Bathroom cleanliness could be better. Was pleased with everything else.

Bad/inaccessible wifi; Expensive parking; Nickling and diming; Added/hidden cost for mail; Event room heat didn't work; Nice bedrooms but otherwise a bust

Having to pay 20 dollars for parking is really outrageous. Hotel is very dated, and needs some improvements. Location is golden.

We had a wonderful stay. Hotel was super convenient to theme parks.

Great hotel, great staff.Thank you Hiltons for our great vacation

Parking and breakfast are extra charges: both in the range of $20 /vehicle and per person.. that really increases the net cost of this hotel

Great stay, room was clean and the staff was pleasant. I liked having a shuttle in the morning to the parks. The only complaint I had was that, I ordered a wake up call and didn’t get one. It’s all good the 3 alarms I set worked :)

Great bed!!! We both slept like a baby. Convenient to everything we had scheduled for the weekend!

We were pleasantly surprised and happy our overall experience.

Great location. The elevators weren’t working and our room was on the 16th floor ☺️

Hotel is conveniently located, with terrific customer service; the room was clean, but surprisingly spare of extras considering it's allegedly a Hilton Honors room; noise in next room was quite audible.

Great experience Friendly staff. Perfect location

Over all great hotel. Very clean. friendly staff and free cookies

Very nice hotel, buffet at breakfast time excellent. However food in the hotel a little pricey and not that much to pick from.

housekeeping was excellent. Desk staff just as good

Second time staying great experience both times excellent staff and great room comfort

We “upgraded” to this hotel on our last night in Orlando and were really disappointed. The lobby looked like a college flophouse with people laying all over the couches. The bed sheets were all wrinkled and felt pilly. The shower was difficult to turn on and had a new smelly vinyl curtain which gave me a headache. Something kept making a bubbling water noise, not sure if it was in the room or above us. And to top it off, parking was an additional $22- with taxes, something which Orbitz failed to mention. Overall very underwhelmed by everything here other than the location.
