The suite was spacious, and the kitchen had clearly been updated and was quite nice and very well cleaned. The carpet had not been vacuumed, there were potato chip crumbs on the floor of the bedroom when we arrived. We swept it up and didn't think much of it. The washroom was extremely lacking. It is so old it looked dirty, and then when you really started to use it, you could see it actually was not well cleaned. Other people's hair was still in the shower, and when I was checking to ensure we hadn't forgotten anything before we left, I noticed nail clippings in the bathroom drawer (which we hadn't used, and no nails were clipped during our stay). Gross. I learned this hotel is being taken over by the Hilton while we were checking in. If that's the case, they have work to do, at least on this unit (B105), to meet people's expectations of a Hilton property. We were only there for a short stay. We would definitely not return or recommend the Parkway. It's too bad, they can clearly do it based on the way the kitchen had been updated and how clean it was.

The room and the property were spotless - you can tell they place a high emphasis on cleanliness. The room was massive and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Great location with lots of nearby dining options. Staff were extremely friendly and very attentive. Only complaint was the fitness area - it’s tiny and unusable unless you want to go on a treadmill or an elliptical. Only very light weights and nowhere to use them. This will prevent us from staying there in the future - even though the rest of the place is awesome.

Had a few dislikes but one was fixed. The main toilet wouldn’t flush. Hair was mostly everywhere in our bathroom, the shower water was barely warm and the heat didn’t work in the master bedroom and bath.
