The room was spacious, very good wifi, all the needed amenities. Great to have a washing machine and dryer in the unit. Kids especially enjoyed the pool! Staff was very professional and courteous!

It really depends on what you are looking for. This is not a hotel with limited front desk support, no housekeeping service, and no food and beverage outlets on property. The rooms are large and well appointed; however, the building is not soundproof at all. You can hear almost everything from neighboring rooms, and unfortunately we were not lucky, there was partying until the early morning hours. The outdoor areas also fall short: there is no view and no shade (no umbrellas), which makes them very difficult to use during the day.

BEWARE of the "free shuttle" to the Disney parks. We booked this hotel as the resort receptionist specifically told us we would have a complimentary shuttle to the parks. What they don't tell you is that it's only two parks with VERY limited offerings. Departure: 8:20am & 11:00am - Hollywood Studios 11:00am - Epcot Return: 6:00pm & 10:45pm - Hollywood Studios 10:50pm - Epcot This should have been posted on their website. When I went in person to ask for a manager, I was told I would get a phone call. It has been 5 days and I have not heard from anyone. The rooms were nice but we were promised a pool access suite which we did not receive. Hot tob is only open until 6pm which was a bummer after long days at the parks.

I was so disappointed that I didn't get the place I reserved. They gave us the townhouse next to a bustling road, and very loud traffic starts around 5:30am People keep walking all the time next to our windows!!! The manager was too busy to see me, but they generously gave me a phone call. I heard they don't really care about reservations placed through Expedia. Never Again!!!!

Everything was great ,we stayed in the 5 bedroom villa for 3 nights and it was amazing from the cleanliness to the surroundings and the location. It was a bit cold, so we couldn’t go to the water park, but we did go to the Lazy River and the pool. the pool and the Lazy River had warm water , we had an amazing time. I 100% recommend it and would love to go back.
