Very nice everything!Excllent service in room 2333 D.Will come again. Thank you. Larry

I like the hotel a lot. The location was great. The hotel was comfortable and clean. There was no resort fee or hidden charges. It was a very beautiful property. My only complaint if some of the staff doesn't speak English so it's hard to communicate. There was supposed to be too heated pools and all of the pools were cold so we were not able to get in the water. This location needs a Jacuzzi or hot tub. Everything else was great

Hotel was very pleasant and within walking distance to many places and restaurants

All good. Our check in rep made check in smooth as we needed to have our vehicle tag but she arranged a call in when we got to the car. No resort fee or parking charge when we stayed so good value.

Entire parking lot is a large one way oval, and no parking to be had, despite numerous spots. It was hard to navigate and it seemed to accommodate buses and large parties better. We'll stay at their other location next time. Also, their convenience store asks guests if they want to leave a tip on transactions, which may trip up those international folks who come to the states and aren't used to tipping. That is not a tipped position, and first prompt asked if a 20% tip is agreeable to the person when they swipe their card.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was cleaned every day, clean towels, clean blankets and refill of coffee every day.

We stayed over for one night before hitting theme parks in the area. The facility is centrally located within walking distance to a number of restaurants and shops and has a lot of amenities on site. I had multiple issues with the front desk staff and a language barrier (I speak English). The room itself was good, but not great. The shower was pretty disgusting to the point that neither of us would get in without sandals on. Otherwise, for the price and location, it's a good value. Just don't expect champagne on a beer budget with this place.

I booked through Orbitz and had a guaranteed reservation confirmation with "no need to call the hotel". I chose to pay at the desk instead of pre-pay because I've never booked with Orbitz before. Upon arrival, the front desk informed me that my reservation was cancelled due to a "declined card"! My card was never run and never declined according to bank and Orbitz! They overbooked and sold my room and then passed blame! They then referred us to their "sister hotel" at double the rate! We have a family of 6 exhausted from the park ready to go to their room for rest and we had to deal with this?? Never will trust booking with Orbitz again or this hotel! I called Orbitz at the front desk and they were of no help other than to acknowledge the problem was not our card! Never a follow up from Orbitz other than constant requests for hotel reviews. Poor service!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel it was very clean the location was perfect within walking distance of everything and the work staff here made sure that you were happy! We will defitnately be staying here again in our future visits this place is highly recommended!!!

I like the location, got there early for check in and my room was ready to go. I would come back.

Great experience everything was great room was clean didn't smell like smoke.

Hotel next to I-4. The noises from the highway at night is unbearable.

Great room. Was expecting a lot less for the money. Great price.

Location is the best feature of this hotel. Walking distance to convention center as well as the restaurants and bars in the Pointe Orlando restaurant row. The hotel consists of about three large groupings of buildings that surround three different pools. The buildings are multi level with exterior doors. There's a buffet restaurant, bar, convenience store, gift shop and front desk on the North end of the large property. The breakfast buffet is $8 and dinner buffet $12 and especially for dinner it's a very fair deal for the quality and selection (carved beef/turkey/ham, chicken cordon blue, bbq ribs, fried and baked fish, two soups, great salad bar and desserts). I think they charge extra for soft drinks and coffee. Rooms are comfortable. TV is up to date and works well. AC keeps it cool. Microwave and fridge in the room because this is just as much a family hotel if not more than a business hotel. Shower has been updated with a plastic molded shell liner which doesn't hold soap or shampoo very well. Shower head is somewhat low (I'm 5-10) but good pressure. Shower and bathroom are clean. Towels are soft. Hotel provides face and hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Pool was very popular. There were even people using it at 8am. It's a nice, fun atmosphere where I wouldn't hesitate to take my family. It's not 4 star accommodations but they have everything you need, they keep it clean, do it right, the location is great and the price is very attractive.

I've stayed here a few times. Always friendly staff, clean rooms and super convenient location and amenities like an on site 24 store. It is a big place and of course I could probably find something to complain about but I keep going back for a reason. Best bang for your buck in the Orlando area.

This was our families first time staying at this hotel. We frequently spend weekends in Orlando and have a few places we normally use. This time however it was a spur of the moment trip, and the pricing and location made it worth trying out. By the time we made our way to our room we were thrilled about the decision. Lobby was nice, restaurant was great, room was clean. The pools were on the smaller side but there are 3 of them so finding one that suits the style of your family is easy enough. Close to literally everything you could want to do and quite at night if staying in. This place was truly a great find on a pure luck of the draw scenario. This will definitely be a place we stay at moving forward.

We checked in late, we COULDN'T sleep at all. Staff came to knock at the room door very early in the morning. This happened everyday while we stayed there, and everyday we complained to the front desk and NOTHING changed. They were also remodeling the hotel in that area with noise that didn't stop until late morning. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.
