Great location to everything as far as food, Walmart, attractions etc. Beds were horrible and the parking at night. The water park only has 2 water slides and a small wave pool. It's a joke to charge guest to come in.

Really enjoyed the amenities. Family-friendly. Close to Universal studios and Sea World. That was a huge plus. Lots of restaurants within as 2 miles radius of the hotel, if you and your significant other opt to have a nice dinner. Great Steakhouses near hotel.

Did not use many of the amenities due to other planned activities away from resort. Checkin staff and concierge were very good. We did not use shuttle around resort but heard other guest complain about waiting long periods of time for shuttle. Food was good at the resort. Would be nice to include breakfast without needing to attend a sales pitch which we declined to do.

This is a really nice resort with lots of fun amenities. It’s a bit confusing because some of the things you have to pay extra for, where as when booking and going around the property it seems like it is all part of the package, especially since you have to pay a resort fee. That feels off and could be handled better.

I really enjoyed my stay here, very clean and staff gave thumbs up service. If I wanted to change anything it would be the distance from the building and the main building super big resort so be ready to walk. Also the bars by the pools were bee infested and the computer went down for over an hour and they would not serve us.

Didn’t even check in my room and was trying to get my money back all night through them and Expedia. I was unable to get a room or refund and they marked as no show in reality both parties where trying to keep the money and left me room less ! Scam!

Staff all around were great and helpful. Beautiful place to stay as a couple or family and love the many activities and on site offerings of grocery/food/restaurant etc. I would recommend and stay again.

Overall the resort was good. The room had a full kitchen, which I wasn't expecting. There are 7 pools around the resort, all that have a hot tub too. The one closest to my unit, had raw unfinished cement. This was so abrasive that it ruined my new bathing suit with deep pilling anywhere it touched. It also left scrapes on my legs. The resort said they would advise their engineering team but did nothing for compensation of the ruined clothing. They were meticulous about cleaning around the resort, I saw them emptying the garbage and doing lawn maintenance multiple times per day. Largest issue was the inaccuracies between Expedia and the resort. Recommend the resort but not Expedia.
