Very nice resort with a great location to many attractions.

Did not stay there due to overbooking. Walk into room with sleeping guest. So embarssing Not happy.

The lobby and amenities were great, the shuttle service was very helpful, no need to rent a car to get to the parks! Our room was pretty nice, though had a small bathroom and smallish room for two queen beds. The rooms and halls need to be updated for new carpets, musty smell, especially in the hallways.

Hotel lobby looks great but when you get in your room the resort stops there broken phone, wallboard falling off wall, rust in the tub caulking turning black in the tub, room phone broken, security door latch hanging on by one of the four screws, show fixture pulling out the wall, toilet tank leaning against wall, and had to take toilet paper from another room that was for what ever reason just left open and unattended by staff

Very close to everything in the disney and universal area. Easy cab rides to parks.

Just "NOT" what it use to be ! It seem to be running behind on remodeling and the staff doing the best they can under the condition.

Hotel staff was nice for the most part. It was hard to communicate with most of them as most didn’t speak English as a first language. Hotel room was gross. Carpet was coming up. Couldn’t get into our room without trying multiple times every single time because the lock wouldn’t unlock. There was hair on the hair dryer and in the shower, along with rust. The water pressure SUCKED. We were given a handicap accessible room, even though we didn’t need it. The hotel halls had a weird smell to them. The cost of a regular breakfast burrito was $10 which is ridiculous, along with the other food. Every time we walked out to the parking lot, we saw workers sitting in the back stairwell just talking and hanging out. The bus that took guests to the park only went to Epcot and only ran a couple of times per day which led to us having to pay for Lyft to make it back to the hotel when leaving the park. The bus driver that took guests to Epcot from the hotel had a metal foot and we were in stop and go traffic for an hour and a half just getting to the park. I almost got out and walked because his driving made me so sick. Lyft is 100% a better option, even though that is about $15 one way. Definitely one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at while visiting. We thought it couldn’t be that bad since we wouldn’t be in the room much, but I would’ve rather paid the extra hundred bucks to stay in the park. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Nice hotel, decent price, and close to Disney Parks

buel hotel es bueno en general y no tengo quejas...

Hotel nearby Disney. Kind of smelly at hallways but rooms look modern are comfy and are not smelly inside. No breakfast included. Has a gift shop and bar.

The Photographs make this place look much nicer than it is. I was given a room with two very small beds I believe they might have been twins. They defiantly were not queens. The elevators were down while I was there and I was on the 7th floor so that was not great. I also try to use the complementary tram to Epcot and it never showed up when I asked the people at the front desk they just said that they did not know where it was.

The room was not very clean and the shower and tub were in horrible condition. The sink was clogged and the ceiling was water damaged.

For the money the hotel was clean, staff was super friendly, and close to the parks and food.

Very comfortable, easy access to parks and dining.

The room was clean. The pillows were like sand bags....hard, no comfort. The happy hour at the pool bar ended 6 pm early since the bartender exceeded the amount of working hours...sad. Will not return. Two stays with similar problems.

Staff was nice but the hotel was in poor condition. Construction going on at hotel, men power washing at 9 am, Hall ways were dirty, rails on bridge were broken. In my room A/C did not work well all ways ran. Mold in bathroom, sink was cracked, faucet leaked onto counter, towel rack was falling off wall in shower, holder for the blow dryer came out of the wall. No microwave in unit. Blood on sheets. Do not stay in 1315 until totally remodeled.

I was only there for a night. It needs some work. The mirror in our room had a lot of the silver falling off it. The room was clean but old. It needs a remodeling for sure. It has lots of pools and a nice gift shop so if you get a decent price for the room you would be fine to stay there.
