This is a fantastic famiky resort - food, bowling alley, arcade, swimming pools, walkable amisement oarks etc. my kiddo has food allergies and the restaurant staff was amazing and accommodating.

Very clean had one problem and it was fixed within the hour.

I liked the retro vibe, that was one of the main reasons I chose to stay there.

Great location, and services accommodations are great.

Pool and proprety itself. Retro feel to the property , cafeteria, eating area was great . gym was also nice

Loved the decor, everything was very clean n everyone very helpful n friendly

Just came back from a 4 day vacation on 3/1/19. Very disappointed in the food choices available. If I had know there was no “real” restaurant, I would have switched hotels. I can not eat fried/junk food for days. You have a bowling alley that serves food and a cafeteria style on the first floor. We ate one meal there Breakfast it was $30+ for 2 of us. The rest of our stay we choose to eat at Starbucks (in the hotel) and the cost was $12 and food was better. Also, be aware the hotel does NOT offer free floats for the lazy river. The charge ranges from $7-15 a float depending on size. That is poor considering how much you pay for the hotel. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean (although I prefer a hotel room with no carpet) I felt the carpet was dirty and the beds were very mushy. I did not pay for a room upgrade - I asked when we arrived. The hotel was 30% full so there was plenty of upgrades available for FREE.

Great option for two bedroom suite. Loved the convenience of the pools, dining, and game room. Easy to get back and forth from parks.

We had a fantastic time the week and we spent at cabana Bay my husband and I greatly enjoyed the pool in the bar area as I felt like the food service was great considering them out to people that they service it was very clean and the staff was very kind

The resort was perfect for our family - pools were great, bowling was fun, and everyone could find something to eat at the Bayliner Diner. Also enjoyed the cute accents that made this 50’s/60’s retro - including the classic cars parked out front and TV programming from that era playing in the diner.

Everything about the property was excellent. The only complaint was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the room when we checked in. Staff was prompt and attended to it that next morning.

Great price for the room which was a wonder spot while traveling alone with my 11 year old. We had a top floor and great view of the volcano. We love how close the hotel is to the interstate and park. Easy ride over to City Walk. Great food as well, loved the salad bar.

Fun and laid back. Loved the retro vibe and feel from big details to small! The staff was so accommodating and helpful. The entire family found something to love and make their favorite. Be prepared for lots of walking as the resort is laid out very wide. The views of volcano bay and Hogwarts are such a bonus, especially at night!

Awesome retro rooms, clean and very friendly helpful staff

Nice hotel close to the parks with free shuttles. The pool areas are great if it wouldve been warmer weather.

The Hotel is very nice and the room was very clean. The only problem we had was that the beds weren't comfortable. Other than that our stay there was very good and we would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay there with close access to the parks and City Walk.

The cleaners weren’t very thorough, and the sink leaked all over the countertops every time we used it.

Rooms were nice and location was very convenient ! Great place to stay

Beautifully executed 1950s theme. Everything was clean and well maintained. Room service was attentive to requests, bar service and front desk staff were exceptional.

Nice and free shuttle service to theme parks! Hotel has breakfast and is great for families.
