Loved the breakfast included daily in our stay. Loved the on easy access to ordering food and large dining area to have dinner with family. The location of the bar to the pool was great. Loved that I can go swimming indoor and outdoor during our stay in January. Also a great place to spend New Years with young kids.
The hotel was a normal hotel. Do not expect anything special just a place to sleep
Housekeepers are thieves!!!! Story below. First arrived for check in and my room wasn’t ready had to wait an hr for room to be cleaned. They stay was really good fresh towels everyday, the breakfast was pretty good, same breakfast served everyday but still good omelette bar was great! The hotel is currently getting renovations so they had the outside bar closed which kind of sucked. The kids splash area is a bit outdated and some of the small features didn’t work, also seemed like the don’t clean the area very often cause there was grime everywhere in the kids area. I gave it the review because when we went to check out and I know it’s also my wife’s fault but she forgot her wedding ring on the bedroom dresser and she’s certain about it, so we checked out and she realized an hour later when we got to the airport for our flight back home so I called the hotel hoping the staff would be honest and turn the ring in but NOPE!!! Who ever cleaned the room kept it because the front desk lady said she spoke with the housekeeping manager and said that the house keepers did not find a ring or anything left behind in the room so the house keeping staff are thieves here so be careful what you leave around your room and make sure you take everything with you because staff will not turn it in. My family has stayed here before and we’re planning on coming back to stay again next year but since the staff is not honest and thieves we will not be returning anymore

Happy hours snacks were pathetic! Never towels at the pool. The a/c made loud noise all the time. Parking should be included. We expected more….for the price and description!

This Hilton property has extensive on site ammenities. The atriem is enormous and allows guests to move about without feeling too crowded. The reception offering is excellent with beverage and snack offerings. The only negative is the $17.00 parking fee. On top of a $ 25.00 resort fee, that is not acceptable.

The staff are considerate and the check-in went super smoothly thanks to the great lady who assisted us. The property itself is showing its age and really that was most felt in our room and the broken elevator over the four days and three nights we stayed. Breakfast was very enjoyable.
This was a great family property. We would stay here again. Everyone was helpful and the chefs at breakfast were great. The omelet station is delicious (prepare to wait at busy hours). The room is a great size - we had three sinks! The mattress was comfortable but not firm anymore in the middle. The shuttle to the parks is by and outside contractor - the one the Sea World is useless because its super early in the morning before it opens. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again. Extra Perks: Splash Pad, Warm Pool, Hot Tub, Hot Breakfast, Large Updated Room, Helpful Employees, Happy Hour with Snacks and Drinks, Walk a mile on sidewalks to many Restaurants
The hotel was very inviting & clean.
It needs some love. Good location. Old building. Smells like mold in the room we stayed. The people working there are very nice, professional and attentive. They'll go the extra mile for you. it's sad that the Hilton doesn't pay much attention to this property. I wouldn't stay there a second time.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Waited over two hoursssss for our room! The only reason we didn’t wait longer is because we settled for a room without the pool view thennnn was given a room with only one bed when I paid for TWO! Once we finally settled into a room with at least two beds the lock on the door doesn’t work! Disgusting customer service and below standard rooms. After waiting 30 min after check in I was greeted with “didn’t I just help you” when asking how much longer for our room that was ALREADY PAID FOR may I add! We have always stayed in Embassy suites every year but NEVER again!!!!!!!
We loved our stay. Great brakfast! Just wish they had the billiards balls, my kids really wanted to play.
