When we arrived the bellhop asked if we wanted to valet park or needed assistance with luggage. We said no. So rather than letting us unload at the front door, he instructed us to go around to the parking garage, park and unload. That required us to walk all the way through the conference center with out luggage and an infant to get to check in. He said that was “best”. I’m not sure who that was “best” for but it isn’t for arriving guests.

Was very surprised at how affordable this hotel was and how great it was for the price. It's one of the 3 closest hotels to the convention center 🙌 Rooms were cleaned everyday not every other day like most hotels now and service was excellent. The room was spacious with great views and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, even though we stayed in a room for wheelchair access. Overall extremely pleased and will book again.

We stayed there eight years ago, so we knew the area. Unfortunately, when we got into the room, there was a long dark hair in the bathroom around the bath seal looks like it had been broken and fixed but looks dirty. Would’ve liked an extra blanket that was staff for polite and pleasant.
