Very nice for a family, close by many attraction, it’s really big to walk and park

Best hotel in Orlando and that bed is so comfortable

We chose this property--and paid about $25 more than I normally would for a night's stay--specifically for the advertised in-room jetted tub. Were it not for that feature we would have chosen less-expensive lodging. Got there in the evening and was given a room with no tub. Hotel reaction was essentially a shoulder shrug with the non-explanation that they had sold out of that room, never mind that they had accepted my reservation for that room. I suspect it's a bait-and-switch way to overbook and get people into less-desirable rooms, because I cannot believe that a hotel doesn't know how many rooms and of what type it has available when taking reservations. At that hour we just wanted to get settled and into bed (since there was no opportunity for an in-room soak) or we would've gone elsewhere. Hugely disappointing and a waste of money. Management's meager effort at compensation was to waive the $14 resort fee. Fortunately, Orbitz did a much better job making up for the hotel's 'mistake', so I'll continue to use Orbitz, but I won't stay at this property again because reservations aren't honored. Also, I went to get ice and the ONE ice maker for the entire building was empty--had to walk to one of the other buildings. Large gap between glass shower door and fixed glass panel yielded a large puddle of water on the bathroom floor that was flowing out into the hallway when I stepped out. It soaked an entire bath towel to get up all the water.

Very nice and friendly. Easy drive to Universal and Disney, about 15 mins away from each. Would book again.

Staff was polite and most helpful. Room was very nice. Great value.

The resort was very welcoming and everyone was so friendly.

Nice hotel, lots os ammenities. Nice staff, the offer free transportations to most of rhe parks and attractions in the city. We went for 5 days, paid for me and my husband and they let stay my daughter(adult) free of charge sleeping on the sofa bed. We are defenitly coming back. Ps: dont take the "sale tour" is a 90 minutes waste of your time.

The Hotel is great! The facilities are awesome, but my room was never clean during my stay, I have to call to get towels and get the trash throw out. Most of the staff were great and very hospitable.

We waited for over an hour for a shuttle and nothing. Asked to have sheets changed. This never happened our entire stay of 4 days..I even called and they said someone would be over to take of that. No one ever showed up. Attended timeshare presentation after saying no the salesman abruptly got up and said customer service will be over. He turned and left. Customer service came over offered another unit that cost. No was said that person picked her papers and left.

Resort and room was nice. Staff was friendly. Only complaint is our room was skipped one day and housekeeping did not clean it and bring new towels etc.

Nice rooms with good space, only issue was that the WiFi was spotty

Nice Hotel but they push timeshares on you and dont take no for an answer. I did not get a timeshare but i looked at reviews on this resort and they had horrible reviews. Also reviews showed what a bad investment timeshares are. Stay somewhere else!

Nice resort but house keeping was NO GOOD! We had BLOOD STAINS on the bed and the company refused to issue my refund after I took pictures and had been asking them since day 1 to have room service come up and PLEASE clean. They told me they would and at appx 130AM, someone finally came. I couldn't even sleep in a hotel I paid for and they don't want to refund! I am posting this experience EVERYWHERE! I probably cant get through to everybody but if 1 person can get my message and pass it on, the world will truly be talking about these pictures in a matter of days.

So beautiful, clean and spacious. Room upgrade was a nice surprise

The location is perfect for visiting both Disney and Universal. The shuttles don’t run many times a day, but Uber makes it easy to travel at other times. The staff was friendly, and the room was perfect.

Check in was a mess - it took over 45 minutes because they never entered my reservation in their system. Even after all that, they didn't offer an upgrade or anything for the inconvenience. And they forgot to give me my VIP amenities! Then on the last night, there was a COCKROACH in the room. They came to spray bug stuff in the room but so gross. We got it on sale, so I guess you get what you pay for. But based on the reviews, I had expected it to be nicer.

Great hotel and customer service. Great Staff I will go back and refera; to friends and family. Great experience

Room was excellent. Sports bar was nice but lacked vegetarian options. Free shuttle to parks was a bonus. Some construction & housekeeping mess but manageable. A very pushy sales staff & experience left a bitter taste & kept our overall experience from being excellent.
