It took us two hours to get our key to our room after we checked in. We weren’t able to get into our room until 6:30. Received a message at 4 to go to mobile check in to get our key and didn’t get out of line until 6:15. Discussed with manager and want given anything of value in return. Ridiculous!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better — just minutes from Universal and easy to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. The shuttle service was super convenient and made getting around stress-free. The hotel itself is clean, family-friendly, and comfortable, making it a perfect spot for a fun trip.The only downside was the market restaurant — while the food was decent, it’s definitely overpriced for what you get, and the menu could use a few more options. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice room with alot of space and 2 TVs in the suite and 1 private room. Pillows are a little soft so they sink. Everything else was good, fridge and storage space. Wish had a better coffee machine.
