Very secure.need room key to use elevator. Very large bathroom..staff respond to snything you call about..separate key on room lhone to call direct, and care phones on every floor near elevators.food prices not bad..it was difficult to change room temperature.had to bend down to use coffeemaker.

Nice hotel. Clean room. Check in took forever. Overall good.

The tub and bathroom had hair all over, also wasn’t happy with the blanket it was not what I would expect.

First night we were in a room that was very, very tired. The towel rack was missing bars so the folded towels were falling through it. There was a glass shelf for toiletries that was so wobbly and loose you couldn't put anything on it. Later in the night it fell off of the wall and shattered into a million pieces all over the bathroom floor. The shower was a handicap shower but there was no shelf or soap holder anywhere so you had to put the soap and shampoo on the floor. Our sheet on the mattress was about 18 inches short of the bottom of the mattress so our feet were on the mattress all night. We were awoken at 7:30AM to construction sounds from the floor above. We were on the 9th floor, the 10th & 11th floors were being renovated. The next morning the desk person was very kind and moved us to a very nice room for the rest of our stay. If this happened in the beginning we would have rated this hotel highly. We purchased our room through Orbitz and it was prepaid. I have a feeling that when you do this the hotels give you their least favorable rooms.

Hotel staff was nice enough but the hotel itself is in dire need of remodeling / renovation. Our room was so humid the sheets practically felt wet and the carpets made me feel the need to keep sandals on when traveling to the bathroom at night. I’m glad we were only scheduled one night. Self Parking for this facility is also $19 a night. I think you can find better accommodations for the money elsewhere. I’m usually quite content with Hilton properties but this one leaves a lot to be desired.

It's pretty beat up overall. Maintenance seems to be lacking. Hotel staff were indifferent. Food was not fresh. My mom threw up after eating breakfast.

Good business traveler hotel, parking a bit high though

Very clean and comfortable Will stay again....................

Parking should be included in hotel stay. Not an additional $20 per night

The hotel was just ok for a double tree, I expected a bit more, but the staff was the absolute best, from the clerks to house keeping! I mean just polite and willing to help and assist with all my needs, I was never told no like ever. Next time I'm in Orlando I am staying there

Overall, a pleasant experience. The parking garage is super tight so be careful around the turns. They also charge a fee to park. The shower is fantastic and the bed is comfortable.

My daughter loved the cookies! What a nice surprise.

Hotels was good for the price and location. Courteous staff, my only complain was that the rooms didn’t have a small fridge or that no waters were available in the rooms.

Sophia from Chicago at the front desk is a delight. Anastasia in the dining room is a friendly, hustling wait person. Excellent staff

Great stay. Concierge was great. Clean room & great beds. Good coffee shop and warm cookies.

DoubleTree hotels are always consistent, that's what I like most.
