Very convenient to the airport, I feel parking should be included if you are staying at the property. That's my only complaint about this Hilton

Clean and comfortable, parking is easy aaaaaaaaaaaa

Did not get my hilton points. Staff not interested

Mixed bag. Nice place, but the inside atrium layout allows the noise from a raucous convention to bother guests in the inside-facing rooms. Said convention also overwhelmed the wait staff so that an otherwise delicious meal took way too long to deliver, without apology.

Everything was great including check in and check out experience. Shuttle service to airport was very good.

Convenient to Orlando’s airport and very confortable. The free airport shuttle was a big plus too!

Very close to airport for those early morning flights . Breakfast was hot and delicious.

This was an unexpected stay, as our flight was cancelled. The hotel was extremely accommodating. The 24 hour airport shuttle picked us up, check in was quick, we were given water and chocolate chip cookies, and slept comfortably in a very clean room. Our flight wasn't until evening the next day, and the hotel kept our bags so we could take a Lyft to Gatorland. They are in the middle of renovations, but I heard nothing,

Very friendly staff. Really nice rokms. Enjoyed my stay

Great concierge and bell hop service. For on the restaurant was very nice.

No bellman at the hotel and very inconvenient for seniors guest to handle the luggage. Also no hot water during shower.

Evening front staff manager was very helpful taking as much time as we needed to meet our needs

We arrived late--very late. Our original flight was cancelled and we were rescheduled--arriving about midnight when the original flight landed at 10:30 pm. We were put into a handicapped room, and I was told that I had booked a handicapped room with Expedia. I doubt it. There is no reason for me to book a room with handicapped facilities. Expedia did not disclose the handicapped status of the room. The bed was wonderful. But the shower overflowed all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom mirror was turning black on the edges. The bathroom light was very dim, making it hard to see well enough to apply makeup. The bathroom sink was draining very very slowing. The room was cold, and we could not adjust the temperature, only cold air was produced, so we had to turn the AC off. The bathroom shower head was unadjustable as it was a hand held device. The refrigerator was very noisy, we had to unplug it in order to sleep. The hotel charged a $12 per night fee to park, which was not disclosed previously. The usual pen and paper provided in all rooms was missing. The staff was very nice and gave us a credit of the parking fee after we told them about the room's shortcomings. But would I stay there again--no I would not. thank you Dr Martin

First of all don't eat breakfast at the hotel, service is very poor, quality is fair at best, and prices are high. Go else ware to eat. If you are a smoker they don't want you, I was told by one of the valets not to smoke in front of the hotel since they didn't want any of their customers see someone smoke.

The staff was great but the hotel itself was dirty. My room looked like it had been used right before I was in there. Tissue in the toilet that was not flushed and used. Hair all over the floor, shower was dirty and looked like mold on the side of the shower. Lastly, we had to pay for breakfast; which would not be a big deal if we weren't already spending so much to stay overnight.

Quick two-night trip to Orlando was made better by experience at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good room (though bathroom is a bit small). Loved how close by the airport is.

Great bar and breakfast...nice room with balcony...close to restaurants and airport
