This is the second time we have stayed at Coronado Springs. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a preferred room upon check in, putting us closer to a bus stop and the main hotel building. The property is beautiful and well cared for. We would definitely stay here again!

I liked being able to keep luggage with Bell sevices after check out time until leaving for our flight

Pretty hotel nice view of the water and nice staff.

I had everything I needed and more. Sleeping in was impossible with little kids excited to go to Disney and I wished the music didn’t play all night but it didn’t detract from my ability to sleep...maybe just not as well as I’d hoped.

This resort is beautiful, clean etc. The pool area was super fun- my daughter loved the water slide. The rooms were spacious- I particularly loved the double sinks. I know some say the resort is a lot of walking but with the bridges going across the center lake- I didn’t find it too bad. I had a great experience withe the front desk- someone was able to help me move my park dates quickly. They take Covid very seriously at Disney hotels and parks so if you are worried- Disney is your best bet for Florida. My only complain was the food at the main eatery. I’ve stayed at Disney many time- mostly at value resorts and I loved the different food stations- burgers, omelettes, entrees etc made for you on spot. The grab and go food has very limited options and had the same options every day. They were very expensive and not too tasty. I understand it became this way because of Covid- but Disney! You can figure out a better plan for the quick service area of your hotels !

The property is beautiful. It’s huge. I loved the fact that the bus stop that takes you to your desired theme park was so close to our room, saved us a lot of walking. Check in was smooth, we checked in early morning and were so jet lagged out room was suppose to be ready until late afternoon but they found a way to accommodate us & get us one right away which was AMAZING! Staff was very friendly. When we weren’t at the theme parks we spent our time by the pool which conveniently had a gated kiddy pool for our toddler. Overall we had a great experience here. I would however suggest you insta cart your food or groceries because the food at “el mercado” isn’t the greatest & is ridiculously overpriced.

how it was spaced out the uniqueness of it the theme is relaxed

I have stayed at almost every Disney property from DVC to Deluxe to Value.. and I’ve never written a bad review but this resort was horrible. The information on the sites are totally erroneous about food items on the menu so be warned before causing your family and children the heartache. There are NO refillable mugs or refills on property. There are NO Mickey Waffles on property despite the menu stating otherwise and the food options are limited and disappointing: quick service food is served warmed up in containers that you grab like a Wawa for extremely high prices. We traveled to Polynesian and Grand Floridian to eat at their quick service options most days for a much cheaper price for fresh made to order foods.

We loved our one night stay. Staff was super friendly, room was clean and quiet.

Nice look & layout. Unfortunately 1/2 the restaurants were closed.

Ivette is the best concierge ever! She was lovely and explained all we needed to know!

We have stayed at Disney many times, yet this was our first stay at Coronado. We were beyond pleased! Grounds were beautiful and clean. We loved the restaurant on the lake ... get the lamb chops! The pool was nice. Staff was great. We were lucky enough to get a lake view room. This is a huge resort. Plan to walk if you are in a room towards the back. Our only complaint was it did not participate in re-fillable mugs on this property. I did not even know that was an option. We count on buying the mugs and then have coffee all week. I have never stayed at a place, on property where that was not an option? Extremely happy with our stay. Felt like being on a vacation outside of Disney. Truly relaxing when you got back to the resort. Nice pool too!

It’s Disney. Super clean, super well laid out, and big. It has something to offer everyone from the pool to the rooftop bar. The view of the parks from our room on the 10th floor was spectacular. The convenience to get back and forth to the parks was great. The hotel is clean, elevators were 1 party/ car, masks and distancing everywhere. No COVID concerns here. The downside? It’s Disney. $4.50 for a bottle of Diet Coke from the gift shop?? Breakfast was $40 - 2 breakfast burritos, an egg sandwich, 2 bottles of OJ, and a cup of coffee. Not even made fresh.
