The staff was pleasant and helpful from the front desk to the bell boys, to the maintenance men. The room was good sized, the beds comfortable, the housekeepers did a good job keeping it clean each day. We only ate one meal there, but we thought it was well prepared and the serving was plentiful. The bus and boat service to Disney was easy to use. We would stay there again.

Location central to everything Disney. Staff was kind. Resort was clean. Felt safe

Very nice hotel with great places to eat. Rooms sre top notch with very comfortable beds. We also liked the way the bathroom was add split up with one sink inside and another outside the bathroom. Great with a daughter and wife. Hotel is central to boardwalk, Disney studios and epcott. All in walking distance or free boatride. Only thing we didnt like was the high cost of parking our car. About $25/day.

When we checked in the registration staff could not find one of our rooms. It took 20 minutes before they found my son's room. We stayed at the Swan 7 nights. During our stay 3 times no one came to clean our room, change out the linens, empty the garbage or leave coffee and water. This was even though we would leave the room at 8 AM and return after 9 PM. We nicely complained to staff after the second time this occurred and they sent up several towels, wash cloths and coffee. The next morning as we were leaving the room we saw the housekeeper outside our room in the hall and explained that our room was missed. She apologized and still did not clean our room that day! After the third time this occurred my wife again complained to the front desk (in person). The clerk took off one night's resort fee (about $30), apologized and said they would send someone up within 30 minutes with towels, wash cloths, water and coffee, as at that point we had NONE! Well no one ever showed up! At checkout we again let the clerk know what had transpired during our stay, our third stay at the Swan, and he apologized, took my cell phone number and insured me that someone from management would contact me. As of this writing no one has called or emailed. This type of customer service is totally unacceptable and not well below the expectations of a resort with Walt Disney World in its title. We paid a resort fee of about $30 a day so that our room was cleaned and that we had clean towels

Quick stopover from Key West to home. Wish we had time for Disney.

Everything was very nice. We did not like the breakfast buffet being as pricey as it was. Our 10 year old only eats cereal and we had to pay $18.00 for him. Breakfast food is so cheap we felt $25.00 for an adult was way to high also. I was also offered a room upgrade for $20.00 she never ever mentioned it was per night until I got my bill. At that point I was stuck. Our overall experience was very nice just very, very pricey for food.

This is a amazing hotel. It is walking distance to Epcot, along a Jersey style boardwalk.

Great choice of overall. Close to Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Boardwalk. Great pools and restaurants. Will be back for sure!

The hotel was very quiet and at times seemed like we were the only ones there. Very convenient location to the theme parks. Almost all of the perks of a Disney Hotel without the additional cost. Over all, a great value.
