The hotel was OK. The pool was good. Some annoying things were the hallways to get to rooms are not clean. Also we were supposed to have 8 pool towels and only had 3. The pool towels were paper thin. There’s also no vending machine or anything for after hours. The market is nice, the rooms are spacious for families and the shuttle to Disney is great.

This was our 3rd stay here and Miguel at check in was amazing and thorough! His customer service was top notch! I had to give 4 stars this time due to the room smelling like cigarette smoke. I did let them know and they sent a housekeeper to spray a deodorizer but it didn’t help.

We stayed at The Grove Resort & Water Park in Orlando from November 25th to November 26th, and our experience was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the resort felt clean, inviting, and perfect for a fun getaway. Our room was spacious, spotless, and felt more like a condo than a hotel—plenty of room to spread out and unwind. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was a huge plus, and the balcony view added a peaceful touch to the stay. We also really enjoyed the resort’s amenities outside the water park—great food options, a convenient market, and beautiful pools throughout the property. Overall, our short stay at The Grove was exactly what we needed: fun, relaxing, and packed with amenities that made us wish we booked an extra day. We can’t wait to return!

Great stay very comfy and clean, the grounds and pools are amazing! Our bedroom tv was not working but they fixed within the hour. Our dryer did NOT work the whole trip. Maintenance came and said it was fine but it wasn’t. So we hung our clothes. Would 100% go back and would recommend!
