Overall my son and I had a good time although the store on property is very expensive. I personally feel that assigned parking would help.

Very clean, our room lost power to just the bathroom twice... our microwave stopped working. Towel hook came out of wall and toilet plugged easily! Also, they don’t communicate well with their staff- asked to have microwave fixed- nothing, had late check-out but walked in on by maids 3 times because they didn’t know. Harassment by the woman that led the meeting for time share! Harassed to do time share meeting in the first place ( its optional, but they badger you till you agree)

Mike was great at check in. Upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite! He made the mini vacation spectacular!

nice place everyone was nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

After searching through several reviews of different hotels/resorts for a short get away for my husband and I, we decided the price point of Westgate and the amenities it offered were perfect for us. I definitely suggest using an uber from the airport to the resort if you are not getting a vehicle (it was about $28 each way). Walmart is a 1 mile walk from the resort (there is a sidewalk the entire way). Amenities were GREAT!. We didn't want to spend to much money as we are a young family of 4 so we stayed in the resort the whole time and utilized these. The pool bars did close at 6pm (i believe it was still 'off season'). The room was not clean at all. There were hairs in the shower and some dried blood stains on the comforter. We used the brown fleece style throw blanket, however, when I went to make the bed in the morning I noticed stains that looked like they had yet to been laundered =/. Screened porch had black residue all over the floor and the toilet overflowed (older/sensitive plumbing). The room size however was great! We actually did some relaxing in the room watching movies one night. Overall the room was dated, but in average condition. It was VERY bothersome that the second we checked in we were directed to a 'timeshare selling desk' where they were aggressive and unclear about their intentions. We just wanted to check into our room but they gave this guy the room keys so we had to listen! They are CONSTANTLY trying to get you to go on a 'tour'. Frustrating.

Needed a decent place to stay for a reasonable price, this was the only one available. They do charge a $30 resort fee which is to cover activities on property. If you come back late, be prepared to possibly park far from your room, parking fills up quick. I would give 5 stars if this location made the resort charge optional.

The hotel was very nice. The restaurants were excellent. The shuttles were great. Just make sure that you book the shuttle 24 hours in advance to and from the parks. I recommended eating breakfast at the buffet before going to the parks. The food was excellent.

Overall our experience at Westgate was good. The one complaint we would have is that one evening there were people around the pool way past closing and they were yelling and making a lot of noise, which was disturbing those of us who were trying to sleep.

Nice big room with lanai, kitchenette, hot tub and comfortable king size bed, nice pillows and plenty of blankets. Room was clean and pool areas and grounds were nicelay maintained.

Great amenities. Great location. Great comfort. Great staff. My best travel accommodations ever!

Its a beautiful resort, I was in building 60 which is the very last mind you I'm fit and I don't mind walking but there was ever a shuttle or golf carts going around and basically felt like waiting 20-30 for a ride when I could just walk the 8minutes to the lobby. but its a far walk and chilly. When we first got to our room it was so moist and musty smelt so bad. thankfully I fixed that by turning on some air circulation. The room next door to us their alarm went off at 5am and went on for over an hour and finally had to call the lobby to send someone up to the room. not sure what came of it but my sister and I had to fall back asleep with pillows over our heads. it was a short 3 day vacation for me, first time being away from my child. Its a beautiful resort and I wish we just had a better experience because I would totally come back.

I'm a frequent traveler. Westgate by far has been my overall best experience in accommodations.

The hotel staff was very friendly, hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The room was a home setting very comfy! Would definitely recommend to my friends

This is our second stay at Westgate and we will no doubt stay here again in the future.

The staff was amazing, the rooms were very clean and overall it was a Great Experience!!!

When we checked in we were handed off to a second lady that took us to a desk across where a person told us to come in the morning because we have free breakfast and they will also give us a $50 Visa card plus another $50 to spend on hotel grounds. He then asked for $20 deposit and said it will be refunded in the AM. We come to find out we need to attend a 90 min deals presentation. This is not professional. Also we wanted to use the tub but there was hair and paper soap wrapped around the filtration system and jets.

It was a great low key place to relax and be treated just respectful and a customer. They cared!!!

The "resort" was not a resort, its a timeshare. Endured a 90 minute selling pitch, in which I clearly told the salesperson I will not buy anything, they still held us up. Did I mention I had a 3 year old with us. The place is under construction so we walked a good distance to a pool. No parking. On two occasions we came back at around 7PM only to be looking for parking for 30 mins. The staff is great.

Our overall stay of decent except for the experience with the shuttle services to Disney parks. They use third-party shuttle services and it only goes to Epcot. You have to catch another shuttle from their to other parks. The frequency is also limited. It's every hour an half to two hours and you have to reserve a spot. We were declined to enter the bus even though we reserved the spot as the bus was already full, which was 8.25 pm and the other bus was at 10.30 pm. We took the Uber one day. The other day, we arrived at 8.27 pm and the bus had already left since the departure time is 8.25 pm. There were other 4 different families waiting for the bus and they said they were there before 8.25 pm and the bus never arrived. I called the shuttle service, got transferred three different times and they hung up on me two times. I then called the hotel and the driver told them the bus left with no passenger since there was nobody there at 8.25 pm, which I thought was crazy. The hotel sent their own bus to pick all five families but we had to wait for 20-25 minutes. If you are booking this hotel, don't depend on shuttle or make sure you leave the park an hour early if you are not in Epcot to catch the shuttle from Epcot. I gave my feedback to the hotel staff and the supervisor was supposed to call me back to discuss this and I never heard from him. I complained again two days later but the staff didn't seem to care.

The room was exactly what it promised. Very clean and comfortable. We did not spend much time in the resort, but they do have some activities. We tried dinning at Drafts but they seemed understaffed we waited about 20 minutes for a server to come over and they never did so we left (The restaurant was not busy). I was very satisfied with the resort aside from the Drafts restaurant experience.
