Fantastic hotel. Clean. Right outside universal. We were able to check in several hours early. They gave us tooth brushes when our luggage was lost and they give u cookies at check in. 10/10 for the price!!!

Do not recommend. I just received my receipt of my stay and upon check in, I was told I had a credit to use and the front desk lady listed all the places I could use it. I went ahead and used my credit and charged everything to my room like she instructed to do so just to end up being charged everything to my card. Called to resolve the issue and the lady didn’t seem to care at all and basically accused me of making that up. She was very sure that nobody could possibly have told me that I had a credit. I am so upset with the false information. I would’ve never charged anything to do room if I knew it was all a lie.

Cleaners came at 5 pm when room service ends at 4 pm. The aircon vent looks pretty gross too. Might need a clean.

This hotel was great because of the staff. Everyone from front desk (Linda) to my servers in the breakfast restaurant ) Min and Jim ) were so nice and helpful . I would definitely stay here again .

The staff was amazing. The room was subpar. We prefer to stay at DoubleTree when we do go on vacation. However this time the room smelled musty and like mold. And after a deep review the bathroom had mold growing in the grout. We dealed with and made sure to report everything at the end of our stay
