Overall nice hotel and location which we understand will undergo updates this summer. Lobby could be cleaner (spider webs) behind checking counter. Good value and location.

Stayed during spring break. Perfect location to do so many things. You have to walk around the Boardwalk at night. It's beautiful and so much going on.

I really appreciated my check in experience.... Natalie..I believe, was clear, quick, so customer friendly! Accommodated my requests without hesitation..... She was great! Housekeeper that took care of our rooms was exceptional. I did not like that room service entered my room while I had gone out to remove the breakfast tray. The buffet .....the Characters Dinner visit restaurant, food great. Felt as though some of the serving staff visited a lot with each other and hung together more than giving attention to customers. Room accommodation was so fresh and clean and bed very comfortable.

Great location for Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Love the ferry rides and views of the parks. Friendly, prompt service everywhere except the pool area where we waited 15 minute before leaving for a Boardwalk restaurant instead. Roims were clean and comfortable.

Check in was a breeze. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was great. Fantastic value!

Traveled all the way from Hawaii and this is my first trip to Orlando. I must say that it was a different kind of experience. Went for a convention that was very uplifting and inspiring. Hotel staff were pleasant and very welcoming, especially the front desk personnel (Debbie), very accommodating and helpful. The nice thing about the location is that it's in the heart of Disney World. It was very easy to get to the parks! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel, is because the parking fee is ridiculous.

very close to theme parks. Rooms are small and not what i expected for a 4 star hotel. it wasnt bad , but it wanst good. great location to go to theme parks but next time ill stay in a 4 star on international dr. Not much food selections especially after 12 am nothing is open. The boardwalk and epcot are walking distance.

Loved the beach and pools and literally everything. The parks, particularly Hollywood were disappointing due to unbelievable crowds and lack of activities.....just.shopping. I think staying at the resor was enough to warrant prices, but not the.parks. Skip Hollywood Studios.

This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. My only complaint is the nickel and diming. If you drive to the hotel, prepare to spend $28 per day for the valet or $20 per day for self parking. If you need a later checkout, there is a fee. If you order room service, there is a fee. This is in addition to the $25 per day resort fee you will pay so be sure you use the spa and the WiFi or you're spending $25 each day for two small bottles of water!

Easy access to dolphin, boardwalk, yacht and beach club. Boat to Epcot and hollywood studios , bus to magic kingdom and animal kingdom.

Every cast member that I encountered at the Swan was very friendly and outgoing. Room was clean and the view was great. We will be returning

Nice staff and very convenient for Epcot. Fridge didn't work

This hotel hasn't been updated in many years and is not worth the extra money to stay here. We were overcharged on everything from laundry service to transportation. The maid service was very poor-never leaving us enough toilet paper or water. The pool is fine and the best part of this resort is the convenience to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

This was a beautiful hotel to stay in. It was easy to get to and from Disney world. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel food could have been better was not impressed.

This was our first stay at this Hotel and it was awful! They say it's is Disney Resort but it's actually run by the Myratt. The hotel staff do not greet you when you pass them by. When ever I would need to call the front desk for something no one would ever pick up. When we checked in we were never informed on the restaurant in the hotel/hours and were not advised on that there was a restaurant/store that was open 24 hours if we were ever to need something. Nor were we advised that there was a laundry room we could use. Housekeeping was great they always brought us up anything we needed right way. The hotel pool hours are from 9am to 9 pm but they lock up the life-vest 2 hours before closing. When I asked an employee if i could get one for my 3 year old they just said they couldn't help me. On the morning of our check out ( 4 am ) we called bell desk to help us with our luggage, we waited for 20 min and the just finally left the room with our luggage. Horrible experience i have no idea how this hotel has 4 stars!

Best value for my money I've encountered! Great location and very friendly and accomodating staff!

Would definitely stay here again. The location is wonderful and getting to Disney World Parks are easy and efficient.

It was an amazing experience. Despite the Dolphin had construction going on at the time we were there, we had lots of fun. The staff was very friendly and the hotel amenities was all on point. One of my top 5 vacation experiences.

We were in town for a wedding but wanted to spend one day at the park. The Swan was a perfect place for us to stay. It was a lot more affordable than some of the other Disney resorts, but we were still able to take advantage of the magic hours for our one day at the park. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
