I like the proximity to international drive. However when you are booking you should notify about the meal pass for breakfast. Also, there was a food flyer that put a menu under my door so I was a little concerned if security. I gave the front desk the menu and just took the menu .

Rooms are a nice size and ours came with a kitchenette. The refrigerator came in handy. The staff was very nice, although check-in was a bit lengthy. The rooms are a little outdated: rips or tears in the furniture, TV signal was very poor, and shower curtain was a bit tattered. I’m glad I sanitized the room when I got there as there were a few clumps of hair in the shower and in the shower wall.

Overall we had a pleasant stay at The Point Hotel. Staff was attentive as well as easy check in/out process. The only drawback I had was the ice machine being on the main floor and having to go down there every time we needed ice (we were on the 7th floor).

Great Location to go around city. Room on 12floor was very dirty and had some stains on carpet. Beside the inconvenience all overall was very descent. Nice balcony!

Didn’t like: coffee maker was broken, blanket had a bunch of holes, carpets were dirty, mold in the shower. Likes the size of the room.

My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I however did not care for the check in procedure did not include any explanation of the facilities or what was available such as the breakfast buffet. We were only told our room number which elevator to take.

Great experience. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the housekeeping service who never delivered extra towels as I asked twice one day. The property is gorgeous and the rooms very spacious with great amenities.

My stay was great and the staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. We frequent stay in Orlando bring we are theme park passholders. This is one of the best places we have stayed in Orlando and it is close to all the things we love to do in a safe area. The only one thing I would say should be changed it where the ash trays are outside. They are far to close to the entrances leaving those to walk through smoke when someone is outside.

My fiancé and I had an amazing time at The Pointe . Nice staff , clean hotel overall and comfortable bed too . We felt so comfortable as if we were in our own home . This is my place to go always as we will be visiting family again and again .

If you want a suite for an extended stay this could be great for you. You will just need to bring a few things. If you want a place that offers premium service for guests you may not be as happy. I loved the room and it was clean and in good condition. The location is perfect for Universal Studios or Sea World. But while there was a full kitchen in our suite, and a coffee maker, there were 2 coffees and no cream, and there is no on-site store to buy cream or other things. If you want ice you have to go to the front desk. If you want extra pillows, no luck. They told me they had none. Lastly, the in-room TV was small and dated and channels were limited. So it was a bit of a mixed bag but in spite of all that I did enjoy our stay. Management just needs to apply some common sense and consider a small store on site.

very clean hotel, the staff was so nice, the free breakfast was fantastic and the proximity to all of the Orlando attractions was excellent.

The hotel was perfectly located for all amusement parks, the staff was very friendly. hotel does need more parking spots. The room seemed new but once I started looking there was dust buildup on the bathroom door, and in the corner of the bathroom like its never had a spring cleaning. The bedskirt had some stains on it that was a little off putting. I did like that you all had a bush pad and dish soap waiting along with shampoo and conditioner. I can look over some of the dirt because other then the above items the room was clean and comfortable.
