Friendly staff, great location. The manager should lcheck the rooms to ensure that they smell good. It is a great turn off that every time you enter your room, you have to spray it with febreze.

I would definitely stay again at this hotel.Rooms are big .Pool and hot tub is nice.Closeby to restaurants.Within 20minute walk is Cracker Barrel & Chili's.

The hotel was easy to find, close to resterrants. Bad water pressure in the shower, like you had to stand under the shower head to get water. But for the price what more do you expect.

It's was nice my boys lived the family kids room. We had the igloo room which it was bigger than another we had before. I would come back

We've stayed here many times and love it. The pool side rooms are FAR superior.

The bed was small and uncomfortable. Asked for extra pillows that never showed up till the next day . The pillows were a ball up mess.

Good location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Depending on time of day you may get friendly staff. Restaurant/snack bar on site but you may wait a while before someone shows to take your order. Rooms are pretty basic and very run down. This is a decent place for those on a budget and spending most of your days out at the theme parks. My room reared of cigarette smoke but I was too tired most days to ask to change to another. I would recommend a bottle of Febreeze.

Basic nothing fancy. No coffeemaker in room. I asked for updated room and the mattress on the bed was flat and old so I did not sleep much. Location is great never used the pool.

The name sound big but the rooms are not to standards. Have to paid resort fee even I do not use it.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was a very comfortable space. The only complaints was that I booked a poolside view and couldn't get it and the towels were full of hair. Nice place for the kids with the game room in the lobby and fun spot in walking distance.

This was our 3rd year at Seralago. We stayed for 3 days. Happy to say this room was very clean as before. My only complaint is we didn't get a new set of towels for our second day. We called for new towels, but didn't get them till the 3rd morning.

The Seralago is very basic in terms of the quality of the hotel, but we knew that when we booked. It is good value for your money and that is why we were staying there for, plus being in close proximity to the Disney parks. A couple of suggestions would be to put new mattresses in as the beds were not very comfortable. We also founds the floors / carpet were not as clean as we would hope for.

Separe varias.noches y semanas. 1 mes y vuelvo en una.semana otra vez

Never brought pillows and blankets after asking 3 times.

It's not the ritz but you get what you pay for. Room was clean and a good place to rest after long Disney Days. We don't ever use the amanties at any place we stay so I can't attest to that, but I seen many people enjoying the pool.

You get what you pay for. An very outdated hotel with old facilities. It is huge thou. The bed sheets were clean, which is all we care about because we didn't stay in room a lot.

It was okay the furniture was worn and should be updated. The staff did do there job as far as keeping the place clean.

Staff great and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. That's it ............. ............. ................ . ...

Only one wall light (not bright) one wood chair, sad.
