The property could use some update. The air filters were filthy, the AC was leaking and although we called reception, nobody came to fix it. The sliding door and balcony do not have screens so you can not enjoy fresh air in the room, hence there was a big coakcroch in the shower. Kitchen isminimally equipped for 3 bedroom apartment (1 pan "bent on one side" 1 pot, a small old school coffee machine and a small toaster). Beds were very uncomfortable..seemed cushiony but everyone would wake up with neck and back aches. I remember this property much nicer when I first visited. Cafe is ridiculously expensive (.75 cents skittles cost $4 there). They need to elevate their standards.

I love the setup of the rooms kids and parents can have separate rooms. Some rooms have oversized hot tubs,full kitchen, washer dryer set patio and jointing rooms. Two pool areas one for more like a pool party feel with music and a bar. But the other pool more peaceful area with less traffic. Could use a modern upgrade but very nice vacation spot

I went on a trip with my family (3 adults and 3 toddlers) to Disney world and we have stayed at many resorts and hotels in Orlando. This one was most definitely at the top 5. The rooms are very clean but could use some improvement on the floors as they are very dirty. The jets in the jetted tub did not work but we only wanted to use it as a very large tub. The Receptionists were very kind and professional. I would definitely book this place again for large parties like ours!

Was disappointed - Lobby is beautiful and updated but the suite we were in was all the way in the back and had no parking. The room was older and the floor in the guest room was wet by the door. The toilet in the guest room was constantly running. We could hear people in the parking lot through the night. There was hair stuck on the shower wall in the main bathroom and the floor was sticky. Overall the location was good and communication great but that was it.

We had such a lovely stay at Floridays. The guest services staff were wonderful to deal with and we have no complaints about our stay. Rooms were clean and it was so convenient to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Highly recommend!

Lobby was beautiful, very welcoming. Pool is nice, splash pad for kids. The room was dated, definitely needs renovations. Complete with all utensils in kitchen. Cleanliness needs improvement, the floors and carpets are super dirty!!! This was so bad since we have little ones and that part was unacceptable for me.
