Stayed in newly renovated room in building 7. Bed and pillows much more comfortable than a couple years ago. Changes to room are great. Plenty of USB ports, big tv, fridge, Murphy bed to make small room seem big and usable. Great update.

Really enjoyed our stay. The center pool was warmer than the bowling pin pool nearer to our room so we swam there.

Very good! We always stay here. The food court is big and opens from 6am to midnight. The pools were very good for kids.

Nice hotel close to parks, clean, good services, good organization

Solid hotel. Lines to parks were always long though.

Wonderful walking trsil/spaces. Clean everywhere. StFf so cordial! Bus transportatuon great. Cafeteria needs modernizing; h in omelet not tasty. Room amenities great!

This was our families first trip to Disney World and we were so excited to stay on property. The hotel is is very good shape and the keep the grounds and buildings looking great. Upon arrival check in was super easy and our room was ready a little earlier than expected. Our room was one of the furthest away from all of the main features, which kind of blows when you are staying with a 3 year old and trying to ride the buses from one park to the next, but at least it was a nice room with plenty of room for our family of 3. One of our biggest issues with the resort was their lack of professionalism when it came to deliveries; on our first night at the hotel we heard a knock on the door at 11:36 pm and they said someone had ordered a crib in the middle of the night. I know mistakes happen but that’s unacceptable

Great value with all the perks of being on property. Even the furthest rooms really aren't that far from the lobby/food court/park transportation. Lots of fun going on at the resort too.

Good value- friendly staff. Great drinks at pool with accomodating bartenders. Check in took longer than I would have liked-however I didn’t know about online check in. There was a staff member assisting with the line for check in which was helpful. I Suggest you do not agree to have luggage sent to your room. We arrived before check in so we left our luggage in luggage room. Attendant said he would receive text when my room was ready and take bags to room. Consequently I tipped him. Unfortunately we waited close to an hour for our bags to be brought up (after we called to inquire). I purchased park tickets from concierge. She was very knowledgeable and offered many tips.

Pop is our hotel of choice when visiting Disney. The room refurbishments have made the rooms even more functional

Clean, comfortable and convenient. The room renovations provide a more spacious and functional room.

nice, remodeled rooms! One of our favorite Disney resorts!

We’ve stayed at the Pop a number of times, this is the first since the room renovations. The new rooms have two queen beds which is a huge plus; one is a wall Murphy bed which makes into a small table. The new showers and privacy doors into the bathroom are an elegant and useful touch. The floors are laminate now instead of the dingy carpets. The only negatives: the pillows are hard, three of us had a hard time sleeping with them; the rooms are noisy which is to be expected in a value resort; the toilets also flush loudly and you can hear everything through the sliding doors; the pool area has very little shade; and the food court is always busy and loud. The Pop is an upgrade to the Star value resorts and we’d stay again when on a budget.

The staff is not nice, few speaj spanish and the room has cockroaches

Very pleased staff are friendly and helpful I spent good amount of time in the hotel and I like a lot thank to everyone tha makes my stay so great thank you and see you next year

This hotel is amazing since the rooms have been redone! So much storage space, queen size beds instead of doubles, coffee maker and fridge, huge tv. Love it here!

Disney’s customer service, facilities, and staff are always awesome. They haven’t disappointed me yet.

Great for a family getaway! The food was good, pools were amazing and hotel rooms nice and clean

We had a newly updated room with a great view. Everything is conveniently located.
