The staff was great! The room was big and the amenities were great

Only bad thing was pull out bed not so comfortable and had to go take a long way back to get a new key because it was not working, otherwise everything else was great

Every staff member we spoke with was courteous & friendly. nice amenities, clean rooms.

Overall the experience was ok. It was good for the price I paid, but it is too big. 9K rooms one person quoted us! Had a few issues in our room right from the start. The TV in the bedroom did not work, and the TV in the kitchen was all fuzzy. The safe did not work at all and had to be fixed. The toilet seat was loose and even though the nice maintenance men tried to fix it, they said it was off center and there was nothing they could do. I was told we were being put in the newly renovated section of the complex, but our room was not new - at least 5 years old. The cleaning staff is supposed to make sure all of these things work before the next new guest comes in, but they apparently do not really do that. Our kitchen floor was all sticky right in front of the refrigerator (your shoes stuck), and it was never mopped the entire time we were there (5 days).

I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived to the hotel and found out that we were getting a VIP upgrade because of being a longtime orbitz member. We were upgraded to a suite with 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room overlooking the pool. The room was very clean and comfortable and we loved the easy access to the pool, hot tub, hotel bar, and many other great amenities. Would highly recommend! (Plus a free shuttle to universal and Disney!!)

Orbitz pkg deal. Good value. Insufficient parking facilities. Probably 25% more parking spaces required. And that won’t happen.

My overall experience was excellent at this Westgate location. The hotel staff were great at check in and the check out was a breeze (they had check out on my drive out so didn't even have to get out of the car.) . I was extremely happy with the cleanliness of my room and didn't have any issues with it during my stay. The 2 room condo with lake view is a must here. My stay was short but did notice they had great amenities available for the family on the resort. Pools at each building location, gaming, bar, bowling, restaurants, lake activities. Will have to bring the whole family next time. The only issue I had was parking availability (especially at night.) The whole parking lot was full and had to go park in the garage which was a hikes away from my room and building. Upside is that they do have numerous staff on golf carts willing to take you to your building at all times of the day and night. So not to upset here. Will be back.

Resort has a lot of activities and is a great place for families. Close to Walmart shopping and restaurants

1)The keys did not work, need to go all the way to reception to get new keys keeping my parents standing in the cold 2)Worst WIFI I have ever had 3)I expected complimentary breakfast, but did not find there. 4) would never recommend to any one

Really enjoyed my stay here and i would most definitely come back. When i got there i checked in late, 7pm,it was busier than i thought it would be bcuz check in starts at 4 but the line moved fast than when i got up to the desk i found out that they had the wrong room infomation but when i showed her my room confirmation she told me she sold out the room i originally booked so she upgraded me to the 2 bedroom with no hassel no fuss. If i would complain about anything it probably think the shower floor could be a little cleaner but nothing that would keep me from coming back!

I had an amazing stay! The room was spacious and clean. It was perfect for a quick get away. The only flaw was the slick way they try to get you to attend a timeshare presentation by offering you a free breakfast. Luckily I read the fine print, forewent the free breakfast, and didn’t get suckered into 90 minutes of the staff badgering me to buy a timeshare

The hotel was comfortable, clean and family friendly. The staff was very professional and helpful with my late arrival

We loved the location, the room, and the amenities but were not pleased by the fact that they wasted our time by keeping us there after check in to pitch a lot of extra stuff like park tickets. Then the next morning we were awoken by a phone call asking us if we would like to make a restaurant reservation or buy park tickets again. We need a no solicitation added to our reservation I guess. Other than that the hotel is beautiful and we had a nice stay.

They thing I didn't like is being pressured to by a timeshate.

Everything was fabulous except for the spa. Other than that we completely enjoyed our stay.

great hotel very close to universal and international drive hotel amenities are excellent and rooms are great will definitely book again

Very comfortable and clean. The structure made me feel safe since we stayed during hurricane Irma.

I worked out in the gym. The resort is close to Universall and Disney. The guards are friendly. The welcoming package help us decide where to go for restaurants.

In all fairness this was a business trip -- I would probably rate this one star higher for a family vacation. Lot's of little things were off -- they missed making up my room one day (fixed when I called), coffee is only free the first day (but when I complained they provided me enough for the remainder of my stay), wake up calls were early or late (not by much, but not on time either). No plastic laundry bags in the closet either. The room was clean and comfortable except for the rock hard mattress. Room size was spacious. Power plugs were NOT convenient for the desk areas and wireless performance was very erratic. I had to call once for the wireless to be rebooted. I did like the lamp by the bed that had USB power plugs in it. They couldn't provide me a bill with my actual nightly room charge on it -- only the taxes and resort fees. The people at the desk did try a couple of times unsuccessfully. Would I stay here again? For a vacation -- maybe. For a business trip -- no.

This hotel first did not give us the room we booked. Second they harassed right after check-in till the moment we left to take the 60min seminar in regards to buying property at westGate. I told the man we were in a time schedule and he still insisted and wanted to charge my credit card so instead I gave a cash deposit of 20.00 and had to sign some form. I loss the -20.00 plus had the resort fee per person. I received phone calls also to my psersonal cell phone in regards to the resort seminar. Very aggravating. Orbitz should stipulate for customers that this resort does that. Hotel rooms are very run down and I was not happy at all for my Disney Anniversary vacation,
