Beautiful hotel, great staff. I will definitely book here again my next stay in Orlando.

Very happy stay with my 2 kids. Pools was awesome. Just a little bit too cold. The fitness room had great machines. Much better than the gym where I live. Locker rooms with a steam bath!! And the b-line diner had excellent food. I had one small issue with billing that was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. The only drawback was the parking spaces. Parking was at a public parking building next to the hotel at $22/day. Many of these massive hotels have these issues where there is quite a bit of walk between the hotel and the parking. Other than that, great stay and great location.

Friendly staff, nice grounds , great food options. Would stay again

My main complaint was the uncomfortable BED which really really needs to be addressed. When all is said and done you go to a hotel for a good night sleep. I think the Hyatt hotels have lost track of that MAIN fact. This is my 3rd Hyatt this year; some amenities better than others but the one common factor - UNCOMFORTABLE beds!!

My short-but-sweet 2-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando was fantastic. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the outdoor mall down the street, and the convention center (where I was working for my visit) was just across the road. The pool was definitely my favorite part of the hotel. So pretty and well maintained. I ate at the B-Diner for both breakfast and a take away dinner, and then another dinner Fiorenzo steakhouse. If you go to the steakhouse, order the veggie calzone - SO good! Wonderful experience overall.

I come here every year for a staycation weekend to relax by the pool and go out on I-drive at night. The last three stays have been each progressively less impressive. There really should be someone at the pool regulating aggressive teenagers who are throwing footballs around small children. I didn't even have my children with me but made a mental note to not come back with them to that pool given the rough- housing going on. Pool service was slow for food and beverage. We tried going to the other pool for more peace. Would be nice if there was food/drink service there. Just overall, quality has gone down since the Peabody days. Unfortunately, we will not be returning for our annual trip. On to find something with more hospitality.

We arrived and needed to cancel the second room we reserved for extra family and they didn't charge us a fee which was unexpected and so nice! So we chose to upgrade to a suite for our two nights, which we were able to do for a very reasonable price. The room was lovely and had expansive views of Orlando's tourist area and the huge pool area on the property. My only two complaints were #1 for a suite - the beds and pull out couch were very uncomfortable. #2 The room had a cold humidity to it. Like you had to keep it very cold to keep it from smelling like mildew. I wasn't expecting that from such a nice place. Overall the property is gorgeous and the staff was so nice. We ate at Fiorenzo and had the most amazing dinner and service! We would definitely come back, but maybe just have to check the room first.

This was my third time visiting the Hyatt Regency Orlando. It was a wonderful experience. I most definitely will visit again.

stay in tower 2 if you self park/because tower 1 is a hike to the parking garage//there something to be said to being too Big/if your goin to the convention center the hotels location is a plus/staff was polite and good

Beautiful Room with a large beautiful bathroom. The staff was courteous and very helpful in every aspect during our stay. Will definitely stay here the next time I return to Orlando. We had a room on the 18th floor and the view was just spectacular. The pool and the hot tub was just what was needed after a long day at Universal. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on traveling to Orlando in this area.

I have been there before and its one of the best hotels for me the Spa, the service, Everybody is very kind and attend to your need. the restaurants and ba.

My reservation was not found when I arrived however they quickly booked me in another room that was slightly less expensive. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

The food was gerat, the rooms were very clean. I saw nothing wrong except the additional chargs when making the reversations. Unless you have a lot of money, stay some where else.

Had a great meal in the grill - all the apps were generous portions, interesting and well-prepared.

Becky from the front desk surprised my 15 year old daughter with a birthday cake and card. Very thoughtful.

We are a local couple celebrating our anniversary... The hotel is beautiful, pool, lobby, etc. but we had some disappointments. For example, our room key did not work and we called the front desk from the hall phone. They said they would be sending security up. 15 minutes passed and nothing. We called the front desk again and were transferred to security who told us they never were informed of our situation. When security finally came up to our floor, he realized the door sensor was not working and said he would be sending maintenance up to fix it. Guess what happened? Maintenance never came. We saw lack of communication between hotel departments and general lack of customer service.

Great location on International dr. Beautiful hotel ,very well maintained ,clean rooms. ONE big problem room was next to maintenance room by elevators . To much noise coming from maintenance room hard to sleep. I asked for a quiet room @ check-in but that's not what I got.

My family of three stayed in the hotel during the nights and we were out during the days to visit many tourist attractions. The room was clean when we came back. The food in the hotel restaurants and room service is a little expensive, as expected of a hotel of this repute. We had to ask for extra towels, extra water bottles and shampoo, lotions etc. on some days, otherwise the service was very nice. One thing to note is Self-Parking is $20 per day and also has a $22 per day charge for using resort facilities whether you use it or not. The rooms were always clean when we came back in the evenings and I would recommend this hotel.

The room was everything I ever wanted. The view from the balcony was amazing. I was able to watch the fireworks from Disney. Very comfy bed, everything was so clean, I loved the fact that I had like 6-7 towels which is amazing because at most of the hotels you get like 2 per person. The bathroom lights are amazing for doing your make-up. Big tv, tv in the bathroom (inside the mirror) etc. I love this hotel I will def come back.

I would come back to experience the hotel more. It was a very nice hotel
