Hotel rooms are dated and in need of an update. the carpets in the room were dirty. the laundry was easy to use we tried to book the shuttle to universal the night before we were due to go. we were told at the desk to come in the morning there was no need to book. we then came in the morning as instructed to be told there was no seats left on the bus and we shouldve booked the day before.
