The room smelled like mold - the beds were lopsided. The air unit wasn’t working well at all. Thankful we only stayed one night.
Room did smell moisture. Could be an old a/c problem. Other than that, staying and breakfast was good.
Not impressed with this hotel. Very old. There was a odor in the room. The key didn't work when I checked in. I will never stay in this hotel again.
The staff was great and friendly when we checked in and the ladies running the breakfast area.
The check in and check out process was easy and efficient. The hotel is convenient to Universal Studios. It was clean and quiet without children running in the halls.
While not the nicest Hampton Inn that I have stayed at, it was still an upgrade over a lot of value places in Orlando. The rooms are really large and the free breakfast was good. The staff was pleasant and the free bottled waters were a pleasant surprise. It is a very comfortable place to stay.
The only problem was that they didn’t clean my room at all, I called the day before to go to the park to tell them to clean the room and I came back and wasn’t clean it., they didn’t clean my room for 4 days.,

For unexpected events beyond our control we arrived late to check in. The staff was pleasant on the phone and friendly and accommodating upon arrival. The hotels location was conveniently located near several restaurants and businesses. Thank you for allowing us to have a relaxing weekend away.
very nice and professional staff (especially Katie who checked us in), great location, free shuttle to universal, free coffee all the time and good breakfast. Hotel is clean ind well maintained. It was a great stay :)
