As usual a great stay. The room is big, the bed is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Especially loved that there are shuttles to the Universal parks.

They was not very accommodating. They will not give you a cart to get your luggage...They want to do it...even when I asked to do it on my own still no cart. So we was forced to carry two weeks of luggage (we took cruise first) to the rooms. IT was awful. It was not a pleasant experience
