The hotel was overbooked they offered us to stay at the Marriott Orlando world Center and they would give us a nice room pay for parking which is $35 valet 23 Park yourself which there is no parking spots. Checked in they gave us a room with two full-size beds were on my wife's birthday weekend we had a king-size booked the property is way too big I was told it was three or 4 miles from international Drive or we were spending a lot of time it was more like 10 so it was a real inconvenience for us and I would never pay Way too bi big in the middle of nowhere you think about this when I was a little overpriced drinks and food.

Beautiful hotel. So large it can handle a group of many thousands... Staff was extremely accommodating.

terrible service rude employees everywhere we went.

This hotel me a great first impression. Very clean, excellent facilities, 24 hour exercise room, and great sized pools. The room itself was a little disappointing. There were stains on the carpet, the fan exhaust in the washroom was completely covered in dirt and the bathtub would not stop leaking. When we first checked in we asked about an upgrade to a suite and were told that the hotel was sold out. After that, at no point when the sweets were available to anyone contact us to discuss the upgrade. Guess they didn’t need my money. Not having at least a microwave in the room was a little disappointing, considering most of the competitors in this market space do. And if you’re like our family like to get your steps in, park your own car and walk back to the hotel, the valet personnel will look down on you. I guess there’s an expectation that the Hyatt, everyone pays for valet.

Rooms were very quiet. Staff was very polite. TV in the bathroom mirror was surprisingly convenient. 24hr in-room dining options are a huge plus. The

Was great. would stay again. Highly recommend tower two over tower one.

I recommend to anyone, the location is great, rooms are bigger, is you can get the pool view you wont regret.

Beautiful hotel, great staff. I will definitely book here again my next stay in Orlando.

Very happy stay with my 2 kids. Pools was awesome. Just a little bit too cold. The fitness room had great machines. Much better than the gym where I live. Locker rooms with a steam bath!! And the b-line diner had excellent food. I had one small issue with billing that was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. The only drawback was the parking spaces. Parking was at a public parking building next to the hotel at $22/day. Many of these massive hotels have these issues where there is quite a bit of walk between the hotel and the parking. Other than that, great stay and great location.

Friendly staff, nice grounds , great food options. Would stay again

My main complaint was the uncomfortable BED which really really needs to be addressed. When all is said and done you go to a hotel for a good night sleep. I think the Hyatt hotels have lost track of that MAIN fact. This is my 3rd Hyatt this year; some amenities better than others but the one common factor - UNCOMFORTABLE beds!!

My short-but-sweet 2-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando was fantastic. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the outdoor mall down the street, and the convention center (where I was working for my visit) was just across the road. The pool was definitely my favorite part of the hotel. So pretty and well maintained. I ate at the B-Diner for both breakfast and a take away dinner, and then another dinner Fiorenzo steakhouse. If you go to the steakhouse, order the veggie calzone - SO good! Wonderful experience overall.

I come here every year for a staycation weekend to relax by the pool and go out on I-drive at night. The last three stays have been each progressively less impressive. There really should be someone at the pool regulating aggressive teenagers who are throwing footballs around small children. I didn't even have my children with me but made a mental note to not come back with them to that pool given the rough- housing going on. Pool service was slow for food and beverage. We tried going to the other pool for more peace. Would be nice if there was food/drink service there. Just overall, quality has gone down since the Peabody days. Unfortunately, we will not be returning for our annual trip. On to find something with more hospitality.

We arrived and needed to cancel the second room we reserved for extra family and they didn't charge us a fee which was unexpected and so nice! So we chose to upgrade to a suite for our two nights, which we were able to do for a very reasonable price. The room was lovely and had expansive views of Orlando's tourist area and the huge pool area on the property. My only two complaints were #1 for a suite - the beds and pull out couch were very uncomfortable. #2 The room had a cold humidity to it. Like you had to keep it very cold to keep it from smelling like mildew. I wasn't expecting that from such a nice place. Overall the property is gorgeous and the staff was so nice. We ate at Fiorenzo and had the most amazing dinner and service! We would definitely come back, but maybe just have to check the room first.

This was my third time visiting the Hyatt Regency Orlando. It was a wonderful experience. I most definitely will visit again.

stay in tower 2 if you self park/because tower 1 is a hike to the parking garage//there something to be said to being too Big/if your goin to the convention center the hotels location is a plus/staff was polite and good

Beautiful Room with a large beautiful bathroom. The staff was courteous and very helpful in every aspect during our stay. Will definitely stay here the next time I return to Orlando. We had a room on the 18th floor and the view was just spectacular. The pool and the hot tub was just what was needed after a long day at Universal. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on traveling to Orlando in this area.

I have been there before and its one of the best hotels for me the Spa, the service, Everybody is very kind and attend to your need. the restaurants and ba.
