Dirty, not well taken care of, 1 washcloth in room, rust all over bathroom. Doors didn't close properly.

I liked that It was a good location. I didn't like that the area of the hotel was dirty. The furniture was outdated. Poor lighting in the room. And it was a little noisy.

Where to start. We found roaches in our room. It took them 3 days to change a light bulb in the bathroom. And someone did a design error as they had to cut a chunk of the bathroom door out so that it would open all the way due to the toilet being to close. I’d have gladly gave an extra $50 a night and stayed somewhere else if I knew how poorly maintained the property was

The ONLY good thing about this property is the shuttle to universal, Disney, and sea world. It’s absolutely disgusting.

when we checked in they gave us room 601 when we entered the room it was very musty smelling, no working light above sink, there were no wash cloths, the hair dryer started sparking when my wife tried to use it, there was red mold behind the bathroom door. i have stayed there several times in the past but never had such a bad experience as we did this time i will neverrevisit that place again

Check in was great..my room was perfect.. customer service is always top notch..close to all that I need..right on the bus line.. Great Place!

Property was disgusting, I left and refused to stay. Door wouldn't lock, used condoms outside of the room, ripped bed spreads , bugs in room, mold in bathroom. Horrible services.

I liked how close to the theme parks it is. The room itself was dated. On top of that, a few of the lights didn’t work or were very dim. The property itself was very sketchy and so were the people staying there. Not a fan myself. Definitely wouldn’t go there with my kids.

This place is a dump. I wish I had read the reviews before booking on-line. Please don't stay here unless you absolutely must. I felt gross whenever I was in the room which was very little because I hated touching any surface. The grounds have trash/debris flying around. You see the same garbage in the same spot over and over again. The people working here are pleasant but the hotel is just gross. Do yourself and family a favor and stay somewhere else.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in. Bed bugs, dirty shower, my shocks turned black from the walking in the carpet. The key card didn’t work and they had my family and children standing outside for an hour at 3 am. Terrible place to stay

Dirty, Filthy. The Staff is Rude and Couldn't Care Less About Anything.

My room had no soap or shampoo/conditioner and a minor grievance the tv was at least 20yrs old

It was nice, the price was cheap! There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. It is a short distance from Disney World.

The staff is super unfriendly

The room was horrible and moldy. And they have cockroaches

The price upfront was better than other properties in the area, but there are hidden fees – like the resort fee. The room smelled of most, and they were visible stains on the carpeting and walls. Much of the facility was closed based on Covid restrictions. There were some tough clientele staying around me. Would not recommend.

The room was nasty dirty, it was holes in the wall cover it with tape, the toilet was clog, the lamps didnt have light bulbs, the beds was brooken. I went and ask to be change to a different room, they gave me a "better one" still horrible. i just stay there because it was late we were tired and it was only one night. but never again

Everyone was nice!..At times it was disorganized and communication among the staff and guest was unpleasant..
