Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando

We always stop over in Orlando for a few days to shop when we visit the spacecoast as snowbirds. Just need a hotel on "I" Drive close to shops and restaurants etc. Rosen fits the bill perfectly. Its an older complex but its clean and the staff are great.Would definitely stay again.

I have seen this hotel from the interstate many times. We were greeted and welcomed promptly by the front desk staff. The room and hotel was in great condition which made our overnight stay pleasant and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel if you are going ro Universal Orlando as it was close by.

The room was clean but the outside of the building was dirty and looked run down. The lobby was dirty dirty dirty.

I had a good stay at the hotel. Lots of attractions and good restaurants close by the hotel.

I stayed close to the elevator which I would not do the next time. I did have ear plugs with me which drowned out the noise. I did walk to the South Hall Convention Center and if it rains you actually can walk from the Rosen Centre Hotel through the West Hall through the Hyatt and on to the South Hall and still stay dry. I didn't use any of the restaurants or facilities of the hotel because I was here on business. From where I stayed it was a pretty far walk for me too use any of that. The hotel is really spread out. For the price it was great. It was half the price of the five star hotels close to the convention center.

Really close to the convention center. Excellent facilities.

The hotel is nice and I love all the restaurants and bars in the area.

Although it seemed clean enough there was mail belinging to a previous occupant on the floor by the nightstand toilet could do with a good scrub or replacement. It smelled of stale smoke although it's supposed to be smoke free

Rooms spread over large area so u have to walk few minutes for breakfast Doors to outside Not very welcoming You have to pay to use the business center computer !!

Everything is clean inside and out side the room and good location

We will return! Great place, great location! Room was clean and up to date, staff fast and friendly.

Very nice everything!Excllent service in room 2333 D.Will come again. Thank you. Larry

I like the hotel a lot. The location was great. The hotel was comfortable and clean. There was no resort fee or hidden charges. It was a very beautiful property. My only complaint if some of the staff doesn't speak English so it's hard to communicate. There was supposed to be too heated pools and all of the pools were cold so we were not able to get in the water. This location needs a Jacuzzi or hot tub. Everything else was great

Hotel was very pleasant and within walking distance to many places and restaurants

All good. Our check in rep made check in smooth as we needed to have our vehicle tag but she arranged a call in when we got to the car. No resort fee or parking charge when we stayed so good value.

Entire parking lot is a large one way oval, and no parking to be had, despite numerous spots. It was hard to navigate and it seemed to accommodate buses and large parties better. We'll stay at their other location next time. Also, their convenience store asks guests if they want to leave a tip on transactions, which may trip up those international folks who come to the states and aren't used to tipping. That is not a tipped position, and first prompt asked if a 20% tip is agreeable to the person when they swipe their card.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was cleaned every day, clean towels, clean blankets and refill of coffee every day.

We stayed over for one night before hitting theme parks in the area. The facility is centrally located within walking distance to a number of restaurants and shops and has a lot of amenities on site. I had multiple issues with the front desk staff and a language barrier (I speak English). The room itself was good, but not great. The shower was pretty disgusting to the point that neither of us would get in without sandals on. Otherwise, for the price and location, it's a good value. Just don't expect champagne on a beer budget with this place.

I booked through Orbitz and had a guaranteed reservation confirmation with "no need to call the hotel". I chose to pay at the desk instead of pre-pay because I've never booked with Orbitz before. Upon arrival, the front desk informed me that my reservation was cancelled due to a "declined card"! My card was never run and never declined according to bank and Orbitz! They overbooked and sold my room and then passed blame! They then referred us to their "sister hotel" at double the rate! We have a family of 6 exhausted from the park ready to go to their room for rest and we had to deal with this?? Never will trust booking with Orbitz again or this hotel! I called Orbitz at the front desk and they were of no help other than to acknowledge the problem was not our card! Never a follow up from Orbitz other than constant requests for hotel reviews. Poor service!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel it was very clean the location was perfect within walking distance of everything and the work staff here made sure that you were happy! We will defitnately be staying here again in our future visits this place is highly recommended!!!

We're very sorry to hear this! We'll let the management know about this so they can make the necessary adjustments to keep the lobby more tidy. Thanks for your feedback!
