Comfortable room. Really enjoyed the character breakfast

The hotel was perfectly situated and close to Epcot. We were upgraded and were provided with a late checkout on Marathon day! Truly amazing staff, will definitely stay again in the future.

By far the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in while staying at Disney. We are Disney annual pass holders and my husband and I decided we will only stay at The Sean and Dolphin from now one. Facility is beautiful, clean and incredibly convenient. Only one minor detail is that housekeeping never came to clean our room. However, my husband and I decided it wasn’t a big deal and next time we will ask for more towels in advanced. We didn’t mind even paying the resort fees. I do feel they should not charge for parking, but that won’t detour us from staying again. Great hotel.

The Swan is in the perfect location for us since we love Epcot. We had a few problems: cooling system kept getting stuck on frigid, room wasn't made up the first day, safe wouldn't lock. The staff was wonderful about solving these issues, but didn't want to have to deal with these on vacation. The pool area is a bit of a trek, but had something for everyone: calm areas and play areas. We had lunch at the poolside bar and it was lovely. We loved the access to the water taxi and used it frequently. The Swan is also a short walk to the Boardwalk with all its shops and restaurants. There is a nice quick-serve breakfast spot at the hotel and the coffee and service was wonderful. You do have to pay to park every day and there is a resort fee that covers the use of facilities and wifi. We didn't use the gym so it was a steep price for wifi. It seemed like there were a lot of business conferences going on there. All in all, it was a good choice for us for price and location. Although our favorite hotel is the Yacht Club, we were staying for the week and didn't want to spend that much.

Very nice hotel that is very close (closer than Dolphin) to the backside entrance of EPCOT. This is an SPG property (not a Disney owned hotel), so you get the pros and cons that come along with that. For example, they charge $20 per day for parking which is unfortunate as no Disney hotels charge for parking. I really wish SPG would stop charging so much for self-parking!!

Good. I disappointed you charged $28.00 per day for services that we did not get.

The Swan staff and resort were wonderful. Only problem we had was with room service. Cold food and inability to satisfy. The Italian Restaurant at this resort is top notch. There are additional resort fees added to you bill so beware. Worth the cost but you need to budget for this and the cost of parking.

A short business stay, but I visited one of the Disney parks. Overall the hotel staff was very accommodating and smiling at every interaction. One thing I didn't realize is that the self-parking option at the hotel will allow you free parking at any of the theme parks. I therefore didn't have to wait for the bus and was able to come and go freely.

Close to Epcot but over price. Convenient to Epcot with boat rides.

We had a wonderful stay at the Disney Swan Hotel. The staff was very nice. And pool facilities was excellent.

El bufé no tenía mucha variedad y todas las noches era lo mismo de la noche anterior

Swan and Dolphin has bus direct to Magic Kingdom, and boat to Epcot. There is no need to transport back and forth. I also highly recommend the spa services inside the Dolphin! I love it and definitely will go back if there is a chance. Also, if you stay in the hotel, there will be $20 off over $100.

Great trip! Everyone was so! Main important park was the hidden fees ex: Parking $20 a day, at the end the resort fees. Everything should all include it.

Overall nice hotel and location which we understand will undergo updates this summer. Lobby could be cleaner (spider webs) behind checking counter. Good value and location.

Stayed during spring break. Perfect location to do so many things. You have to walk around the Boardwalk at night. It's beautiful and so much going on.

I really appreciated my check in experience.... Natalie..I believe, was clear, quick, so customer friendly! Accommodated my requests without hesitation..... She was great! Housekeeper that took care of our rooms was exceptional. I did not like that room service entered my room while I had gone out to remove the breakfast tray. The buffet .....the Characters Dinner visit restaurant, food great. Felt as though some of the serving staff visited a lot with each other and hung together more than giving attention to customers. Room accommodation was so fresh and clean and bed very comfortable.

Great location for Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Love the ferry rides and views of the parks. Friendly, prompt service everywhere except the pool area where we waited 15 minute before leaving for a Boardwalk restaurant instead. Roims were clean and comfortable.

Check in was a breeze. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was great. Fantastic value!

Traveled all the way from Hawaii and this is my first trip to Orlando. I must say that it was a different kind of experience. Went for a convention that was very uplifting and inspiring. Hotel staff were pleasant and very welcoming, especially the front desk personnel (Debbie), very accommodating and helpful. The nice thing about the location is that it's in the heart of Disney World. It was very easy to get to the parks! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel, is because the parking fee is ridiculous.
