Great stay. About 15-20-minute walk to city walk which is an entry going to both parks (USO & IoA). Got a great room with the view towards Universal and close to the elevator. Helpful for a handicapped person. Loved the gym & heated pool | outdoor hot tub | spa. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is great. They don't bother you when you don't want your room cleaned yet when you get out. We keep the room relatively clean and put our bagged trash outside. The only thing that needs more work: kindly ensure the toiletries are at least filled even halfway. I did not like that I kept pumping in the middle of my bath and nothing is coming out of the shower gel on the FIRST night of our 5D stay. I could have prepared my own. Overall, it was great. The transportation staffs were very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Everything was great except we did not like that you had to pay for parking which came to around $35 per day. We also left a stainless steel cup in the fridge which was reported immediately via the phone and they did not find it.
