It was ok food sucked at the hotel and was overpriced.

when we walked in they provided us with the wrong number so our magic bands would not open some one came in opened the room and someone else's items were in there. we were placed in the 2 building which was far from everything.

We've stayed a few times and can't wait to go back. Some rooms are newly refurbished. They've all been clean. The only complaint would be the comfort of the beds, they aren't the worst but definitely not the best. After a long day at the park you want to relax in a comfortable bed. Overall this place is a great one to stay- cleanliness, comfort, convenience and lots to do!

Floors weren’t as clean as they should have been, but the room was otherwise fine. Wi-fi was terrible this time, thought we’ve never had a problem here before.

Disney makes it easy to check in now with mobile check in. We were at the parks all day and the Disney App let us know when the room was ready and what room number. We never had to even go to the front desk to check in. Our room number was provided and our magic band gave us access to the room! Only issue was that parking was limited late at night due to construction blocking some spots.

Stayed here twice. This year the room was updated with laminate flooring and no heavy bedding which was nice because I feel that is much cleaner than rugs or bedspreads. Hotel is very clean and staff very helpful. Transportation is fast and easy to all parks and shops. Would stay again.

The rooms were recently renovated and were very clean and homey. The second bed was a pull down bed, which is great for saving space. Overall for the price, we were very happy.

The room was small but well designed. Lots of storage made it easy to organize my family of 4 for the week. The floors get dirty easily. The staff was friendly and prompt. I would stay at Pop again.

The price was affordable. As well the hotel gift shop. Realised, I didn’t quit have enough money for my purchase. My son was upset that I would be able get the items right then. The cashier left and came back with manager. They discounted it just enough for me to get what I need . It was an unexpected act of kindness. Thank you!!!!

I don't have any major complaints with this hotel. The only thing that was sort of annoying was that, because my room got changed a couple of hours before I arrived (due to my own request), the groceries that were delivered there never made it to my new room. Calling the front desk is a bit of a chore at Disney, and it took 1 hour and two calls for the luggage services to finally get the groceries to me. This meant I got one less hour of precious sleep the night before my first day in Disney. Otherwise, everything was very acceptable. They did ultimately accept my request for a refurbished room, though the first three requests via My Disney Experience, fax, and phone were not honored. For the price, staying on a Disney property, it probably can't be beat.

They were renovating the hotel when we got there and we checked into a non-renovated room which was not acceptable. So I called the front desk and got us moved into a newly renovated room. which was very nice.

Requested refurbished rooms for the queen sized beds and was surprised how much I enjoyed the room. Small, but great use of space and really we were at the park all day anyway. Bathroom was great. Enjoyed our stay here. Well worth the price.

Perfect for resting your head, and enjoying the parks. Our son loves running around the property as well.

We checked in and went to our rooms which were not made up. We had to move our possessions to a second set of rooms. Additional staffing Is required in the restaurant for various stations. Finally, The bus wait times at the parks for transportation are longer than most Disney resorts.

we chose for the transportation bus lines, not shared with other hotels, makes travel time to and from park quicker. we were in the non-refurbished section, hotel is undergoing refurbishment, all good, no headaches or sounds. old section does not have coffee pots, we asked and one was available and brought to us. we are going back next year.

Great option for families traveling on a limited budget. Food court has lots of food selection for kids Rooms are small and not even a coffee pot, but just the basics. Buses seem to run like all other resorts, but the bus stop is the furthest away.

Great facilities, good restaurant on property, loved free Disney transportation.

Loved the gift card we received for not using daily housekeeping service.

Great way to stay on WDW property on a budget. Clean room, friendly staff, and bus service to parks works well. Nice pools, good meal options at food court.

good. staff clean everyday with fresh towels and toiletry , air condition, clean room,
