Beautiful scenery, convenient bus stops located throughout the property.

Hotel staff was excellent! We could not get the room cooler but was definately okay. Mattresses at most Disney resorts need replacing, these did also. Pool was excellent! Facilities are very clean.

nice hotel. Need a convenience store 24 hrs. Excellent team. I'm very happy with hotel election.

theres nothing magical about it, small room, small bath, small tv, vending/ice machine didnt work, not worth 300$/ night at all, only good thing was main pool, overall a so so experience we hqd more fun at best western pervious day at 1/3rd cost.

Overall, nice experience. Nothing extravagant. About as nice an experience as we had at one of the DVCs. Liked being able to catch the bus to the various Disney Parks.

Great place to stay! Lots to do. Close to all the Disney parks.

Unfortunately, Casitas Bldg. 5, where we stayed, is in desperate need of complete refurbishment. Paint peeling everywhere both in and outside rooms, bathroom exhaust fan sounded like a jet engine which shook the room. Poor attempts to repair room numbers that fell off of room doors. I wouldn't expect to see this type of issue at any Disney property, since they have such a sparkling reputation of impeccable attention to detail. If we didn't have a car with us, it would have been really difficult to get from one part of the resort to another as it is really spread out. Food just ok, I have to say that Universal's hotel food is just a notch above, both in taste, quality, and choice of offerings. I wish I could've given Coronado Springs a better review since I was really looking forward to our stay, but it was truly a disappointment.

The hotel was nice enough. Close to the parks but stayed at non-Disney resorts that offered twice as much for less money. Could hear everything that was going on outside of the room, along with people walking on the second floor corridor.

There is a 10 minute walk to convention area. Pepper's Cafe had varied and excellent freshly made choices The convention staff and all personnel were very helpful, polite & friendly. The room furniture looked like it is being replaced & updated. Our area had a nearby pool which was quiet and relaxing.

Bathroom tub permanently ground in dirt. Needs refinishing.

The hotel & staff where excellent. We really liked that we didn't have to worry about have a car because the transportation was provide. The motor couch was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

I booked through Orbitz but could still link the hotel to my Disney account. Checked in online, asked for early check -in, even requested a specific room number, and all my wishes were granted! Received a text that the room was ready 3 hours early and our magic bands worked to get us in the gate and our room with no problems. The quiet pool was just steps away and very clean. The larger activity pool was fun, with coordinated kid events, a waterslide, and snack bar. The food in Pepper's Market was always freshly prepared. Requested a late check out, and they had no problems extending by 2 hours. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! The grounds are well maintained and easy to navigate. However it is very spread out, so there is a lot of walking, but the walk around the lake is beautiful.

Recommend bldg 8A. Close to main pool and bus stop. Not too far from main entrance. Had a great time visiting all the parks.

We arrived to find out they were unable to provide the room category I booked. They did not offer any compensation for downgrading our room. I was very disappointed in this. I would not stay at this property ever again nor recommend it

Nice family hotel, with huge pool and a long water slide with no height limit.

My boyfriend and I went in February which isn't their busiest season. The hotel was much quieter than their All Star resorts in May. The hotel has a nice beach volleyball court (which is why this volleyball addict wanted to stay here), a few pools, a jacuzzi, hammocks, an arcade and some playgrounds. We were pleasantly surprised that it also has a few nice restaurants and bars. It has a convention center which attracted a decent crowd at the bar. We were also thankful for their bus system. We never had to wait too long, and we were usually the last stop and didn't need to go to the other hotels. I'd stay here again!

The grounds are beautiful, the staff was very helpful, enjoyed the bar and restaurants. We appreciated the convenience of the Disney transportation to parks and airport. Will stay there again!

the hotel manager female restaurant was very nice,we can late for breakfast and my son heart was set of eatting his mickey waffle but it was closed and the lady manager went in to the kitchen and give my son waffle he was so happy ,he still talking about this.thank you very much you rocked and made my son stay especial
