The staff was very nice and helpful. Beautiful place to stay.

I was there for a week and had to pay $23 tax a DAY for parking.

Staff was super nice! Hotel had options for food and it was very clean. Overall my stay was decent...now to the issues... The floors were freshly shampooed but soaking wet so I had them bring a fan to the room (it was deafeningly loud but turned it on when I left the room and carpet was dry when I got back) this helped to dry the carpet. The elevators were slow and at one point only 1 of 3 worked and the line for the elevator stretched through the lobby! The tub in my bathroom filled with water while I showered but after the fan and being wiped out after walking in the sun for hours we just accepted it as a foot bath while we showered...but it was definitely yucky! Overall though property and staff were nice, people cleaning and staff throughout the property at all times

Terrible experience. Will never go back. Beds had bed bugs - kids and us had rash and bumps all over the body every morning. Could not find another hotel to move to immediately and had to spend 4 nights with bed bug spray and used the steam iron on the mattress to make it better. Overall was bad to see such cleanliness conditions for the money paid. Never had this experience with Marriott or Hyatt.

I love the staff, hotel itself. Pool and hot tub was amazing! Didn’t like how the pool was messy with towels and masks from all the people. But I love all the restaurants.

The fire pit was nice to sit by in the evenings. The jacuzzi was not relaxing as there were 6-7 kids swimming around & jumping into the water. The parking pass to get in & out of parking lot wasn't working & became a hassle during our first day. It was fixed by day 2. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff, cleanliness, big room and clean, as you enter the lobby always smells good, the big pool and spa the restaurant over all its all great and convenient plus it's walking distance to orlando resort theme park.

This hotel is a 10 star if that existed. Really nice hotel all around!! Very clean, excellent staff. No complaints will definitely stay here again!!

The staff is simply awesome! The family loves staying at the location.

We Loved the amenities in the hotel and the fact that we were right across from Universal Studios! When we first arrived, we were greeted with a hot chocolate chip cookie-Very sweet! The American Grill in the hotel has good food.... and this hotel even has its own ice cream parlor! What we didn’t like was the fact that we tried to sign up 2 days in advance for the shuttle ( which was not allowed..only allowed to sign up one day in advance) and by the time we were allowed to sign up for the shuttle the following day, it was booked up! This supposedly has nothing to do with the hotel, and the shuttle service is separate, but it was still upsetting. The gift shop employees were extremely nice to deal with and the fire pit and lit up water fountain at night time added to the ambiance:)

This is a solid 3-star hotel. Clean, basic amenities, comfortable beds. Nothing fancy. What is great about it is it's location. About a 15 minute, really pretty (shaded) walk to Universal Resorts. My daughter and I just returned from a short, weekend trip, and the location of the hotel was perfect.

Elevators are to slow never available to many people. The lady at the bar does not wear her mask properly. Staff does not encourage people to wear a mask saw a lot people in the lobby without a mask.

horrible view. Bathroom door latch didn't work. stain on couch. Somewhat noisy

This places is conveniently located, but don’t do it. Shower head barely worked, carpet was so old and dirty you can’t take your shoes off

The fire pit was cool. Also family loved the cookies.

I did not like that it took me over 2 hours to check in. Also, housekeeping did not visit my room throughout my entire stay. I had to request clean towels and linens. The front desk staff and management were very accommodating. Love how close this hotel is to Universal Studios, restaurants and highways!
