The property does not answer the phone, does not call back and there’s no way to leave a message. There is no way to schedule airport transportation. I need a refund. Worst experience I’ve had with a hotel.

Check in process was fast, not issues using parking. Room was clean and nice. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Continental breakfast was included and when we got to the breakfast area around 9 am there was no more food for a lot of people. They still had an hour left to give breakfast. Very dissapointing in this location. We've had amazing experiences in other City hotels.
We have stayed at this property a couple of years ago and was hoping we would have the same experience. This year was more challenging, beginning with communication on hotel shuttle from Airport. We were not able to communicate with anyone on our arrival and ended up getting a taxi for $50. I messaged the property 2 weeks prior to our arrival without anything in return.
Bad smell, pickup to airport didn’t show up, didn’t find my reservation initially, poor breakfast, would not return
This property was very dirty and smelled like urine. The room we booked had a small kitchen area which was nice if we planned on cooking. The bedding had stains and long strands of hair. The bathroom also had long strands of hair in the shower area. They don’t have small wash towels for washing your face or body and gave us floor towels. The restaurant had extremely slow service. Free breakfast includes cereal, coffee, fruit, yogurt, toast, and pastries. Definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. Wouldn’t recommend.
Breakfast was good. Room had a bad odor and the room was not completely clean. The stove was dirty.
Very prompt response to all questions. Free airport transportation both ways. It is a shuttle so you must coordinate arrival at least 24 hours before and departure at check-in. Breakfast was a light continental breakfast, but also offered option of room service or prepared food.
Best kept secret in Cancun. Nice clean hotel perfect for airport stays.
Our reservation was not in their system so it took a long Time to check in. The shuttle leaves every hour and the breakfast attendant would not allow us to take some fruit for the 7 am breakfast as the shuttle was leaving at 7. Really went out of their way to make sure we had nothing to eat beachside of 60 sec
This hotel was perfect for staying close to the airport. The room was so clean and the kitchenette in the room was a nice touch. The hotel and pool are kept very clean. Thank you to everyone at the front desk for your kindness and help, and thank you to Carlos for the prompt airport shuttle service.
