The check-in was AMAZING! However, the bathroom shower and toilet needed to be snaked due to drainage problems. The beds and pillows need to be replaced. The pillows are FLAT!! The mattresses are horrendous. It would be cheaper to buy firm mattresses on a box. Get a deal with a distributor.

Todo muy bien para ir a Disney tiene transporte hasta los parques, las habitaciones grandes y limpias, falto shampo peor de iemnediato lo repusieron , pero la atención en la recepción no fue muy amable atendió como de mala gana no sonríen .. español no hablan y como que se fastidian si tiene que explicar algo ! Eso le bajó todo teniendo en cuenta que los que más gastamos en eir a esos parques somos turistas deberían estar preparados .

This hotel is not up to Hilton’s standards or other Home2 Suites we have stayed in the past. The rooms are only cleaned every other day and linens and pillows are old. The breakfast buffet is set up poorly. You have to go between people in line for hot food to get coffee/milks/ cereal. The WiFi went in and out. The staff were pleasant and met needs when asked. There are other hotels in the area we would look at first next time to visit. Thank you!

Everything was great, room was clean, breakfast menu has so many options even for vegetarian people. The only thing need to improve is service efficiency. The carpet in my room was sticky from one side looks like somebody spills something before I checked-in and I requested for cleaning like 4 time but nobody showed up during my 4 day stay.
