Clean comfortable nice modern decor and plenty of space. Still looks new! Love the area. The only improvement which they are working on is closer parking. But they do offer a courtesy ride to your room and allow you to unload in front of your room.

I loved the property as far as the aesthetics, but you can hear the upstairs neighbors really badly. Other than that, I loved that they offer shuttle services, the property was super clean, and the water parks were EVERYTHING!!!! 😍

Beautiful condo where the whole family could enjoy time together! Staff is amazing, spotless and clean accommodations and area. Could use more unit specific parking but we made due just fine. The staff made sure I had birthday surprises awaiting my stay! We also loved the water parks- perfect part of the package. Will stay here again!

The hotel is new and the unit is great but , there is no parking near the unit you will have to walk , and the ac they refused to unlock it in order for it to go under 70 while it’s 100 degrees outside.

This was not how it was advertised. The pictures are very deceptive. There is no where to park as we had to park a long ways away from our townhouse at night. We smelled marijuana constantly. The patio furniture was green and dirty. The buildings need to be pressure washed. Piles of trash were sitting by our unit when we arrived and never moved even after we checked out. The front desk help was not there when we checked out as we had to leave early to get to another destination.

We rented a 3 bedroom luxury townhouse. It was beautiful, spacious and we had our own driveway and garage to park. The furniture was very comfortable. The location was close to stores and restaurants. We absolutely loved this property and took advantage of free access is the Island H20 water park that came with the stay. Our only critique is that the property was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay. It was surface clean but the floors on the main level and upstairs bathroom needed to be swept and mopped. The price was unbeatable and I would definitely stay here again. Prior to the stay, Brian called and explained the deposit and report fee. The office staff are professional and top notch.

We would never stay here again. There was an extremely loud beeping noise all throughout our trip. We would call several times for them to come and when they finally did it only stopped for an hour until it continued. It kept our children up all night. We would call at midnight, 3am and 5am. Every night of our trip. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had. I would never stay here again. On top of that they would not compensate for the inconvenience. No one on the property cared that we had to deal with this annoyance. Save yourself the trouble and book else where. You will thank me. Trust me.
