Amazing Staff
Picked this property for the location and close vicinity to Lake Eola. It's a beautiful area and the property's location is great. I booked a Balcony suite with lake view to surprise hubby for his birthday trip. We arrived early and the room was not ready. No problem, we were ok to take a walk around the lake while we waited for our room. The front desk agent did a pre-check-in and took my phone number and told us he would text or call as as soon as our room was ready and said it wouldn't be too long. However, I never received a call or text, so we went back about 4 hours later to see what was going on. We were told our room was ready and apparently the staff forgot to call/text, so that was annoying. Went to our room and our "lake view" was pretty much non-existent due to trees and buildings blocking the view. For the amount of money we paid, it was a pretty disappointing experience.
In town for a concert with my teen daughter and friends. Felt safe walking to and from the Kia center. The hotel is in a great location with parking across the street. They have complimentary cocktail hour and a wonderful free breakfast. Rooms weee clean and spacious.
Slept soundly, breakfast waa great.

Great hotel. Huge rooms. Awesome breakfast that’s included with your stay. Free happy hour every night from 5-7pm. Parking is self parking only across the street from the hotel in an outdoor lot. $18 for overnight parking or hourly if you’re parked for less than 24 hours. Weekend days are $14 flat regardless of the length of time you’re parked. So, if you’re planning on going in and out of the lot, it can add up quickly. But it’s downtown Orlando so you’ll have to pay for parking regardless. Overall, this hotel is great.
I enjoyed my stay. My only recommendation is I think the appliances should be updated. The hotel was nice and fairly priced. The breakfast and drinks were excellent and the staff was terrific.
