It makes no sense that you are being charged for parking as a guest when you are already paying the high rate the stay. The beds are old and very uncomfortable. Then they try to appease you with water bottle and burned cookies. I am still awaiting my bill receipt and its been a week. I told them no one should leave vacation feeling like they need a vacation/spa day. When we got there we had to request clean sheets as there stains on them and a full face of make-up on the pillow.

My room was not ready until 7pm… and I ask for 2 rooms next to each other even I have to pay extra for the room , because it’s was a corner room. The second room was not available, one of the front ladies was very rude I know it was not her fault but she didn't make the effort to try to compensate for their mistake.

This is a great place to stay while visiting Universal. About a mile from the park - you can walk or take a shuttle - very convenient. Staff and amenities were great and I would definitely stay here again.
