The Kimpton Manaco is a cool building, having been a post office in its past life. The Kimpton line always delights and rarely disappoints. The decor is hip, the service is great, and the rooms are solidly comfortable. The happy hours are nice to come 'home' to at the end of a busy day, as well. ...
Well appointed- some of the best staff ever! Enjoyed the stay. Great restaurants— very accommodating. I would highly recommend the hotel.
Great location, rooms and hotel. Would stay here again for sure.
Great experience staying there, location is good, nice facilities good service
In typical Kimpton hotel fashion, the room was lovely and clean and the people that worked there were friendly and professional!
Safe neighborhood 24x7. Pretty part of city. I didn’t find any bed bugs. Comfy clean bed, multiple tv channels for free. Indoor and outdoor lounge with the street view. Pets stay free ( I asked). Next time will bring my dogs with me. No shuttle to the airport. You will need to call taxi or Lyft.
Kimpton went beyond my expectations for a city hotel. Staff were not only friendly but they also went out of their way to be helpful. They host an evening appetizer and drinks event in the lobby daily. There is a nice restaurant attached. Lots of activity.Rooms were spacious. Walking distance to ...
Hotel was excellent, very clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful.
The art work was amazing & fun. Johnny, the concierge was very pleasant & helpful. The room was super-clean & fresh.
I enjoyed everything and will recommend this place to anyone
A quirky, Euro explosion that’s fun, innovative, and guaranteed to deliver a great stay whether it’s a weekend getaway or midweek retreat. Ridiculously comfortable bed, phenomenal location, and elevated onsite amenities make Virgin my new favorite go-to. Totally recommend!
Great location, within walking distance of many great Chicago attractions. Perfect location for the Polar Plunge!
I didn’t like homeless people outside of hotel. Every time I got out of the cab I would get harassed for money.
Close proximity to Times Square and theaters. Free happy hour and minibar credits were a treat. Welcoming and friendly staff.
The location is great. You don't have to step further than a block for a great coffee shop, yummy restaurants and a convenience store. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. I don't think I have ever experienced a kinder group of people working in a hotel.
The Soho Grand is one of those rare hotels which is a total experience more than just a place to stay. Everything about it conveys the magic of an environment thought out to the last detail. The room renovations are subtle yet superb, understated but done in such a way that it's impossible to imagine ...
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable for five of us. And, as an added bonus, Ess-a-Bagel is right around the corner!!
Amid covid-19 we were allowed to have an early check in and also received an upgrade in room since room prices has gone down from when I made my initial reservation. Staff was amazing. Her name was Maria (forgot her last name). Location is great. Will stay when I come back to NYC.
The first time I stayed here I felt the value for what I paid was clearly out of balance. This time, the price per night was much more reasonable. That said, The hotel is in a fantastic location, the service was first class, particularly from Henry who served us on New Year’s Eve. The restaurant ...
Liked that you could walk or take the shuttle to Minutemaid Park. Didn’t like that there isn’t a room with a bathtub.
I like everything about it what I really don't like his breakfast could be a little bit longer
The staff was very friendly and nice. The room was acceptable as far as cleanliness but could have been cleaner in some areas. There was an unpleasant smell in the suite, The room needs a deep cleaning.
Staff was excellent and friendly. Rooms were wonderful. The pool was incrediable . Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
proximity to downtown Phoenix and having a nice restaurant/bar, the blue hound.
Staff were amazing. Helpful and always went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. The elevators are very confusing. Spent a lot of time trying to get to the room and the ground floor.
the price of a drink at the pool the drink was $21 the staff fee $35
Exceptional service and amenities. This is my favorite resort hotel in the world.
Nice fresh smell in the entire hotel. Not as bland as most chain hotels, comfy and clean too.
Bathroom a little awkward. Prefer staying in the rooms with the enclosed front patio. (Wasn’t available due to full house and our late arrival)
The staff was friendly and very professional. The had a restaurant within the hostel which was extremely convenient! Also, the hotel was located close to N extremely popular shopping mall.
Impeccable customer service. Food done to perfection. Clean, crisp linens, comfortable ultrasoft slippers and bath robes. Fruit infused ice water and fresh available and easily accessible 24hr. Elegant decor. Warm salt water indoor pool. All facilities were clean and beautiful. Driver and car available ...
There was a small miscommunication with valet my first day, as the prior night, my valet ticket wasn’t registered properly but then it was all sorted out. The highlight of my stay was room service. The food was phenomenal!! Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff!
Spectacular views and stellar guest experience. The check in team were very amazing!
comfortable hotel in the nice area. warm fireplace in the lobby. relaxing pool area.
We had a wonderful one night stay for our Anniversary! Markeesh (not sure if I spelled that right) and Dwayne were very helpful and accommodating. We were so excited to walk in the room and see they had wine with chocolate covered strawberries and sweet card for our anniversary! Love little personal ...
We were excited to stay in such a historical place. It drips with elegance and charm.
I loved this hotel. Very elegant and opulent and ot far from the downtown dives you want to experience when you visit denver. The hotel was a little ouf of my price point, but was a great place to stay for anyone wanting to experience a little lux
Checking in took longer than it should have. I had to ask multiple times over an hour and a half of my room as ready after being told it just had to be inspected.
The property is under construction. The mattress is so old me and my wife rolled to the middle of it. Very uncomfortable.
We loved everything about this except in the bar, a glass of house wine was $15. Ridiculous.
Great location and facilities. Rooms nicely decorated. Good restaurant and bar. Relaxing.
Great location, the roof deck and pool are nice spaces. Staff is super friendly, I dealt with Mei and DJ, who both were so helpful. Happy hour with good beer and wine. I'd head back here without hesitation next time I am in S.D.
I have been coming to this hotel for 5 years and I have not been discouraged. I will be coming there every year in March until I die. Love this place, my home away from home
The hotel is in a great area a short walk Petco Park and Seaport Village.
Very well kept - friendly and accommodating staff - The gym was a bit small fort the size of the hotel.
We stayed at this Kimpton Hotel for four days for my son's wedding, also held at this hotel. I'm an amateur photographer who's never photographed a wedding before but did so at this event as my wedding gift to my son. Staff was INCREDIBLY solicitous and helpful in getting my equipment set up and ...
Still low occupancy due to COVID. Minimal staff, maid service never came, but we felt like it was clean and safe.
Expected to get a better room since I’m a member but since it was through Orbitz did not get it on “the preferred customer floor” but that’s ok
This is a unique hotel, an old building converted to a very classy place. There are old columns and bricks visible throughout the place, showing off it’s history and charm. Room was comfortable and quiet, bathroom was very modern. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Lobby area was nice, with ...
Nice hotel that I have stayed at several times. The wifi didn't work in my room, though the staff rebooted the system a few times and, more importantly, the AC was REALLY loud and woke me several times,
