The rooms and beds need to be a little more up to date. Bed was very low to the ground and the bed was really hard . Also to have to pay for parking is ridiculous when you are staying at the hotel 40 for valet or 28 for overnight parking! Do better !

You had to pay to park which was a turn off. We went into the room which was not cleaned up to par. There was what i can only gather as dried bodily fluid on the toilet seat that was not cleaned off. (Yes it was probably what you think it was). :( My spouse wanted a different which I understand but they were not able to accommodate bc of booking (totally understandable). We asked that the room be cleaned again since we were going out for the evening. We came back and it was still on the toilet seat. We had to go back down and ask again. My wife wanted the room comped I thought that was a little much so I asked for the parking for the night be covered. They would do neither . Finally they had someone come up and clean. I felt sorry for the guy bc he really had to scrub. I felt sorry for my wife bc she has to sit to use the rest room and I felt even worse for me bc I had to hear about it all weekend. You should have done something guys buy us a drink cover the parking for the night anything. There was semen on the toilet seat. Do better

The actual hotel employees were less than helpful, less than friendly and less than accommodating. The parking is a NIGHTMARE and the garage is dirty, dim and feels unsafe. Thank goodness for one of the parking attendants who helped me with disabled parking(as there were no spots open on either day). Our hotel room had 2 bath towels, for a 4 person room. Our shower was clogged. The hallway smelled of Marijuana and so did the elevators. The noise in the halls was going on even in the middle of the night.

The property is in a great location and the facilities are faultless. Be careful about when to stay as conventions fill the place up unbearably. Water failed for one day and I only received two free xfasts after complaining otherwise not apologies of feedback on repair time meanwhile no shower sink or toilet flushing water . Gym is not free and parking is 30 each day .

This property was perfect for my convention stay. The only suggestion I have is to add microwaves to the rooms. Sharing a microwave with thousands of other guests is not very sanitary.

Went for a cheer competition and the location was perfect. Overall impression was great, friendly staff, cute exterior/interior, valet and bellhops were wonderful. Biggest complaint was we had no working water on our last day and the front desk was not helpful with the situation. Our phone didn’t work in order to call downstairs, bell hop or valet either so it was a bit frustrating.
