So I thought that for the price I was getting a way more decent hotel. While the staff was super friendly and polite, the room itself was disappointing. The room was old, furniture and decor was outdated and damaged. The water did not drain in the bathtub, which is one of my pet peeves. So let's just forget about the decor and the furniture - at the end of the day what I really want is a good nights rest after a long day at the park. NOT in this hotel. The bed was so small (even though it was supposed to be a queen size) and squeaky and the pillows, OMG, the worse pillows ever. It doesn't cost that much to replace your pillows people!!! We ended up leaving back home the next day instead of going to the park as planned. We were just to tired. Oh and we asked if we cold get a late check out, because we were so tired and they told us no because surprising all 2000 rooms in this "convention" hotel were booked, please I highly doubt it. Would not recommend this hotel at all. Perhaps when the new wing is built it will be much more accommodating.

At check in we opted out of the option to skip room cleaning, towels, coffee etc but this was recorded wrong so when we got back from the magic kingdom at 11:00 at night none of this was done. Because our room was so far from the central building, coffee was essential. We called and the staff did bring new towels and coffee that night. The next night I requested more blankets because the temp was down in the 30s and the bell services staff said ‘We’ll put in the request’ with an attitude that left us wondering if the request would be fulfilled. We did get the blankets thankfully. As for the room. The bathroom was definitely in need of renovation. The tile was not in good shape and the water only turned off if you pulled the knob extra hard. The pool was the main reason we chose this hotel and it was closed all week due to inclement weather. Wish there was an indoor hot tub at the spa. The maya grill was great and we ate there two times.

Every time we turned the water on- brown stuff would come out. I called twice and the staff could care less. There is construction going on, so I know it was because of that which they said. But it was just gross. We had a room that was not renovated yet, and it was quite gross. For $200 a night I just expected more. But I know it's moderate for a reason. Just tad disappointed

We stayed at several hotels during our vacation and this was the best. The place was beautiful and the staff was amazing. The food was incredible. I got the Mahi Mahi for dinner and it was the best fish I ever tasted.

The rooms and exterior need cosmetic work but has a great resort feel. This is our second time here and next to POR is the best moderate stay at Disney.

We left the hotel. We didn’t stay after we saw bed bugs within 15 minutes of being in the room. We were sorely disappointed. This is not up to Disney standards. And the room was not cheap. We paid $200 for a one night stay! We will NEVER be booking at this property again.

The resort was very nice but the service provided by the staff was exceptional. When our stroller was damaged by the airline during the flight to Orlando, Bill, a Guest Experience Manager at Coronado Springs, went above and beyond by providing us with a comparable stroller free of charge. He didn’t have to, but he did and saved our trip. He even called to follow up with us on multiple occasions and provided us with additional Fast Passes to make our Disney experience even more ‘magical’. Thanks Bill! You saved our trip and we ended up having a blast!

Large resort that is self-contained. Close by Disney Springs and Blizzard Beach. Easy transport buses provided by Disney.

Bungalow style. After walking around the parks, more walking to get to the room not a selling point.

Great resort. First, the staff is amazing - in every respect. I had made a reservation for one night and went back into Orbitz and reserved the next night, as well. This resulted in two separate reservations, which caused some confusion meaning that we had to check out and check back in when the first reservation ended. That being said, I asked that we stay in the same room, which they were able to accommodate. The process was pain-free. Lots of renovations being done to the resort, but there was never any interruption to our stay or the quiet atmosphere we enjoyed. Plan to walk and depending upon the location of your room, ours was in Casitas 3, there is no way you can really walk to main lobby or restaurants. Would have been very nice if there were golf cart shuttles for hotel guests. Lots of these around, but they were used exclusively for maintenance. The pool closest to our building was excellent. Quiet as it was an all adult pool since the kids were all at the big pool with the kid amenities!

Overall, nice hotel. Nice pool. Beautiful grounds. The transportation was a bit slow and the beds in the un-renovated rooms were not that comfortable.

Read a few reviews that the wait for busses was horrible...did not have one problem with bussing. Stayed in Casitas bldg 4, no problem with current construction, close to bus and basically convenient to all areas of resort. Quite honestly, getting around resort is very easy and did not seem as huge as imagined or suggested in various reviews or videos of resort.

our first and second night (we stayed for a week) is disappointing. when we entered the room it doesn't have that fresh smell. we thought maybe the room was vacant for awhile. following day the smell is still there and we found out that it was the shower curtain. shower curtain was old and start to tear up. we called the help desk and immediately they changed it and the smell was gone. also the tub was not draining, i called again and the plumber came and he removed pile of hair off the tub drainage! room is huge for 4 people (we got the corner room). the pool is amazing! Food is good too! try the buffolo wings and tacos by the pool side! and also housekeeping is on top of changing the towels..

We had coacroches in our room two of our three days. Choose another resort. Manager tried to make it up to us with some free stuff.

I enjoyed the hotel except for the loud renovation noises that awakened me every morning. The room I stayed in was updated and very clean. The restaurants were good with reasonable prices. Hotel staff was pleasant but bell hop service failed to pick me up on my last day and drive me to the front to catch the airport shuttle. I ended taking the very, long walk to the front of the resort and was drenched in sweat upon arrival. I spoke with a manager, I believed named Marian, who was very regretful for my inconvenience and offered me a pass to a Disney park. Since I would not be back in Orlando anytime soon, she let me pick a few gifts from the Disney gift shop.

Loved the hotel location and facilities. However the cleaniness of the rooms was terrible. Upon arrival we found very long dark hairs in the shower, tub, floor and on the towels. The rink stopped was sitting in the sink and debris was in the sink drain. After spending a day at Fisbet, we came back to find the trash removed from the trash cans and in the table. Very odd. There was trash dropped on floor and not picked up, and hair again all over our clean linens. Very disappointed with cleanliness of room, but the hotel itself it awesome. We did notify Disney with the condition of the room. They were extremely apologetic. When you pay Disney prices, you expect Disney quality. Probably won't stay here until they update rooms. I still love Disney though.

If you can get this at the right price, it is a fine hotel to stay at on Disney property. The rooms seem a little larger than Disney's value resorts, so a little extra money might go a long way if you value space. As always, you can probably find a much better value for your money off property - but for convenience and the Disney experience, this is a good option. It wasn't overly crowded during our stay. The mediocre food in the cafeteria is overpriced, but again, this is Disney so that's to be expected. Other than that, our room was fine (it was one of the renovated ones). Parking was a breeze and transportation to the parks is convenient.

The hotel is in the middle of a remodel but you would never know. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Noiseybwork going on -even tho requested a quiet room, housekeeping left dirty dishes and no coffee or stir stick refills, knocking on door at 8 am to clean. Front desk hard to get ahold of. Room safe broken-no luggage holder so had to put suitcases on floor. Very mediocre for Disney resort

Good food it's Disney they always make sure you have a magical experience
