The hotel was nice. Reminded me of a renovated holiday inn. The staff was nice, the only problem I had was that I could hear everything going on outside and in the adjacent rooms which made falling asleep for myself and my kids to catch a very early flight hard. And the lifeguards seemed preoccupied ...
The hotel and its staff were good - everyone was very friendly! The Disney shuttle service worked well and the hotel's location near the park was very convenient. But I also used the Universal shuttle, which was the only bad experience of my trip - it took me an hour and a half to get back to the ...
This is a time share property. They will forcefully try to get you to become an owner. However they do pay you for your time. I love this place. Very clean, nice staff, very attentive to guests needs. Just tell them you are not interested in becoming an owner, get your $100 gift card and go about ...
The resort is beautiful however I was disappointed with the fees associated with the lazy river, rock climbing wall, etc. I was under the impression everything was included minus food, beverages, etc. also, I was disappointed to find that the hotel did not provide a crib to us until muiltple requests, ...

The hotel and its staff were good - everyone was very friendly! The Disney shuttle service worked well and the hotel's location near the park was very convenient. But I also used the Universal shuttle, which was the only bad experience of my trip - it took me an hour and a half to get back to the hotel on an extremely stinky bus that stopped at nearly every resort before eventually the Radisson. If you're attracted by the Universal shuttle like I was, look somewhere else. The room was clean, but weirdly inconsistent. One day we didn't get new cups, the next day we didn't have a full sheet set. One day the pillows weren't clean (we got replacements quickly though). Not really a bad experience, just odd in the lack of consistency.
Very well kept, never had a problem, would use again if ever in a need.
You get what you pay for. Don't expect 5 stars for a 2 star price
The rooms themselves are decent and a good value for the money. The exterior of the hotel is a bit sketchy.
