Nice hotel! Provide shuttle to and from parks as well as airport. Construction was a little loud but expected!

difficulty finding the actual room, the room had a terrible moldy, musty smell, HVAC system was not working. Unfortunately, I was expecting a much better experience

Very accessible to Disney clean room but very simple small accommodations . Not the usual Disney hotel experience

This is the second time we stayed at the resort. The problem with the resort is that you cannot get rooms near each other. If you request a different room you may have to wait hours for it to be ready, They put us in the Ranchos on the first floor. We wanted something on a upper floor. My room was so far from the elevator. They claim the hotel was sold out. It did not appear sold out. My friend had to wait until 6:30 for the room . They had no idea why it was taking so long and kept saying it would take another 15 minutes. There were other incidents with the staff. We booked lunch at Epcot and were told it included the Candle Lighting Ceremony for free. It turns out it wasn't for free but a 68 dollar prix fix . No one told use the charge. The Bell staff is excellent and so helpful.

I be enjoyed the room. It was quiet and comfortable. It was too far from the main lobby.

Extremely wonderful family of employee's. Definitely will return. Makes staying like its your own home and family.

Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort was an amazing Resort situated directly on the Disney property with access to all their transportation options. We stayed at Casitas and were close to everything, we were able to park the car relatively close to our room and two of the resorts four convenient bus stops were close by. Each area had its own pool. The resort features a few eating areas that are continent to grab and go, they are also building a larger section of the resort and an over the lake restaurant. Our room was recently renovated and was beautiful. If you book early enough in advance you are able to score great priced room, definitely would stay here again in the future.

they have updated the rooms since we last went in 2017. this is a disney hotel so you can always expect high quality. i was also very happy with the food options there. prices are expensive, but that should already be expected with a trip to disney

Nice hotel, but staff is not up to par with the hotel overall.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

We usually stay in a Disney value resort. As they were all booked, we tried Coronado Springs. The room was significantly nicer than the value hotels. However, we never spend much time in the hotel, while at Disney, so you'll need to decide if the extra expense is worth it. Pluses: massive TV, USB chargers built into the wall. Two sinks, separate from toilet. Staff, as at all disney properties, are happy/polite/very helpful. Cons: Property is massive so you'll have to drive to your room, plan 45 minutes for a bus trip because there are multiple stops on the property alone.

Great experience. Gail at check in was so welcoming and helpful. She started out our trip with such positivity.

Great relaxing hotel with yummy food options. The employees were all pleasant and helpful. The main pool was being renovated. They are building a new onsite hotel, so lots of work going on there.

The construction was under estimated and the main pool that they present in the hotel pictures is closed. The elevators look like they belong in an old ski resort.

Partially under construction with main pool closed. Rooms have been recently re-done and are as new.
