Room and staff are excellent, I take issues with the parking costs 34 dollars a night, such is more than some of the universal resorts charge, but at least those parking areas are covered. Then there's the concession downstairs... $4.50 for a can of coke. The hotel is outside the theme park, not part of it or in it. This shows a willingness to price gouge they're own paying customers. If available, take a look at one of the identically priced on premises resorts...

Not only are the rooms very clean but the staff is extremely nice and the free bus to universal was a great plus. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

The room and the staff were great the only issue it was that during the week at 7:00am it was a guy with a leaf blower at the parking lot it was no annoying cuz it was so early we complaint about bit didn’t do anything just until my husband talked to the manager

Not as good of an experience as the last time we stayed here. No longer a Starbucks on site. Toilet in our room wasn't working properly. The refrigerator was leaking. And the shower was weak and not so hot

Hotel is run down needs a refresher. Beds were comfortable. Hair Dryer in room was broken. Good location. Staff in coffee shop were rude. Property is dated. This used to be our go to hotel when visiting Universal
