Staff was hit or miss. Some of the front desk staff was nice, other times dismissive. We only had our room cleaned once during our 6 night stay and the second time was just a turn down and fresh towels - none of the surfaces were wiped down, floors not cleaned, and nothing in the kitchen restocked. I asked for new towels and dish detergent and they never arrived. Otherwise the room and bed was comfortable, pool was okay. Wish they had more upgraded services like CC or Apple Pay accepted at the washing machines and a way to order food without having to go down to the bar. Would also like more vegetarian options at the bar for food. Bartender was nice. Breakfast options were also good.

Great for families! Clean rooms, large windows and amazing water pressure! Water kept hot/warm for a while. The only recommendation is larger cups during breakfast time — maybe even plastic options since there are so many kiddos. Overall, wonderful experience. Would stay again!

I highly recommend Homewood suites at Flamingo crossings! The staff is absolutely amazing, the best customer service that I have seen in a very long time. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic. The beds are comfortable, the suite very clean and the area by the pool is incredible. There is a small bar for drinks and great food. The Fire pit was lovely and they had several grills available to prepare dinner. The breakfast was great! The shuttle to the theme parks was very easy and at no charge. The area surrounding this hotel is perfect for a quick walk to target, Walgreens or to grab a bite to eat. Mexican restaurant, pizza, several fast food chains made this hotels location excellent. 10 out of 10! I will defiantly stay at this hotel again in the future.
