Staff customer service was poor. Rude amd not helpful. Room was not clean and a lot of things weren't working. Broken dishwasher, broken window shades. Dog hair all over our room. Nice pools amd good proximity to parks, but will not stay there again.

Nice property that has a lot to offer. Don’t plan to enjoy the amenities though because you will literally stand in line for 106 minutes waiting to check in. Zero sense of urgency or attention to guest needs, even the manager that walked by who didn’t offer to help. Also a zoo trying to navigate the parking and different buildings. Overall, the cleanliness, pools, and room size still made it worth it.

It’s a very nice place to stay. Everything was clean and there was lots of space and activities for us. I didn’t like that you have to pay $25 a day for parking and other resort fees. Check out was early too. If it weren’t for all the extra fees we’d definitely be back. Like I said, it was great, nice and clean. They should consider just putting all the fees together so you don’t have all these extra fees, it’s just one price to pay. There were reviews talking about the staff but everyone was nice and helpful, I had no issues with the staff.

We arrived and were met by the front desk person who was annoyed to be working that day. He never told us that there is a pool we can go to and not pay the $50 day “water park “ price. Additionally there was a $ 25 per day parking fee for the car which we were not told when we booked the room. That was an additional $450 on top of the already payed trip price. It rained two days, you’d think they would refund us $100. We walked to our room to find an extremely outdated apt after we were told that we were moved there due to the fact that the new building was not ready yet. Rusty bathtubs, old stained towels and only 3 bath towels and 3 hand towels. No daily housekeeping services, garbage picked up every 3 days. Dirty floors and smelly bed sheets. We made it to the “water park” if that is what you want to call it, 2 slides, lazy river and a large pool. Here is the kicker only have limited umbrellas available in the scorching Florida sun. You can reserve seats with umbrellas for $75 a day. Basically Skin Cancer haven, they do not care, complete health hazard. Packed place and only 10 umbrellas available, the rental ones no one used. This place is a major rip off, save your money, go to a different place. They misguide people with their marketing pictures, they just want to rip you off as much as possible. Over my dead body will I ever come back or ever recommend it to anyone.

Very nice hotel, great water park and area, and nice staff. My critic is that the elevator was very slow. But this was a 5-star experience. Definitely would recommend.

Great place for the family. Plenty of pools and water areas. Cameron at the kids splash park was friendly and quick to return with drink orders. The 3/2 unit we stayed in was spacious and conveniently located just above the lobby elevator and alfresco market. The unit was equipped with kitchen supplies but no courtesy pods for the keuring, hand soap dispenser in guest bath was empty and short on tp, and only a total of 3 towels sets for a family of 5- we called and requested more with no issues aside from about a little over an hour wait to get them that night.

Waterpark shut down early

Love this place. But the lifeguards closed down the water park 2 hours early when the skies were perfectly clear. They said it was because there was lightning in the area but there wasn’t any in sight… we came to tbe conclusion the team wanted to get off early on a Friday night. Shut the whole thing down by 6 and they were out of there at 7. Wasn’t supposed to close until 8. Sucks because it was our last time to enjoy it before checkout in the AM

This is our second visit in 2 years. Last time we stayed in building 2 in 2 bed 2 bath suite. We raved to our friends about how amazing it was, clean and modern. Fast forward to two years later ..... this time we were in building 1 and to be fair building 1 is "tired" and is outdated compaired to 2 and 3. Thankfully after speaking with guest services we were moved to building 3 in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom suite. The staff made it right so no complaints at all. Tip of the day, if you get building 1 best request a buildng change off the get go.

I like the water park. We stayed on 3105 and it was a perfect spot. The things I didn’t like was that we only got 2 pillows each bed. And not enough toilet paper. It does look a little outdated. But over all we enjoyed our stay.

I felt a little unsafe walking around the lake/grounds since the alligator was out sitting on the grass. The internet and TV service was not working on Tuesday 2/23/24. The water in the lazy river annd jacuzzi was dirty. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the pools.
