We stayed at this hotel in 2024 and loved it so much that we decided to come back again for spring break this year. Unfortunately, our experience this time was very disappointing. The rooms are beautiful, just like we remembered. However, the main reason we chose this hotel again was because they advertise a heated pool, something that was especially important since the weather during our spring break was chilly. Sadly, we never got to enjoy the pool. It was ice cold the entire week we were there. Staff told us that maintenance had turned the heater on, but the pool never warmed up and remained too cold to use the whole time. We saw multiple families come down to swim and quickly leave because of how cold it was. On top of that, the pool was not well maintained. There were several pieces of debris floating in the water, and there was a noticeable black ring around the shallow end where the water line sits, which made the pool look unclean. It was very frustrating because the heated pool was one of the main reasons we chose to return to this hotel. Many other families were also complaining about the same issue during our stay. Overall, we were really disappointed this time around. While the rooms are still nice, the lack of a functioning heated pool and the poor pool maintenance made this trip very different from our first visit. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

-Room: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -Breakfast: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -Staff: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ -Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Great location! Walking distance to Target and several restaurants. We were happy to be able to enjoy dinner nearby one evening. -Transportation: ⭐ (0 stars if possible!) We used the transportation service three times, and unfortunately, it was a very frustrating experience. The first time, we were dropped off at Disney’s Hollywood Studios when we were supposed to go to EPCOT. We then had to wait an additional 25 minutes for another shuttle. Another time, the shuttle didn’t arrive as scheduled. When we contacted them, we were told a Lyft driver would pick us up. We waited 40 minutes and no one came. After following up again, we were told to take an Uber and that we would be reimbursed. We submitted the receipt, but it has now been 2.5 weeks and we still have not received reimbursement. Overall, everything else about the stay was great, but the transportation service was extremely disappointing and unreliable.

The hotel was nice. Once reason I picked this hotel was because of the shuttle services. You do have to rsvp for shuttle which is scheduled to come every 2hrs starting at 7:30am. The shuttle was 20mins late so after waiting we decided to drive to the park
