when I checked in, I asked about the I regret to inform you that yesterday when I checked in, I asked about the elevators when the check-in staff put me - who had a right knee replacement 6 months ago - up to the 3rd floor, room 335 of the hotel, she insisted that both elevators were working fine! But today, both elevators were out of service! First of all, just so you know, there is a $75 deposit required for this property that you supposedly get refunded back in 5-10 business days. When we arrived, there was a line out the door of people trying to check in & there was one lady checking everyone in. I understand short staffing, but we were legitimately in line waiting to be checked in for 20 minutes. Once we got to the desk, she accidentally charged my boyfriend twice for the $75 deposit, & never even acknowledged it (we realized a day or two later & when we went up to the front to ask she simply said we would get it back in 5-10 business days). Anyways, the room itself wasn’t terrible. My biggest complaint with it had to be the shower. The shower curtain was disgusting, as well as the bottom of the tub. Once in the shower, there was a lingering sewage smell that even soap couldn’t fully mask. It was awful. We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping gave us new towels once & we never had our do not disturb sign up. Had to go up to the front desk & specifically ask for them. Overall, I’d say if you just want a cheap spot to lay your head down at night in Orlando this is a decent spot; however, i personally would not stay here again.

First time staying on this hotel and will never stay again. Bathroom old and rusty, no remote on room, carpet floor very old with mold odor, toilet not flushing properly. No breakfast on the last day we stayed and they did not wanted to restock more food for the clients. Very cheap service very cheap maintenance, very cheap everything. So sorry for this big hotel that can’t afford a decent service

The first room assigned to us was filthy. The carpet was wet and it had a strong mold and mildew odor. Hotel is dated. It needs renovations.

The hotel did not offer shuttle to airport. Our room was a good size but the bathroom door wouldn’t shut and it appeared to have mold on the bathroom trim.

So rented a room for my great nieces & the night they flew in was late so the next night went to take a shower no hot water, next morning nieces woke up & the sheets came off the bed and after that OMG THE BED HAD OLD BLOOD ALL OVER THE MATTRESS SO PLEASE TELL NE WHY YOU WOULD LET SOMEONE STAY IN THAT ????? IT WAS OLD NASTY BLOOD LIKE ARE YOU FOR REAL ??? SO THEN WENT TO SAY SOMETIME &THE FRONT DESK LADY WAS VERY RUDE & WILL NOT Reimburse or discount something for the inconvenience in this nastiness

I don’t know where to start, but I wouldn’t recommend the devil in hell to stay at this hotel. This hotel is so disgusting and nasty mole all over the curtains and in the ceiling, dirty tub stain body fluid on sheets, dead, and live worms on floor I could not believe this was a La Quinta. This place is absolutely horrible. Do not stay here you’re going to waste your money instead go to the La Quinta hotel International Park Drive and ask for Miss Venessa she’s phenomenal.

This place needs a complete teardown. Our room smelled like a fruit market, full of mold. Mold was visible everywhere! including the ceilings! Terrible, terrible! please stay away from this place. Wyndham hotel? ha, now that's a joke!
