What an absolute pleasure to stay here! Nice smaller sized hotel which was exactly what we were looking for . The beach is immaculate, with plenty of cabanas. Such a nice change from the usual loungers most hotels have . The beach is beautiful and clean and the water is amazing . I really was not expecting it to be so lovely, it exceeded our expectations for sure . The buffet was really good, as were the drinks and cocktails. The staff is friendly and service was good . The only issue we had was the wifi as it wasn’t working a lot of the time . I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront holiday

There is NO WAY this a 4 star property! There is literally only 2 restaurants (a buffet and a pizza shop). There is absolutely no activities. The hotel rooms are run down, the sliding door doesn’t slide without a fight. The bathroom was flooding. Considering I have stayed at about 6 different hotels in Cancun in the last 7 years this was the absolute worst! Pay an extra $40-50 and stay somewhere else. And you’ll be lucky if you find someone that speaks English!

You get what you pay for. The food was ok, but the pool and beach cabana was what made it great. It would have been better if there wasn’t any construction right next to the pool.

I had an accident in the hotel bathtub. The hotel staff acted quickly but never offered any help other than calling a taxi to take us to the Red Cross. At night when we returned they wanted me to sign a paper stating that I had rejected their offer at the time of the accident, which they never did, so I refused to sign it. In addition to the bathroom being in very poor condition, there were leaks in the ceiling, a leak around the toilet, scale in the leaking bathtub, and they also didn't provide a plastic bath mat to prevent accidents. By the next morning they had put it back in, but the damage had already been done.

Two of the workers were really nice but the majority just seemed rude or unhappy. The air conditioning didn’t work in our room the last two nights. The bars and restaurants have random hours. Also no internet in the hotel rooms but it works around the lobby and pools. There are other places with higher quality and better prices.

Overall the property was in a nice location and felt very cozy. I was not very satisfied with their food. It wasn’t bad but it felt very average. The staff was very attentive and very courteous. The staff was very helpful. I travelled with my family of 7 and being on the beach was so nice but when the sun went down, there was very little to do at the resort as the WiFi was horrible and the TV only had low definition local channels. They were smart TVs but without having Internet or cell service it was impossible to stream anything.

This resort is very hard to write a review for because there were things that were incredible and things that were bad. First the good things...we stayed in a room with a balcony on the 4th floor over looking the ocean. Incredible view! One night we walked on the beach at night and giant turtles start crawling onto the beach! All you can drink! The staff we met were 99% super nice and hospitable. The cabanas on the beach were super nice, we spent half of one day just laying around having cocktails there. The bad...room was very worn, stains on some of the bedding, water would barely drain in the shower, wifi barely ever worked, food was sub-par but was edible. Overall, if you want a place close to the party area in hotel zone, nice beach front, great view, all-inclusive for a good price? This is the place....but not if you want nice updated accommodations.
