Room was ok but sink clogged. Pool “closed for repair” Friday morning when they were just running the pool vacuum around it. After several phone calls and finally going to front desk they opened the pool which was great. Why repair instead of cleaning I don’t know and perhaps clean at night instead of when guests are there. Also charging $30. Per night to park in garage is ridiculous.

There was a black girl at the front desk when I was checking out by 6pm on Sunday she was very rude, she should not be at a front desk taking care of customers cause she doesn’t know how to talk to people, and even I was nice to her asking her for information about the parking she was being so mean and careless. That was a very bad moment.

The entire facility needs to be overhauled with renovations. The shower faucet was dangling off the wall, the frame surrounding the door handle to the bathroom door was cracked, and there appeared to be mold in the A/C vent. I did like the staff and felt that they were friendly.
