Was cleaning, beautiful, relaxing and in good location. We don’t feel the welcome at check in. We don’t receive any instructions when arrived. The valet was faster and friendly.

I don’t know if they are properly staffed. I called a couple days ahead of time to make sure I had adjoining rooms and then when I arrived, there was no note so then I had to wait an additional couple hours for my room to be ready. After that, we had a really good experience, but there are some things that need to be worked out for me guest experience.
