Room and staff are excellent, I take issues with the parking costs 34 dollars a night, such is more than some of the universal resorts charge, but at least those parking areas are covered. Then there's the concession downstairs... $4.50 for a can of coke. The hotel is outside the theme park, not part of it or in it. This shows a willingness to price gouge they're own paying customers. If available, take a look at one of the identically priced on premises resorts...

It was excellent! Great customer service. Room was nice. Hotel was in an awesome location - shuttle to park was easy to organize and free! Pool/hot tub nice!

It was nice but some of the things in the room were not up to par.. plugs kept falling out, toilet didn’t flush right overall nothing crazy but not what you hope for

The room was just okay. Honestly wouldn’t stay there again. The bathroom needs serious upgrading. Everything seems old and worn. The rest of the room was clean. The housekeeping staff didn’t make up the room daily so we often needed fresh towels. The hotel was filled with high school kids. The high schoolers were often loud and obnoxious. Fhe parking fee of
