The staff and property were great, and so convenient to the park. It was a short 15-minute walk! They do have a shuttle, but unfortunately for us, we did not have the opportunity to take it. Other than that, I would stay again!

After a long drive. My husband and I was ready to relax. We got our key to them room and it did not work. My husband went back down to get the key fixed when he came back that key didn’t work. At this point I’m getting irritated. So I go down to get another key the lady at the desk had a terrible attitude and wanted me to stand in the line to get the fixed. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times through the years. The staff is lovely. The rooms are average. Some bugs here and there, but it is Florida. The breakfast place is no longer Starbucks, and the food on display was not very appetizing. The lobby bar was nice to have. The best feature is the proximity to the footbridge across to Universal. Although it is not lit during the evenings.

The staff were polite, but the overall experience was disappointing. The towels were rough and we didn’t receive the usual cookies on arrival, which was a letdown. Because this hotel is more budget-friendly, it seems to attract a louder crowd. There was screaming and partying until 3am, and we had to contact the front desk ourselves to get it under control. It made it very hard to rest. At checkout, no one asked how our stay was, which felt like a missed opportunity to address the issues. Not the peaceful stay we were hoping for.
