The most beautiful resort i have been in the united states and i do a lot of traveling all around outside the states as well ! But for inside the U.S this is hands down it!! Very very immaculately clean , very friendly, every amenity you can think of ! I went with my wife my (2) children 13&9 and my parents! The rooms are huge like a small apartment full kitchen 2 big rooms very clean and once again was perfect thank you holiday inn very very satisfied :) 10/10 no b.s

My go to spot in Orlando. It has gotten pretty popular so I would suggest visiting during an off season so you can truly enjoy all the property has to offer. Lastly, I would suggest avoiding the studio style apartment by all means necessary. These are the rooms connected to the check in desk and arcade building. They could really use an upgrade. The 2 bedroom and above are very nice.

4th time staying here, 2nd with two young kids. Very clean and a lot to do right on the grounds. Went to the different villages to play at the other pools and the kids had fun with the games the staff came out with too. Publix right outside the gate was very convenient. Staff was fast and helpful when we needed extra dishwasher pods, paper towels, etc. Few things (that we’re used to) is they will push the tour for their time share which can be pushy at check in. Maybe it’s worth it, but with young kids we didn’t have interest and just wanted to settle in. Received a call in the room where they pushed it again but other than that it was fine. Also, the room we were in was great but the door and the doors near us were EXTREMELY loud. Every time you opened it there was a very very loud crack that rocked the room (I couldn’t get up early to work out without waking everyone up). Bigger problem was when the neighbors would open their door it sounded like someone was breaking into our door. Scared the hell out of us the first time, I swung our door open and rattled the poor guy next door who was just going into his room. Probably fine if they greased the hinges but that was it. And some rowdy youngins that were loud and rude marching through the halls late at night but that’s more on the guests not the hotel/staff. Great place, clean, affordable and fun.

This property was a great place to stay. Big resort! Many pools to choose from on the property. Just keep in my if you go to the Island Resort where the lazy river is located leave get up early and find a place to sit there. When I say packed it gets packed. But overall it’s a nice place to stay! We enjoyed it!

They had great poolside games and the nicest staff ever. Popcorn on weekends, friendly staff and amazing pools. Only problem I had was getting lost a lot. There are several ways to get in. Choose the wrong one at night and uh-oh!

There was a decent wait for check-in and then the staff tried to sell me on a time share. This was difficult after a full day of travel with toddlers. After check-in everything was great. The grounds were beautiful and close to many amenities.

My family and I we stayed at the Holiday Inn couple times. We love the place so much activities for kids. I requested a 12:00pm late checkout but the housekeepers kept harassing us from 10:30am until 11:50am to leave the room. That’s unacceptable I paid to much money to stay there for a week and to be harassed by housekeepers.

Place was nice. Had plenty to do - however everything has a cost. Hallways are worn out - not dirty just worn out. same with the rooms. The one weird thing is with the towels, There are no pool towels so you have to learn to live with the 4 towels they give you. You have to wash and dry them on your own. we just went and bought ourselves more towels. if not you will find yourself doing wash every night which is another issue - 4 washer and dryers on a floor with i don't know how many rooms. Plus they were always broken or something was wrong. Other then that we had a great time.

We love Orange lake resort! It’s such a pretty place to stay. It has everything you need! The rooms are spacious and stocked with basic necessities. The resort has amazing pools and activities of all kinds. You feel relaxed and at home here.

Beautiful property. Nice amenities. The villa was spacious and had everything you need for an extended stay. Didn’t enjoy the time share push. It felt aggressive to the extent that it caused stress and if I had of been shopping for a timeshare this would have turned me off. We felt the approach was almost con like.

The run we got was about 2 miles from the lazy River. It was very inconvenient to get in car and drive there and the parking. Then to drive back to the room and find parking close not to walk so far. There was a pool close to our room but it was smaller and it was hot! The water was too hot to be relaxing in the heat. They should let people know that the run they book may not be close to the amenities they want to use. They do offer a shuttle service but I was told it comes every half hour and we didn't want to wait in the heat so we drove ourselves around. The toilet was broken and was running constantly. We turned off the water to save it from being wasted. The maid was knocking on our door at 9am asking when we were leaving??? Can't they wait until check out time to start bothering people? I won't be coming back to this facility. They are way to many options in the area at that price point to settle.
