Great spot, close to everything. Staff has been great, clean rooms. Heated pool!

We liked the view from our room, the staff was pleasant and helpful.

We brought an issue with our air conditioning to the front desk, upon our return they replaced the entire unit

This hotel is convenient if you are visiting the parks with your family. It's pretty close to everything, and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The front desk staff is friendly and accomodating. The cleaning staff is also very polite. However,

the staff was very accommodating and pleasant , nice and clean . the furniture is worn old .

i didnt know the rooftop bar was for vip only. i didnt see that written anywhere when i was booking the room.it would have been nice to know.

Could have been a little cleaner such as carpet and bathroom. The carpet was pretty dirty with stains everywhere.

Only on elevator was working, so it took very long to get outside of the building. Staff was nice

The customer service was really bed the elevator wasn't working they give me the wrong key for my room the toilet for that room need a makeover

The looks of this hotel are deceiving. Rooms are outdated and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and shower, stains all over the couch, I did a complete Lysol wipe down of the room!! thank goodness this was an overnight stay before traveling the next morning, I couldn’t have stayed here any longer.

Very clean.....elevator’s were a mess. Room key hardly ever worked and kept having to call maintenance. Other than that i would stay again

What Hotel chain serves only bread as a continental breakfast? Bags of garbage throughout the 11th floor also no room directory or ice bucket above all no bible in drawer.
