Paid parking was a rude surprise, no coffee in the room was a bit sad, the tub was incredibly slippery, and no promised free waters. The woman in the coffee/snack shop was really personable, friendly, and a good barista. The bartender was friendly and quick. A a Hilton Honors member I expected better.

The room I was put in was very noisy. Next to a marble hallway and at about 5 am the cleaning staff comes into that area talking wry loudly and banging mops etc. Also, the bathtub floor was sticky.
