Staff is so friendly, helpful and super nice especially the ladies at breakfast. ( one with names with M and believe the other one with D: sister in laws)! Location was perfect to get around from. However, I feel having to pay for parking should have been included with stay. That will make me look for another hotel.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The bunk beds required me making them up with the top sheet and blanket. Only one blanket was provided. Breakfast was not great. Good variety of offerings but food did not really taste that good. Shuttle service to theme park was good. Pool area was nice. Bottom dresser in the bedroom was broken.

We loved our stay at Hyatt House. The room felt truly luxury, the showers were clean, the beds were comfortable. There was nothing wrong with our stay. The staff was kind and helpful. The pool was nice and everything was organized. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who’s thinking about making a trip to Orlando.
