We were simply catfished by this property, It was way way dirtier and dingy compared to its pictures. The rooms are extremely outdated and filthy. The $17 a night for parking is plain robbery. That should be included with how expensive the resort is and having to pay an expensive resort fee on top of that 👎

Beautiful pool and friendly staff. The grounds could use some cleaning up to look more appealing.

Please deep clean carpets more often in rooms Multiple rooms smelled. Overall it was a great. Experience

This is my third stay here and as always I loved it. Clean, pleasant and fun!

The pool

Paying for parking was odd

Checked into a dirty room. Looked like a 1 star motel. Not worth the price. Staff and pool was great other then that I would not stay here again. Room was old and run down smelled horrible and couldn’t even sleep in it. Very dirty. We requested another room and that one was decent but still smelled like wet rotten carpet. If your going to stay here request rooms in the 6000 building

Tub was rusty. No other room available. Customer service poor. Only good hotel central location.

The property was very dirty. Linens in the hallway, garbage in the halls/stairs, ac didn't work, fridge didn't keep our bottled water cold. It took maintenance 4 times to fix the ac. Nothing was included with your stay. We were hit with charges once we arrived.. parkimg your car and "resort fees". The pool was full of children unattended. Got hit in the face with a football and NOTHING was done. And this is only some of the things that went on....needless to say I would NEVER stay here again even if it was my last day on earth

Parking lot

The free shuttle to the parks was nice.

Room was beat up, couch was very worn, bathtub had rust on the floor and needed to shower with a towel on the floor. The rooms were used hard and not kept up very good. My wife said the pool was nice, lobby was beautiful but the rooms definitely need some live and updating.

The lobby, walkway around pool and pool was wonderful. The rooms were tiny and old. They were clean and beds comfortable. The hallways and stairwells were disgusting. It looked like low income housing in the hallways. We found disgusting things in the stairwell. The emergency doors to each floor gave access to roof tops and they were unlocked and accessible to the street below. Did not feel very safe once in our room. We came back from Disney late at night and ALL doors to other rooms, except 3, were wide open exposing checked out rooms, with guests garbage, sheets had been taken off beds. We thought hotel had been evacuated we were so confused seeing into all the hotel rooms. It was very disturbing and disconcerting to come back to you. They stayed open for the next 24 hrs. I did not pay a good price to see everyone else's garbage and stuff strewn about in my hall. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Starbucks coffee and snack bar was great. The kids loved the pool. The inside of this hotel needs ALOT of work.

Filthy and not family friendly unless you want your kids to get a contact high and a staff infection. This place is filthy and it's a free for all. Blunt wrappers and trash floating in all the fountains, hot tubs and pools. No pool cleanup overnight meant that all the nasty stuff in the pool on Saturday night was still there and accumulating on Sunday. One security guard working the entire grounds, which meant that the water slide was a death trap for kids. Teenagers and adults going down 3 and 4 people at a time and landing on whomever was at the bottom. Adults and kids climbing the fence barrier at the top of the rock formation overlooking the pool and jumping off into the pool, not caring who they landed on. It was awful. And there was basically zero staff on property. Two people working the lobby desks, two or three people working in the lobby coffee shop and one horribly overwhelmed security guard. Do not waste your time or money.

Did not like that toilets didnt work. We found a bug in the bed. Dont know what kind

The staff was very kind and professional. The property itself is dirty. There is trash everywhere, especially in the ponds. The landscaping is being neglected. There are no trash cans in the lobby. The room was nice, but needs a deep cleaning.

Gorgeous set up. Loved the water falls and such throughout the resort. On the other hand we didn’t like that we had already paid for a room, was a guest of the hotel and still parking in the lot of the resort cost us extra money. We had to pay $17/night just to park on a property we already paid to stay at.
