Nice and free shuttle service to theme parks! Hotel has breakfast and is great for families.

I love everything about this hotel!! My new favorite hotel in Orlando. The retro decor and theme are so beautifully done and it brought back so many wonderful memories of my childhood. The rooms are spacious, well laid out. The diner restaurant had many choices of foods and reasonably priced. I used the game room and wish I had time to bowl in the bowling alley. It was too cold out to use the pool but it looked incredible and I will book this hotel again and again. Parking was also easy and plentiful. Bus service to Universal City Walk and the parks is convenient and quick.

It was our first time staying at Cabana Bay and it was the best hotel we've stayed at when we visit the Florida parks. We looooved the 1950's style. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed including a fridge. Pro Tip: Get the length of stay cup. It's $18 but it's unlimited refills the entire time you are at the resort. Also, by staying in a park hotel you get early access to the parks. Just have your room key with you. This is when a lanyard comes in handy and if you are a annual pass member as well.

Perfect for families visiting Universal Orlando...choose this one... you won’t regret it!

Left my jacket in the hotel room and had $1,000 stolen from the pocket.

Room was very uncomfortable too small for the price hotel check in was too much hassle

Very family oriented! Good pool and lazy river but you have to pay for the tubes :(

The hotel is amazing. Food, amenities, pool, and the staff in general are great. My only complaint is about a staff member named Biti. She was in the tickets and planning desk. A very rude and helpless person. She does fit for the hotel’s category She shouldn’t be there.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. It offered everything we needed and we didn’t need to leave the property for anything. We found the restaurant in the Bowling Alley to be great as well as the cafeteria. The pools were large and there was plenty of loungers and table to accommodate the many people who stay at this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Checkin was a mess. Took 45 min as staff spent extra time upselling things to you at checkin. Room was clean but sparse. Bed was not very comfortable. The diner was a nightmare and took forever to get food

Very long checkin (almost 40 min) as there was a long line and only 3 staff working (even though there are spots for 10+ staff). The hotel is huge and I had a hard time finding my room—it turned out to get to it, I had to walk outside to get to a separate building (something the front desk person failed to tell me). When I was walking around lost, I couldn’t find any staff to help me. Finally I asked one of the guests and they helped!

Loved the music, the breakfast experience, the salad bar, Starbucks, the pool, everyone was nice. Excellent experience
