Great hotel with spacious 2 bedroom suites. The hotel has so many amenities.

Everything was perfect with the exception of the marketing. They told us that it was a 90 minute tour and we would get a 7 night stay to any other one of their hotels with the exception of that one. The tour was over 3 1/2 hours and then we were told that the voucher is good, however, we would never be able to use in the US - much to hard to get in. If we wanted to go overseas or an island we would have better luck. The sad part is, the facilities are beautiful and I would have seriously considered but I was lied to over and over again by the marketing people which is a total turn off.

We stayed at River Island. This was the optimal location with lots of space for water activities, small shops, exercise room, game room, golf, restaurant, and so much more. Resort staff is friendly. My only complaint was that many of the appliances in the room were not working properly. However, once the staff was notified of the issue they were quick to resolve. Had a wonderful vacation stay and would definitely do it again.

We were only here for the week end cheer competition, but this is the perfect spot fit a family vacation. Everything you need is in the resort property

Pool Towels were cheap and too small, need a little more entertainment for teenagers ,

Too spread out - no free housekeeping services for Villas, slides and lazy river closed too early considering this is vacation resort. outdated furnishings in Villa

The hotel itself was nice. Room was clean and comfortable for 2. It was a studio. However, a couple experiences with some of the wait staff at The Breezes was rude and service was poor. The bartenders were amazing. But no one acknowledged us sitting at a table and no one told us we were suppose to be seated at a table. We sat at an empty table outside for 45 minutes and no one stopped to ask us if we wanted something to eat or drink. Finally we asked a waitress and she said we had to be seated to be waited on rather than helping us at that point. No attempt to wait on us even at that point. This is a place for children. Don't stay here if you want quiet or good service at restaurants. Golf courses were nice but would not stay here again unless you just want to golf or sit at a pool all day. Have to leave resort for nightly entertainment. And but groceries. Water is $3.00 a bottle.

Our 3 bedroom villa was incredibly spacious and provided room to roam for my husband and myself as well as our 18, 16, 14 and 12 year old. We all felt like we had plenty of personal space and the unit was in perfect condition and ready for us to enjoy!! This is our second time at Orange Lake Resort and is the official destination for us when in Orlando!

Stay was great. Expected towels to be changed and they never were. Expected staff to check in and didn’t. Expextes clocks to be set right and they were not.

We have stayed here at least 6 years & it is always a great stay

Nice family place, my girls wish we had more time to enjoy the activates, we did manage to make it to the heated lazy river. Coming back to this resort summer time to enjoy

This is not a hotel but a time share resort. We were charged an extra $9 a day for use of the many amenities offered like a pool and game room but we were not notified beforehand. There was also no turn down service and if we wanted anything extra like “fresh towels” or our “garbage taken out” it would have cost extra. May not have been bad if we had known before booking.

The best hotel stay ever! This resort is life! The room was much nicer than the pictures show! The price to play golf is a great price and the pools and lazy river are a great amenity! You can also rent jet skis at Orange Lake! When I come back to Orlando I will def stay here!

Great place to stay at. We like it very munch. We would do it again.

Room was perfect for us. Stove, refrigerator, and beds were comfortable.

This place is amazing! We took our children here for the second time in 5 weeks as this place has it all! The pools are fantastic and the food is great! The rooms are like small houses!

Hotel experience was terrible. Took over an hour waiting in line to check in (theme park experience starts early). They require a $250 resort deposit listed no where during the booking process. After this you have to wait in a second line for a parking pass, during which they pressure sell the time share "tour." So after 1-1/2 hrs of waiting in line to check in we take the 3 mile drive to our building, where no physician person is actually staying and the people across the hall have decided to use a significant amount of hall way space as a trash dump. It wreaks of fried excrement of bottom dwellers all through the hallway. The room was large, but nothing special. It was dark and it kind of stank. Bland bedding, hard pillows, thin blankets. Very much the cheap hotel feel.

The resort is beautiful however I was disappointed with the fees associated with the lazy river, rock climbing wall, etc. I was under the impression everything was included minus food, beverages, etc. also, I was disappointed to find that the hotel did not provide a crib to us until muiltple requests, phones call were made. It took over two hours. After a long day of travel it was a very poor first impression.

Orange Lake Resort is phenomenal. There are so many amenities and activities that go on. Very close to Disney, about a $9 Uber ride away. The property is nice!!! Just be aware they will try to sell you a time share, which we bought out of impulse, no regrets yet. Only downfall is the place is too huge, you gotta wait for shuttles to get from one place to another. Sometimes you wait 10-20 minutes for a shuttle and find out its full, and have to wait for the next one. Also they don't accept cash for anything, gift shops, restaurants or basically anything only cards. Not so bad if I hadn't pulled out so much cash before arriving as a way to control my spending. Anyway overall very pleased with my stay. 4.5/5

Very nice lots to do. Several pools entertainment children's activities enjoyed by all
