Conveniently located, friendly staff, prompt service,

staff was very attentive some outlets didnt have power and room are dated and a bit worn but clean

Carpet looked brand new. Bathroom could use some upgrades & a good detail... but wasn’t “gross”. Shower pressure was A++! Beds were actually pretty comfortable. Good size room.

I should’ve known it was a dump when I saw buckets in the lobby because it was raining. The hotel room was OLD... gross. There was maggots in the bed! Room smelled like mold.. there was a family of raccoons in the ice machine lol. I seriously couldn’t make this stuff up. We had to argue for them to change my room they called it an upgrade. Dirty bedding. Shower brown. Sink ran all night. A big whole at the bottom of our door. Perfect size for a rodent. I slept in my clothes! I couldn’t shower because I’d need to take a whole other shower for showering there! We came in at midnight so there wasn’t much we could do.. pictures are a lie. I wouldn’t ask a homeless person to sleep here

We chose this hotel for a one night stay near WDW and an attractively low rate. Location was convenient to WDW and many offsite restaurants so another way to save a little. Front desk staff was polite although not overly engaging. I was not too enthused with all the "advertising" thrust my way but I suppose this is one way they get additional revenue and keeps costs down. The room did have a unusual odor when we first entered - not really off putting and I did not notice it after being in the room for just a few minutes. I was dismayed by the limited outlets. Trying to find enough to plug in out electronics was a challenge. Furnishings looked dated. But my family all agreed the mattresses were comfortable, odorless and clean. Bathroom looked like it was built by me meanings there were mismatched corners, tiles, black streaks on wall under the sink. I did receive a text after we were in our room ten minutes asking how everything was. I texted back the unusual odor and limited outlets. The person asked me how they could resolve the issue. I never texted back because I did not have an easy answer but I appreciated them checking in via text in the first place. In my opinion, this was a fair value for the price paid.

This hotel is one of the worst hotel I ever stayed at nothing works the first day I checked in the heather was not working The housekeeping staff did not clean the room all they do is change the towels, the rooms has cockroaches just overall a nasty hotel

They actually gave someone our room keys to another family who walked into our room.

Check in was excellent as always. It appeared that the housekeeping staff got distracted while finishing up the room and left a dirty washcloth on the dresser. Everything else was clean and in order.

It was comfortable. Quiet..especially for New Year’s Eve. I would stay again.

Awful hotel..... smelly, old, tacky. I honestly don’t how they let hotels in this condition still legally run their business. We checked in and checked out right away, we couldn’t stay. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay there

The Seralago two bedroom suite was very comfortable for 5 adults and 3 kids. We stayed for two days. Very friendly staff , I received a text message from them a few minutes after checking in, asking if everything was OK with the room. Very nice detail. There’s only one thing that we can said was bad, is the fact that there were no working ice machines close to our room. I walked up to three of them, all out of service. Besides that, is a great hotel for the price.

Good location but rooms are not that great bed's where not comfortable

Good location but poor management and poor cleanliness in rooms especially bathroom. Need to watch out in neighborhood.

Room was not very clean, there was a incident to where we were kept up all night with numerous sheriffs outside our room. Things in room were broken. Not very happy with the experience.

I guess you get what you pay for! Pictures are very different from what room is! Very disgusting and it smelled like mold!

This hotel says it is a 3 star hotel, but we were disappointed. Only 2 of the lights in the bedroom worked. The internet did not connect even once in our 3 day stay. There was mold and rust all over the bathroom floor. The bathtub faucet dripped steadily and the shower head dripped intermittently. It rained one day and the outside walkways on the second floor were so wet it was difficult to walk. On the good side, the shuttle to Epcot was on time and comfortable.
