The staff was very pleasant and professional. The rooms are outdated and there is an unpleasant smell when you walk in at first and throughout the halls. The outside facility could use some help on appearance. I was better off booking at an INN, there isn’t complimentary breakfast included and I booked through Orbitz the price I was quoted to pay at the hotel was not the price when I checked in so if there was something listed in the fine print they make it hard to understand in the reservation but the price still was decent for the area of Kissimmee you are in if you don’t care about the aesthetics

The pool area and lobby was nice but I felt the rest of the property was a little dated. Always seemed like long lines at the front desk, not sure why. Not a big fan of paying to park my car at a place I am a customer of but with that said it was less than other places I have stayed and that seems to be the norm in Orlando. Overall I enjoyed my stay, I felt the room was clean and housekeeping came every day, staff was friendly. I would stay again.

OUTDATED AND THEY CHARGED FOR RESORT FEE AND $25 PARKING....IT WAS DEF NOT A RESORT. ALSO FIRE ALARM WAS ON AND I ONLY FOUND OUT BECAUSE MY HUSBAND WAS DOWNSTAIRS AND CALLED ME, BUT ALARM WAS NOT ABLE TO BE HEARD INSIDE MY ROOM AND THERE WERE 3 ADULTS THERE. VERY UNSAFE.

The staff at the Starbucks were not the typical friendly staff you get when you enter a Starbucks; my order was wrong and no attempt to even fix it or an apology. The bathroom of the hotel had small sugar ants crawling on the wall and a wet spot of the carpet right outside the bathroom in the room carpet that never dried up. The pool area and bar was very clean and enjoyable.

It’s an older hotel, that has been redone. The staff are excellent, and the service is super. Staff is very friendly and ready to help, the property is old and needs renovation, we stayed for 10 nights but bed sheets were not changed during our stay, AC was not working properly had noise, water in bathtub was leaking. When we arrived late in the evening the room was not ready and we had to change the room day after arrival.
