Just spent one night, but the place was beautiful.

The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Close to the parks and very convenient, would definitely recommend to stay here.

Beautiful grounds and rooms! Staff are friendly and accomodating! Will definitely stay here again!

Upon checking in, the only issue that was adverse was that they were understaffed to accept my information. I found the front desk people to be terse and unwelcoming. The room was spacious, clean and nicely appointed. The cleaning staff was friendly and efficient. The grounds were nicely maintained. Overall, a great place to relax.

Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Pillows were lumpy and had a weird odor. Room wasn’t “dirty,” but lots of little loose papers and particles here and there. Had an uncleanly feel. I didn’t complain since we were only there for two nights and spent most of the day out of the room. I didn’t notice the issues until the first evening once we were very tired from the park and didn’t feel like moving all our luggage had we complained. By the second evening, there was no point in complaining. Looking back, I should’ve on the first night, so that is my mistake. We stayed at the other Sheraton vistana (lake buena vista) a few months ago and the experience was completely different in terms of the room quality and cleanliness of the room. The biggest issue for us was the bed and pillow issue. I heard the guest next to me at check-in was receiving a “brand new room with new sheets, pillows, carpet, everything”... maybe I just received one of the rooms that haven’t been updated yet. I was disappointed considering our previous experience at the other Sheraton Vistana.

Great. Lots of room. Wonderful grounds and pools and jacuzzi spas. We will go back.

Hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious and the hotel had great amenities. The pools were wonderful, especially since they were heated.

Excellent place. I'd stay again for sure. Kids loved the pools. Lots to do for all ages

I had an incident in my room on the second night of my stay that was never fully resolved. The incident affected the kids' room and part of the living room. I kindly requested that the carpet in those areas be cleaned and dried. I reached out to the staff several times and no one could give me a straight answer as to whether the requested work had been done, as I was told it would be while my family was out at the parks. I was even given misinformation and was told that the work had been done, when it really hadn't been. After putting in a 3rd request, we finally received word that the request had been looked in to and it was decided that the carpet would be dried, but not shampooed. The lack of shampooing resulted in a horrible odor coming from the carpet, which forced my family to have to switch rooms after a very long day at the parks. It was a great inconvenience for my entire family.

the resort is clean and the apartment are new and well equipped- the pool are perfect for relax and playing with your baby-kids. check in and check out fast the location is perfect for parks, disney springs and outlet.

The first 3 nights were spent in a dirty smelly room that had a leaky toilet, tub faucet detached from wall, dirty filth around jets and oil splattered in all the cabinets. The front desk refused to move me the first 3 nights, and house keeping and maintenance did not remedy problem. I was only moved after half my vacation was finished, and given a $100 credit despite paying way more than this for the first 3 nights. I had to leave every morning and stay at the Wyndam Bonnet Creek with other friends the first 3 nights, because the crab older was sickening. When I was finally relocated the new accommodations were fantastic, and their excuse was that those are rented out by owners. This is contrary to what the front desk person told me in the first night when I called and asked to be moved to St. Augustine. She said these were better kept and recently renovated. This was my little ones 1st Disney trip and it was a horrible disappointment, since I really researched this Sheraton property and was really interested in purchasing a time share with them. Needless to say, I am still very upset that they did not try to remedy the situation immediately, and credit us for the 1st 3 nights. They spoiled 1/2 of our vacation, because I spent every day and evening trying to get room fixed/clean or to be moved into another room. No one should have to go through this on vacation. This was my 1st horrible experience at the Sheraton, and I have been a member with them and Marriott for years.

Rooms need ceiling fans, got really hot at nite n thermostat is set to 70 degrees

The resort has a great location, it is close to all the parks, stores, restaurants, etc. The pools are great, my kids enjoyed them a lot and they provide the towels which is great. Our 2 bedroom villa was very comfortable, the beds are great, the kitchen had basic utensils, trays, etc. I have seen better stocked kitchens in other resorts. But overall it had almost everything we needed for our stay. If you offer a villa without any housekeeping, you need to include a mop for people to be able to clean bathrooms and kitchen if it's necessary. They need to do a better initial cleaning specially in bathrooms and carpets. Right when we checked in, we found some crumbs in the dining and living room areas and the kitchen and bathrooms seemed to be cleaned in a rush. We asked them to clean again, they came to "clean" but the crumbs were still there. The lamps were dusty, so I cleaned them myself. But our experience was wonderful despite these cleaning issues, we will definitely recommend the resort and will come back for sure.

Great location, great facilities. Great staff and service.

Wasn't bad, we got an awful room the first night, requested to change it. Check in time was super later, 4:00 PM !!

I really liked this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a one bedroom villa, which was perfect. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

From pools to basketball to grilling & hammocks in the common areas, it was first class all the way. Can't say enough about this property!

Was there for a one night stopp. Sheraton maintains high standards. The only downside is the early checkout. 10 AM
