So we were required to pay a resort amenity fee each day but a lot a lot of those amenities were not available or did not work, such as the marina being shutdown, the island closed, the TV not working, and most annoyingly, the wifi did not connect. The other annoying things about this place is that our balcony overlooked a mudpit construction zone and the parking availability Was horrible. We did appreciate the putt putt golf. The daily house keeping did a good job. We also enjoyed the variety of pools/ hot tubs,And the resort trail.

This property is a timeshare, so check in took 10 times longer than expected because they were trying so hard to sell us a membership when all we needed was a hotel during a conference in Orlando. It took two days and a couple of phonecalls to get housekeeping to service our room. Coffee is NOT included after the first night, and the on-sight coffee shop does not open until after 8am! The room was lovely, and the pools were very nice, but that didn't make up for the lack of service and the constant feeling of getting a sales pitch.

Will come back someday and recommend to friends, big studio and clean

My upgrade!! Wow thanks. Wish I could have stayed longer!!

Everything in one place with a large expansive property, gives a true resort experience at an incredible price.

I didnt like anything about thia place. Will not rwccomend thia place to anyone...

I had a nice stay! Beautiful balcony view! Restaurants were good.

All of the amenities were an additional charge. We were lead to believe at booking that mini golf and bowling were free. Free shuttle to Disney had too few times for pick up at night. The park closed at 8 and fireworks started then. You had to choose between leaving before the closing show or having to wait until 10:30. We stayed for the show then we’re waiting on the bus at 9. We ended up getting an Uber for $20 so we weren’t waiting an hour and a half on the bus. We could have drove and parked for $25 and had freedom to go and leave as we pleased. Room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The paper towels and toilet paper were beyond cheap though. Definitely recommend bringing your own.

The constant harrassment, by the staff. To try and sell a Time Share. Five days, and 5 annoying calls .
