Ariel, the front desk reception, helped me out a great deal. We had a misfortune at the airport and she was very empathetic with our situation. She found a room that was available for us to check in early without cost. I was so grateful that she went out of her way to help me and my family. The hotel room and vicinity were very clean. We enjoyed the swimming pool and had a couple of drinks from the bar. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. It saved us money during our visits to Disney and Universal. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in providing us with our request for extra blanket and toiletries. Our last visit to Orlando in August 2024, we stayed at Residence Inn which is right beside this hotel. We prefer staying at Marriott hotels above all others.
