I always enjoy this hotel. It has such a fun and happy vibe. It’s hard not relax and be happy between the lazy river, fire pits and vintage commercials running in the dining area. Add in a bowling alley and arcade games and s’mores kits and this hotel is just fun!

Our keys did not work when first arriving to the property while we waited for the room. The TV's were not working for 2/4 days we were there. They got it resolved, but it was very frustrating trying to get staff to fix issues. Room service is every other day which is weird especially when you have a suite with 6 people in it. The day housekeeping was supposed to come, they knocked on the door around 5pm when we were trying to relax before we had to go back out to the parks. Very inconvenient. I am not sure if I would go back.

Normally we don't have any issues at this hotel but this time it seems like housekeeping was really lacking. We got there early and put our name in the check-in queue however we sat there for 4 hours (while a couple of dozen people who checked in after us got their rooms). Once the actual check-in time of 4 arrived I checked on our status and our room still wasn't ready. About 30 mins later they finally moved us to a different room and allowed us to go to our room. Then they only clean the rooms every other day which is fine but on one of the days they were supposed to come, we came back from the pool ready to shower around 3-4 pm and our room hadn't been touched and we were out of towels. Very frustrating especially the check in.

Beautiful hotel

I had a beautiful view volcano bay from my hotel room and there was beautiful pool with a little restaurant by the pool

Got there at 2. Checked in room room not Available. Was supposed To Get a text never did. Gave us an upgrade. Rooms were middle of the road. Didn’t like just a buffet restaurant. Would not Stay there again.
