Excellent experience only drawback is having to pay for parking. Hotel is easy walking distance to a gorgeous park in the city with lots of wildlife. The complimentary breakfast was great.

We were very excited to book this hotel right next to a wedding reception we were attending! It was Mommy & Daddy's first date night away since our 16 month old was born! Unfortunately, disappointment was immediate. I paid extra for a balcony and view, the room we was damp and smelled horribly of mold/mildew and it was very warm even though the air was set on 65. We called the front desk, they sent up maintenance and he said it was just b/c the fan wasn't on high. Turned the fan on high, left for reception, came back to same hot, stinky room. Called down they sent up a new key with a very rude security person. The new room was not a balcony room with a view. Next morning I asked for the difference to be credited back and the front desk was rude and said I did not upgrade!! (I did not upgrade I booked the room from the beginning!) After explaining this several times she credited me Valet Parking.....no apologies.....nothing. Won't be going back!

Location is perfect and the managers reception is a very nice way to start the night

Great hotel right in the middle of downtown Orlando. Can't beat the value with free drinks and snacks from during the evening reception as well as the complimentary breakfast in the morning.

The Embassy Suites Hotel in Downtown Orlando is located in a nice neighbor within walking distance to several restaurants and the new Dr. Phillips Performing Art Center. The staff at the Hotel was friendly and helpful. A generous breakfast and happy hour are included in the price. I would not recommend the 2nd Floor, as it is located above noisy mechanical equipment on the 1st Floor. The room was fairly clean, but the décor was rather drab. You also need an engineering degree to figure out how the TVs work. :-)

Just what we were looking for... Nightlife walking distance! Grocery and convenience store around the corner. My husband loved the breakfast! One of the keys was not working right!

Great hotel if you want to stay in downtown Orlando.

Everyone was so friendly! We stayed at this hotel because we went to the Amway for a concert it was well within walking distance and close enough to the night life in the downtown Orlando. We got a free happy hour from 530pm 730 bartenderwas awesome. We were going to walk to the event and the valet offered to drop us up with our car so we didn't even need to walk. Will be staying in this hotel for my next concert!

really enjoyed your Hotel...everything met or exceeded our expectations... Thank you for a good time and great room!

Dark rooms even with all lights on. Staff forgot wakeup call. $40 Taxi to airport, convention center, and most Orlando attractions.

Had a very nice visit with family & staying at this location made it even easier. The breakfast each day was wonderful & so convenient as well as the pool area & all of the staff were GREAT! My only problem was why when they know 2 people have booked the room do you only get 1 wash cloth? If that was the worst thing, I'd say we did pretty darn good.

Location was great ! I drove from Altanta to see a band play at The Social and this was just around the block so I could walk to the venue. The Hotel was very clean bed was comfortable and the evening reception was great as well as breakfast. I will stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying at the embassy suites. The hotel has a large atrium with rooms all along the interior focused on the bar in the lobby. They provide a nice FREE happy hour on weekdays around arrival time. Breakfast was free and was very good. Also, I think the sodas were available during the evening from the breakfast area. Next time in Orlando I will stay again fro sure.

We came to Orlando for a family wedding and the accommodations were suitable for several people to share a suite. The staff was very good, helpful & polite. The carpet in our room had stains and although the room was clean it had a musty smell. I think it must be from the air conditioning. Enjoyed the free full breakfasts each morning & the free happy hour each afternoon. The front desk helped us with several special requests as we were traveling with two elderly people. All in all I would recommend the Embassy as a good value if staying in downtown Orlando.

VERY nice hotel. Upscale and fancy. Only had one problem, asked for joining rooms prior to my visit but when I got there, the best they could do was same floor. Kind of disappointing. Other than that, very clean comfy and courteous

Hotel conference facilities were very nice. At the base of the atrium was a small bar, very friendly servers. They had a limited menu of really good stuff. To get a full meal you would have to walk a block. The breakfast set-up was great! Good food in a buffet form an you can order an omlet to your liking. The check in and check out process was the fastest and hassle free that I had ever experienced and the staff was professional and friendly, all of them, every single staff person I interacted with. That was refreshing. I would stay there again in a second. The only thing I could be critical about is the couch and chair in my room were a little dated. and I couldn't find a channel guide on the TV. But This place is great! Did I mention that the staff are very friendly?

Excellent in every way. Excellent staff, breakfast and current (decorated) suites

staff was very helpful. breakfast was abundant! rooms were huge and accomodating. People in room next to us were very loud. (thin walls)

Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly! We really enjoyed our stay!

polite staff and a great welcome - clean rooms impressive and the convenience to my daughter's apartment perfect. Breakfast was great I can only give positive ratings for this Embassy Suites Hotel
