The location of the Hotel was close enough to a whole lot.

A few pros: -Staff were friendly -Breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast -Room was as described and had all our basic needs for our trip (one bedroom suite) -Pool was nice but basic -Convenient location if visiting Universal a little further from Disney but still not a bad trip Negatives: -Room wasn’t the cleanest; you can tell it wasn’t vacuumed well or even wiped down. -The rooms were bare. Rooms can also use a bit of updating and sprucing up -Pull out couch was AWFUL- you can literally feel the springs and metal bar holding the “mattress” up -We did ask for another mattress but they gave us a twin size bed which was just as uncomfortable The rooms were “cleaned” but every day the level of cleanliness that was actually done was different every day and one day they didn’t come at all leaving us with no towels. I called for towels that evening and had to call again in the morning because they were never brought up. -Hotel has shuttle service to all parks BUT BE AWARE these shuttles make MULTIPLE stops at different hotels after your pick up. It took us over an hour to get to one park, this was never shared with us when we discussed the shuttle pick up. Overall the hotel was OK....I would not be staying here again.

It was a quiet and relaxing environment. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I didn’t like that it had ants in our room, and also I had got the room that breakfast was included but when it came down to getting my breakfast included they told me it wasn’t,that was the main reason of me booking there for breakfast so all 4 days I had to buy breakfast, then instead of them telling me I will be charge each day of my stay because the hotel fee wasn’t included which I don’t see why I had that because I didn’t get free breakfast or anything other then the room that is over priced with ants, this was not the worst experience but i sure was disappointed,oh and also they have 12 floors but only has a 1 cart for your luggage when leaving so I had to make two or three trips up and down to my car because the lady at the desk said someone is using the cart they only had one on the floor I was on.

I would like to preface my comments by saying that this is an excellent property and I will likely stay at The Point Hotel & Suites again when I'm in the area. Pros Excellent location and close to the Orange County Convention Center The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are terrific Food served for breakfast is very good and there are lots of options Cons Check-in experience was painfully s--l--o--w Breakfast is a horror show, due to a lack of space and seating You will get your steps in walking from the parking lot to the lobby All in all an excellent hotel, but there is definitely room for improvement. The breakfast area needs to be rearranged or expanded. The check-in process could be sped up and improved as well. Have the room keys ready and waiting so the guests can simply sign-in, swipe a payment method and go. Why do I have to fill out a form at the desk if I've already done that on-line?

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! It is beautiful, and close to many attractions!

Good hotel in a good location. Checking in was a little slow but staff is very nice. Trying to get Starbucks coffee in the morning was challenging. I asked for regular coffee twice and got a latte and the staff was training. Slow process. I would stay here again though. Very close to Coopers Hawk and International Drive.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Very clean, quiet, fantastic view of the pool, city lights including The Icon & several fireworks displays for NYE. Jacuzzi tub in the room was awesome!! Would definitely come back again.
