The room was spotless and team was courteous. I would definitely stay here again. The restaurant that’s called the Landing. The chicken wings was on pork 10 out of 10. The fries was the bomb. I love them. This place is great.

Service was terrible. I sat in the restaurant for 15 minutes and was never approached by any server and I ended up leaving, I asked for a wakeup call at 4 30 AM for a very early flight as my phone would not charge. NO CALL. Lastly the chocolate chip cookie that is the brand identifier was nowhere to be found. Needless to say, I will not stay at this property again.

The shuttle service overall was helpful and the drivers were very nice. Disappointed with the front desk service. Our room was not ready at 4pm (check-in time) they said we had to wait and would call when it’s ready. They never called, we went back to the front desk at 6pm then got our room. The room needs maintenance, the shower was slow to drain. The overall property doesn’t seem to be taken care of (I.e. dirty glasses left on tables in common areas and used pool towels left on the deck chairs) and no clean towels were available for the pool.

Horrible smell in the room, smelled like wet sour towels, mold present. Couldn’t stop sneezing for one hour in room. Staff very responsive brought ozone machine & asked me to leave for an hour. Delicious meal at the little Bistro, great service. Its obviously a moldy carpet issue in many rooms

The staff was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and the warm cookies were great! The property is dated, could use some renovations especially in the restrooms. Numerous cracks and rust around the bathtub. But, overall I highly recommend this property. It is very clean, quiet, and the airport shuttle is the best. I will definitely stay here when I return.

Appreciated the fact that at 5:30am, they had two airport shuttles to accommodate both guests and flight crew to get to the airport in a timely manner. All staff members were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunate that our room smelled terrible, like cigarettes and smole on the floor we were on... I slept, but not well. As the mattress was really hard as a rock. I would venture to say that we would not recommended this property at all.
