first room we went into smelled horrible like smelly feet or cheese. Then they said they would move us to another room me and my mom, but it only had one bed. Then they moved us to a suite thankfully but the pillows were horrible, there is no room service. You can only get food from the grab and go market there's nothing in the mini fridge they don't have a fitted sheet. It just kept coming off of the mattress. It was a flat sheet, so the nasty old mattress was exposed same with the duvet they just put two flat sheets over and under it so there's a nasty duvet touching you. Had breakfast at the grab and go market it was disgusting and they told us to microwave it ourselves. Overall, the entire staff looked an annoyed to even be there. No customer service skills.

Honestly the best hotel I've stayed at. My only complaint (besides I wish there was an in room kitchen option for the the club room) was that parking was insane. 38 a night is highway robbery, along with how expensive the market food was. That's the only reason for my 4 stars. Everything else was else was amazing. Super happy with the stay. Staff was so responsive and so nice, rooms were clean, the breakfast in the club room was the best hotel breakfast I've had. We've had great experiences here and will continue to return if we have. Anything at the convention center again.
