Had an amazing time at this hotel. This was our second time staying here. The manager Kyle went above and beyond to make sure we were treated with the utmost of care. We will be staying here again in the fall!

Great hotel, rooms were clean and luxurious. Will be coming back again when we go to Universal. Pool area is very relaxing and private.

The hotel was wonderful. It was staffed by great people, it was immaculate and everything that you'd hope for.

Great service, too expensive the breakfast buffette Great view Excellent location

nice hotel, fairly clean, needs some updating. Rooms are a bit outdated. Large resorts that offers a fair amount of ameneties

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend get away at the Waldorf Astoria. The staff was excellent. We enjoyed a couples massage, great dinner and lots of pool time. We would recommend this location to others. The champagne in the lobby on Friday afternoon was a nice touch.

The hotel staff was very helpful when we first arrived at the hotel.

Amazing restaurants, fantastic spa services, and phenomenal service!

The best is their staff and the way the communicate with us. Their positive and corteus actitude at all times, makes a big difference.

It was my daughter's 5th Birthday and the staff treated her like Royalty during our stay.

We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria in Orlando 2 years ago for work and reserved a room again when we found out we were coming back to Orlando for another work related event. The hotel's main lobby area is still beautiful and the fitness center is very clean. However...our room was disappointing as was the housekeeping. The carpeting in our room was dirty and pulling away from the wall in some areas - to the point that you could see the concrete flooring. The wallpaper was loose & peeling in some spots on the wall & in the hallway as well. Housekeeping never replaced our shampoos/conditioners/soaps/q-tips in the 3 nights we stayed and left our dirty room service glasses, wine bottle, and containers the day after we had used them. For a 5 star resort, we were disappointed. The Hilton (which is attached) is newly remodeled, has really nicely screened in porches at all of the restaurants we went to and had better food/bar options.

This hotel was close enough to all the amusement park attractions but just far enough that it wasn't crowded or busy. Even though the hotel has shuttle buses we recommend renting a car. It is a little more but it was worth it especially if you have park hopper tickets.

Outstanding. Great upscale experience. We took kids and the hotel food menus we not super-kid friendly, but this was more than accomidated for by the free ride service to the adjacent Hilton that the kids enjoyed just as well. We had a balcony view room and the views of the nightly fireworks were spectacular. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. We will visit again. The shuttle service was very convenient (and included with the price of the stay). They also have onsite luxury transportation options that are comparable to taxi fees otherwise. The customer service is excellent.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights with our 4 small children. Hotel staff were wonderful. The only aggravation that I experienced was a super long wait time every time I called to ask for something to be brought, i.e. more washcloths... Having access to the Hilton pool was wonderful also - lazy river & water slide were great for the kids to enjoy! Overall, a very nice experience.

A very, very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms, great common areas and super amenities. Meal and drink costs can get a little pricey but there is nothing in Orlando that matches this hotel for a special occasion. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Few improvements could be made except the clerk at the gift shop, whose personality compared to everything else during the stay was so bad in comparison it was almost laughable.

Front desk staff not helpful, service slow and things seem disorganized

elegant and great hospitality resturants unfortunately are always full close proximity to all attractions furnishing are very tasteful would recommend to friends

It's a beautiful hotel and great staff. It's a little far from the disney action but not terrible. I would stay again!

Hotel didnot meet my expectations. I went to breakfast and observed the server pouring coffee from multiple serving pots into one. I requested a fresh pot of coffee and he told me that it was fresh. When I checked into my room someones dirty dishes were beside the door. They were still there the next morning. Dirty dishes that were in the hall in front of other Rooms remained there over night. My room just didn't seem clean.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the excellent valet staff. Melissa at the Front Desk was very helpful and a pleasure. Anthony and Agi at the Concierge Desk also advised us of many wonderful options and activities to do in the area besides attending the theme parks. Josie at Peacock Alley was a delight. The rooms were bright and clean. The nightly turndown service was a pleasant surprise. Not to mention the very comfortable bed. I would definitely return to the Waldorf Astoria and recommend it to those expecting the BEST.
