We were there to shower and sleep. The hot water did not work. I called the office and was told they would send an engineer. I called again an hour and a half later and was told, again, they will send someone. Another hour later a man showed up. He spent less than 2 minutes looking at the shower, ...
Orbitz states that the room is 420 square feet. My room was 200 - 250 square feet. I told the front desk and he said only King bed rooms have 420 square feet. Why does Orbitz list 2 queen beds as 420 feet? The front desk person I spoke to also stated that Orbitz makes false claims all the times.
The room was gloomy and looked guite old nothing like the lobby area. There was no fan setting on the air conditioning unit so since the Windows are sealed if you wanted to breathe you have to endure an uncomfortable chill.
Convenient location, nice pool area, very friendly staff. But hallways smell like moulded locker rooms. You can't have all that carpet in a humid region where people walk with wet feet all the time. We found roaches in the bathroom and in the fridge.
We absolutely loved at our at Center Court Ridge at Reunion. The views of the golf course were amazing, and we absolutely loved our 3 bedroom villa. The service was fabulous, and we loved having breakfast in the lobby restaurant.
The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. We did have a damaged office chair, the the staff was quick to find a replacement for it. They unfortunately closed down the lazy river and slide area on Saturday afternoon because of an accident they should have refunded the resort fee which gives ...
The pool heater was not operational in the home with private pool we rented. Despite their website indicating that pool heat can be added for an additional cost, no compensation was given for the broken heater. We reserved a home with an attached pool so our family could swim at our residence. We ...
My arrival to the hotel was going to be way past my check-in time. I called and they made the reservation desk aware of my late arrival. They even upgraded my room.
We had to change rooms twice because one had a broken air conditioner and the other had only a full size bed but the staff was very nice about it
The first day we had no wash cloths. It took two days but we did get them. We ran out of toilet paper, requested more first thing in the morning but still had done the next day when we left
Clean rooms; but a little outdated. Bathrooms were very small. Room didn't have a microwave. The price was good only recommend staying one or two nights.
