Always our home away from home when visiting Disney! Great rates, magnificent location, friendly staff. Our only suggestion is to make the breakfast buffet more affordable, $25 per person for breakfast is too much.

We experience unfriendly customer service staffs and a broken heater room. We could not sleep until 3am after calling a staff to fix. Took 30 mins for the heater to functioning again. We reported to front desk and could not either receive any apology or compensation

Rooms are very old in terms of decor. No celing light, on table lamps with no switches beside bed. Had to make a point of asking for room to be made up every day at reception. Towels were dirty on reception. Lift needed servicing as would only stop on certain floors. I'd avoid this hotel it needs a lot of money spent on it to bring it up to standard and not worth in its current shape.

When booking through a third party website it would have been helpful to be notified about the upcoming fees upon arrival. Paid way more than I wanted to for only being there a couple hours. Agent at front desk was young and was not too helpful.
