Overall it was an ok hotel. It’s just kind of old and dated. Probably would be much better if they renovated the rooms. Room looked old fashion and we had ants in the bathroom. Staff were nice and accommodating.

I did not have a good experience.

I did not have a good experience. The attendants are not helpful in assisting us in the self-service system, with the exception of a few. I was charged twice for the purchase of one of their products because the attendant forgot to remove the charge. At check-out, I showed that I had already paid, and they said they would remove it; I am still waiting for a resolution to the problem. The cleaning service forgot to restock the necessary supplies twice. The only good service was the restaurant.
