Suites could have been much cleaner. You can feel a layer of dirt on everything in the rooms. No signs to guide you anywhere. The “waterpark,” if you wanna call it that, had two shut down slides and the restaurant near the big pool was closed. The other pools were nasty and not maintained at all. Not much of a resort to be honest. Would go somewhere else next time.

Amazing property. Room was spacious and well maintained. Loved the pools and water park. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The only criticism is that our room was on the first floor right next to the parking garage entrance. It was noisy and you could hear the door slamming a lot at night.

We enjoyed the Grove. Rooms, Pools, Restaurants and Bars were great. Check-in was not great at all. Staff worked hard and did great, but clearly needed some help. Rooms were slow to get cleaned and didn't get some requested items, but overall a good trip.

The room was clean, the service was very slow, they automatically add a tip to every purchase, the pool was nice but spread out from the rest of the resort. It would be a very nice place to stay if the service was better, it just took a very long time to find anyone and just as long to get food or a drink.

It was a wonderful place to relax, whether alone or with family. The pool area was well-maintained and clean. However, I would suggest informing guests about any additional fees for extra cleaning days. For example, we stayed for seven days and the room was cleaned on our fifth day, it would be helpful to know in advance. Additionally, we weren’t informed that pool towels could be changed daily by texting or calling, while shower towels could only be changed every three days. Just a heads up, the hotel doesn’t accept cash; everything must be paid by credit card. Despite these minor details, the overall experience was fantastic.

Found a cockroach in our room. The washer and water dispenser from the refrigerator was full of mold. Stains on lamp and curtains. Managers resolution was either a refund for one night out of 4 nights stay or my 4 night parking fee refunded.

Even that we were in a business trip everything was good. The only thing that we didn't like was that they were charging a substantial fee for parking per day. we have 2 cars with a fee over $30 per day, per car. If I knew that in advance I would select other Hotel.

Yes but I don’t think you should be charged for all the good chairs by the family. They were empty most of the time and we had to sit away from the pool to get a chair!
