Nice suite. Good value for the money.

The room was very nice and had a lot of storage. The bathroom was a bit small compared to a lot of hotels but it had everything you could ask for. The kitchenette was basic but as long as you dont plan on making full meals it was very sufficient with a full size refrigerator and microwave. The beds were soft and comfortable. The sofa was not very comfortable to sit on (we did not use the sofa bed). The television was place moreso for viewing on the sofa but it could be seen from both beds when rotated. Our room was on the backside of the hotel so we had a nice view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks every night. The pool was very nice. Moderate sized and I imagine it could be very crowded during peak times but we never had any issues. Around the pool and the grounds were maintained well. The drive to the parks wasnt bad, about 10-15 minutes from the four main parks and disney springs. There were shuttle busses but they have very set times and needed to be booked in advance so we didnt use them. We had no issues with the staff and they were all very welcoming and kind. We did not eat the breakfast because it ends at 9am during the week and 10am on the weekend...which we failed to wake up for.

The room was stellar! The bathroom fan worked well (this has been an issue at all hotels we’ve stayed at recently so this was nice)! Breakfast was amazing! The free shuttle is set at specific times and locations but worked well for our family. The pool was excellent & our teenage kids thoroughly enjoyed the slide. It was so nice to be so close to Target to pick up some groceries. Would definitely recommend this hotel & stay again.

I loved everything about the hotel except the fact that they didn’t have non dairy milk. The last Hilton in San Antonio I went to had some but this location didn’t. My daughter has a dairy allergy so I was very stunned to here that this Hilton location didn’t have a substitute for milk.
