I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience. I have significant concerns regarding the recurring clogging issues. Additionally, the elevator's operational speed was notably slow. The room's aesthetic appeared considerably older and less luxurious than depicted on your website. The promised poolside bar, as advertised on your website, was not operational during my stay. The bed mattress was excessively soft and caused discomfort, leading to body aches. Body wash was not provided in the room.

Some of your room are very old need updated also there needs to be a certain parking space for you cart people they took up the parking spaces that customers could have used several times I had to park far away due to cart being parked in the spaces and you need more ice machines on the floor ..
