Our cleaning lady was the sweetest angel she was usually there at around 9am every day. Our concierge was very attentive. And also Orlando from one of their restaurants who was our server at the beach almost every day was the best!
The staff was very friendly. The room wasn’t very comfortable. It always felt humid inside when we would come back into the room from the pool. Everything inside of the room felt wet, including the tile floors and the bed sheets. The food wasn’t the greatest but the drinks were pretty good.
The food wasn’t terrible, the Albatros restaurant & the Pizza was was pretty good. The buffet was hit or miss & there wasn’t alot of options. The issues were all the construction going on…one of the elevators was out of commission, so that only left one which for one of the days wasn’t working. There were times that the electricity went out, water wouldn’t work or the cable wouldn’t. The kids area had a caution tape around it, not sure what was going on with that and the kids drop off was never open. Also there was suppose to be entertainment but only saw that they did one night and i think that was due to hyping up for the boxing match they were hosting the next day. Overall it was pretty disappointing.
The beach need to be clean from small parts
The children's daycare and play area. Didn't find the arcade. Only thing pool needs to be warmer since no kids allowed in the warmer pool the jacuzzi. In the rooms the ac is not adjustable so the room was extremely cold. We adjust the thermostat but it didn't work. Room way to cold.
No food options same things every day
23 and 21 year old friends there for 3 nights in jr swim up suite. Room was perfect! we are Americans but one of us was fluent in spanish- neither of us encountered any rude staff. Albatross was just soso. the buffett was just ok but breakfast was good. The whole place IS like the pictures. When we went to the bar, there was not mixed drinks as an option but the beer was fine. I would def return!!!

At arrival no rooms were availeble. after booking 4 months in advance i slept on the floor in my friends room. they refused to give my money back for the night !!! Glass and a knife was found on the beach ! They finaly gave us a room the next day and they were working upstairs all day making noise horrible experience no sleep in the morning . And food wasint that good and room was dirty in bathroom . Passs on this pay a few bucks extra for a good hotel !
