Room service for towels and such was infrequent. Even when we requested, we didn’t receive some necessary items. Food was good for the most part. Pool area was the best part of the hotel experience. Probably would not book again.

The rooms are outdated. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. They don’t provide you with actual body rag, you either get a face towel or a body towel. The room smelled like cigarettes and mildew. It didn’t feel comfy. The vouchers are cool, but don’t expect to be able to get a lot with them. Other than that the only good thing was the pool.

My favorite stay in Kissimmee. The pools were the highlight of the trip and staff was friendly. Front Desk Staff; Jetnier was very welcoming and attentive of our needs!

Reserved a King and got a room with 2 double beds. Called the office and they said they were sold out and that I would get complimentary breakfast. Left the room to get my belongings and the key was not working, had to wait on maintenance to change the door battery. The next day we had the same problem, could not get in the room. Went to get our complimentary breakfast, was told there was no such thing as complimentary breakfast. The person that I spoke with did not put any notes in the system. We got a refund on one day service fee. The pool area was nice and relaxing. The staff was friendly and the food was good!
