Mold in my bathroom was noted. Smell very bad when i walked in to my room, they just need to use fresheners often, but i dont think they do. Its just a very old building with very old carpet and very old/ uncomfortable beds. They didn’t have a view i requested and paid for available... the shuttle service took 90 min to drop us off to the Universal because they stopped by so many other places. Not worth staying here if you’re relying on shuttle. Overall, I would never go back to this hotel. They charged me $25 extra for resorted fee vs other hotels only charge $9!

Great location to our tradeshow which was also in your facilities. Staff was more than helpful, even during remodeling which can be quite the challenge. Will come back!

For one night the hotel was ok but I wouldn’t spend more than one night there. It needed a lot of work and the upkeep wasn’t good. Our room could have been a little cleaner. There was hair in the beds and the tub had rust and needed a good cleaning. The titles in the bathroom where lose making it a tripping hazard. The hallway were Dark and the carpet defiantly needed to be replaced. When we were leaving in the morning the hallway smelled so much like majanna I think I almost got high. Someone didn’t listen to the no smoking policy!!! All in all we stayed the one night it wasn’t horrible but defiantly will not be back to this hotel!!

The front desk staff were not helpful. The 22 year old manager told me she was doing a great job. The opposite is true.

Really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were nice, and the property was great. While at the resort I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the sports pub, the Tiki Bar, and the Deli style place. All we're great. The staff was super nice, and enjoyed my interaction with them. Would recommend. I'll be back.

the rooms were dirty, elevetars didnt work half the time, room was flooded with water every time you took a shower, toilet overflooded, light switch didnt work asked staff to fix it 5 times. pool was filthy.

The hotel room we stayed at stink. It has a mildew stuffy smell. It also smelled like someone sampled in the room even though the Hotel policy is no smoking. We were able to move to a different room but then the bathroom had insects.

Poor service. No room tissue paper. Horrible staff. Room key did not work I had to go three times to the front desk. Finally supervisor came and she told lock has to be replaced. 1 hour wasted, manager did not even have any courtesy to give some credit. Gave to the worst room of the hotel, she said all rooms are full. How can that be possible at 12.30 PM. I will never choose this hotel. On top of that they charge 25$ resort fee. This fee was no there in my order when I booked the hotel.

Hotel was what I would have expected for an older facility in Orlando. It was clean, just dated. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Very nice resort with a great location to many attractions.

Did not stay there due to overbooking. Walk into room with sleeping guest. So embarssing Not happy.

This hotel falsely represents itself. It is filthy. We have had to change rooms. The first room was dirty and had a broken safe and fridge. The second room had a safe that needed batteries and smells of smoke. The bathtub is covered in rust.
