Loved the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved how close to universal this is. 25 min walk. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was nice and spacious. Loved the house keeping came every day too. In my opinion the shower could use some updating but that was really the negative for me.

Stayed here for a week to visit the parks, parking is a huge inconvenience as they make you pay an additional $40 dollars a day to park at their hotel, you are supposed to scan room cards to get out however at times that doesn’t work, so then you are forced to pay again with a credit card at the machine to get out. Lastly, they had maintenance work one night and we lost power from midnight through 5 or 6am on a summer night. No apology, no refund, no credit, nothing on behalf of Hilton for this HUGE inconvenience on me and my family.

Clean rooms, spacious, walkable, convenient, excellent staff, just wish the shuttles ran later so we didnt have to leave the parks before closing, can not wait to go back for our next universal trip

Not my first time being at the Double Tree, but this is my first time actually staying in one of the rooms. I really enjoyed the room selection (higher or lower floors). Staff members were nice although we didnt need much from there. I really appreciated getting a late check out on short notice. Overall the experience was great
