This was our 3rd stay here and Miguel at check in was amazing and thorough! His customer service was top notch! I had to give 4 stars this time due to the room smelling like cigarette smoke. I did let them know and they sent a housekeeper to spray a deodorizer but it didn’t help.

No housekeeping. Anything we need, we’ll have to come down to the lobby to request and bring it ourself. Short stay is bearable, but for longer stay wont be comfortable. Cant say the room is clean, i can see hair and dirt in the bathroom from previous guests. Found dirty marks in the bedsheet and towels too. If you stay in other tower, you need buggy or other transport to go to the waterpark. All the front seats are reservation only with extra pay. The free area is really at the back and will be hard to access if you need to watch your kids in the pool.

This is condo style, not an actual hotel. To enter in each building is very sketchy, you have to enter though the garage, there is no open space. It is a maze getting to your room and the directions were not given correctly. There are not enough elevators and they are very slow, night time is creepy. Building is old. There are a lot of things to do with a big family. July is very hot in Orlando, the pool was so hot, they need to find a way to keep it cool, swimming in hot water like that is not safe due to bacteria. Gift shop had a good selection but pricey. I would prob not return due to the sketchy elevators and also there is NO room service, you cannot order food and have it brouht up. You need to walk down to get it and it's not easy navigating the grounds.

Family friendly hotel with lots of activities. The property is beautiful and the room was clean, although, it smelled a bit stale and the blinds were stained (building 3) Building 3 hallways need a serious Reno, they smelled really weird. The terraces building was much nicer than building 3. Starbucks in the lobby was great for morning coffee. Don’t buy the non Starbucks treats though. We bought an eclair which had mold in it when I bit into it and the cupcake tasted like it was also a couple weeks old.

Pulling into this resort was lovely. Although when entering the hotel itself was old and musky smelling in the hallways. The room was hotter than desired. It was difficult to manuever around the site.
