Todo muy bien para ir a Disney tiene transporte hasta los parques, las habitaciones grandes y limpias, falto shampo peor de iemnediato lo repusieron , pero la atención en la recepción no fue muy amable atendió como de mala gana no sonríen .. español no hablan y como que se fastidian si tiene que explicar algo ! Eso le bajó todo teniendo en cuenta que los que más gastamos en eir a esos parques somos turistas deberían estar preparados .

Excellent hotel. Good service. Clean and super comfortable rooms. Good-sized sofa bed for two. Excellent buffet breakfast. Coffee and hot chocolate are available in the lobby 24 hours a day, and they almost always keep it stocked and refilled. Refrigerator, sink, and microwave in the room. Dishwasher. They keep the rooms clean and constantly provide fresh towels. They provide dish soap, napkins, toilet paper, and tissues. The facility has a swimming pool with a slide, pool towels available, laundry facilities, a gym area, and a grill area for use. There's also a fire pit area. The only negative was that I understood parking was included, but they charged me $20 per day for up to 5 days. And when I checked in, the receptionist wasn't very professional or friendly. She seemed more interested in just getting through the process. She wasn't very communicative when it came to explaining things or answering questions. Also, it's important to mention that you need to have a credit card available at check-in, as they held $175 as a deposit.

Hotel was great. Location, comfort, amenities, things to do. Breakfast… while we appreciated having something, the food is sub par. Waffles are delicious, but remaining hot food felt more like mass-produced, processed food, with a frozen flavor. Absolutely the worst hard boiled eggs I have ever had. Other than that, I would recommend hotel to others for everything else the had to offer

Five stars, no hesitation. The hotel was absolutely spotless. The cleaning staff did an incredible job and it really showed. The front desk team was next level friendly and accommodating, which made our Disney trip way more comfortable and stress free than expected. The free morning breakfast was a huge bonus too. Tons of options, fresh, and actually good. Not the sad hotel breakfast vibe you sometimes brace yourself for. Clean, welcoming, easy, and honestly just a great place to come back to after long park days. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was nice; however, when we checked in, the front desk informed me a large group was present and that if we had any noise complaints to call the front desk. We indeed did have a noise complaint. When trying to sleep, there was a group of young ladies outside our window screaming. I realize they were likely excited and seemed to be cheering, but I did end up calling the front desk to complain. They eventually stopped. It was unfortunate since we had driven 8 hours and were so tired. Otherwise the stay was fine. But would’ve been better had we not had screaming girls down below our window. The fact the lady warned me at check in, made me feel like this had been a known issue. Thanks
