The restroom had a strong urine smell, which made the experience unpleasant. The staff, however, were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was inconvenient it required booking two hours in advance and confirmation from the driver, which I never received. As a result, I wasn’t able to use the shuttle or get my boarding pass.

When we first arrived the room was so dirty, bathroom full of hair and dust. Hair dryer all dirty. We called the reception and they promised they will clean it and give us a call back. The room was never cleaned and no call back. Last time at this hotel

The resort was really nice. The staff was friendly and attentive. Some of the areas around the pool could have been cleaner. The only issue i had was price. I was told that the price i saw on hotels.com wasvthe price and that there were no hidden fees. That was untrue. When I checked in i was told that there was a non-refundable resort fee. The fee was a credit you could use at the resort but you had to use it daily or you lost it. Had i known about this fee i probably would have booked other accommodations. I didn't appreciate finding out about it at check in.
