They had sufficient electric car charging stations on property... a great addition! Rooms were clean and spacious. Pools were well maintained and had a great vibe.

It was a beautiful property. It was located in a good area. The rooms are very nice. The communication was terrible. The staff treated me like I was bothering them. They were not very accommodating. Disney world closed early and I asked would they be able accomodate the new time they refuse to and was rude about it. Part of the reason why I chose this resort was for the shuttle service to Disney world and I was not able to receive it and had to pay for parking.

My family and I stayed at your resort from Sunday March 27th, 2022 to April 2nd, 2022. We thought everything was amazing. Until Friday Morning I woke up with red bumps on my right leg and arm in little groups. I didn't think anything of it at the time. But I received more red groups Saturday morning when I got up to leave and head home. Once we got home I found out that I had been bitten by Bed bugs. I have reached out the the resort several times with no correspondence at all. For a family of four the room had little to no towels. Lamps did not work, some electrical outlets did not work. Pool never had any clean/ dry towels. Front desk always had a line to wait in for anything, as they usually only had one person working the front desk. Terrible experience I would highly recommend looking at other properties.

This was our first time and based on the reviews we saw we were won over. Our room was very clean and well put together. They offered in room service which was never available no one ever answered the phones and even when I would call the front desk no one would answer. They had a cafe available extremely long wait times for food. The wifi was horrible barely worked and there was no reception in the resort room either. I felt overcharged for what I was getting. There was a smaller pool closer to our building . The hot tub did not work was very dirty same with the pool. Only positive was that it was quiet and you couldn't hear your neighbors. Would I book with them again, no I will stay with Worldquest wayyyyyyy better!

We paid for a king and two queens and that is what showed in the itinerary. The property put us in a king and full beds in each bedroom. We asked for extra blankets and pillows and they were never delivered. The beds were not made and there was trash and dirty items left by previous guests. We called the front desk to get moved but they were sold out. Not happy at all.

Great location great room great price

The hotel room was spacious and there was alot of room. The staff were friendly and the resort had alot of pools that were convenient to use. They have an app for requests which is easy to use. Things that I wasnt a fan of- There was a lingering smell in the room, not sure what from. Also there were no blankets on the bed they were only made up with a sheet, which is ok when when its hot out but it was only 40 degrees during our stay. Also the floors were so dirty it turned our socks and feet black so we had to start wearing our shoes in the room. Over all just didnt feel it was as clean and offered the basics like it should have. Wouldnt visit again.

Ideal For Family & DISNEY VISIT... It's literally 2 minutes away..

The first room we stayed in had a leak in the kitchen. The second room had the light falling down. The rooms were older. A few things here and there upgraded but dated.

The outside of the property was pretty. The room we had was horrendous. Got locked in the bathroom because the locks were broke. The shower in the master bedroom wouldn’t turn at all. The cabinet door was falling off. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The comforter was old and was even clean. There was a huge stain on the couch cushion. This room wasn’t even cleaned before we arrived. A/C unit vent was leaking all over the floor. Just embarrassed that they rented this room out. Oh and there were 3 cop cars there because there was a domestic disturbance.
